I was hoping to inspire a few of you to check out some Bravo shows - yes, Bravo and the Housewives may not have the best reputation, but Bravo has really stepped up in the last few years to address very sensitive issues.
At the moment, one of the biggest storylines is on Below Deck Mediterranean. I was actually going to post a HUGE kudos to this show for having three ladies leading this show, a Female Captain, Bosun and Chef Stewardess. Very uncommon in the Yachting Community. However, things have taken a nosedive this season with Captain Sandy at the helm. A previous season of Below Deck also addressed a very toxic, male driven environment causing multiple terminations. Vanderpump Rules has also exited several of their cast members after racial incidents.
I have yet to see last nights episode, but after airing, this has exploded online. I checked about 12 hours after the episode aired, and Malia had over 5,000 Comments on her Instagram. All very negative. She has now removed the ability to comment on specific posts and has deleted her Twitter account.
Again - hoping to uncover a few potential Bravo Fans, or even get some new fans on a few of these shows!

I only watch Housewives on Bravo but still
Potomac is KILLING IT but it's been top tier Housewives since season 3 so it's no surprise and this seems to be the most hyped/talked about season yet.
Beverly Hills is still strong, even if there are filler episodes here and there. I'm excited for Rinna vs Denise and the reunion.
As for New York, it needs a major overhaul. It's so repetitive. The only redeeming quality is Leah and Luann.

I was exclusively Housewives and Vanderpump Rules, but my friend got me into the last 3 seasons of Below Deck. It's a great show, just even for the travel and scenery... but the situation that's going on now with Below Deck Med now has me completely turned off. It's actually pretty disgusting.
I adore Potomac - it was actually my first ever Housewives franchise. So many people are sleeping on it, but I need to see what's happening with Monique and Candice. It could be something completely groundbreaking.
BH - Here for Denise, Sutton, Garcelle and Dorit is having an amazing season. Going off Rinna a bit... but she always pushes the narrative so well.
Agreed on New York, I need to see LuAnn's Cabaret show post COVID. I'm so proud of her that she's been able to make it work. She's really turned things around for herself. Sonja Morgan is probably one of my favorite housewives of all time, probably because I feel that I'd have the BEST time with her.. but, unfortunately I think she's gone as far as she can on this show. The drinking is out of control this season, it needs to be addressed on the Reunion. I'd also love for them to bring back someone (NOT BETHENNY). I'm thinking Heather - I'd love to see her back.. even in just a consistent 'Friend Of' role. But New York out of all the franchises is my favorite, I'm going back and re-watching again, I however just got to the really toxic Jill/Bethenny relationship and the episode where Jill shows up on the trip unannounced. Really uncomfortable to watch, so cringe!

Potomac filmed their reunion, in person last week. Doesn't appear to be as 'Socially Distanced' as the NY Reunion. Hopefully this means they also will go right into filming Season 5. Apparently this is lit and could end up being a 4-Part Reunion.
Potomac has been great this season, and Salt Lake City is also

Housewives of Salt Lake City: OMG what an impressive start. Heather and Whitney are the housewives we have been waiting for. Whitney's line of "Everyone knows the story of Mary and her Step-Grandather" had me DEAD. I hope people don't sleep on this like Potomac, because it's been solid.
Housewives of OC: Can't say much positive about the OC at the moment. Bravo fans are literally the worst. They dragged Vicki and Tamra last season on Twitter and when they got fired.. the fans boycotted the show! However, I'm not really seeing a cohesive or enjoyable storyline this season. Hard to believe the longest running housewive on this franchise is Shannon who joined in Season 9. I think they're trying to give the franchise to Braunwyn and make her the star.. but I'm not sold yet. Everyone has turned on Kelly and her response to BLM and COVID, so I'm sure this will be her last season. Gina I'm still not sold on. Emily I do like, but she doesn't seem to have a storyline of her own, except for her new hip Elizabeth is a good addition, but she seems so flippant when talking about her Divorce and relationship with Jimmy. It may be time to rest the OG-Housewive Franchise for a bit, I think.
Coming Up: Housewives of Atlanta starts on December 6th, and apparently this is also the Season Finale of Potomac. So we will have Potomac, Atlanta, OC and SLC all airing at the same time. The trailer for Housewives of Dallas drops today (or later this week). I expect a first week of January 2021 Premiere after Potomac has aired the Reunion. This just leaves us with Beverly Hills that is filming now. Hopefully they're not rushing too much at us, leaving us with nothing.

Housewives of Dallas: the Bravosphere is so interesting, many fans are less than impressed with recent seasons of Beverly Hills, Orange County and Atlanta and really championing Potomac, Salt Lake City and now Dallas.
Dallas is interesting, after the racism scandal last season I thought this franchise would be cancelled, but Bravo Fans have really championed this season so far, especially newbie Tiffany.
I just find Brandi very uncomfortable this season. Tiffany addressed her feelings beautifly, but.. I honestly don't think Brandi is in the right mind frame to be a Housewife. She's really struggling with the backlash, still and I really worry about her. Unfortunately there is a lot more to the story that's about to come out. It's baffling that a current Housewife hasn't tweeted since November 2020.
I think Bravo should have reduced her to a "Friend Of" role.

...but what was missing was more interesting. There's a show currently filming in Nashville believed to be "The Real Housewives of Nashville" however no confirmation, it sounds like Bravo has yet to officially purchase the rights and it may goto E! Or Peacock.

I'm currently watching Below Deck and I do really love it but it's so annoying when you get used to or love someone they are gone next series unless it's Lee or Kate! I would have loved to see more Kat, Jen, Amy and despite how much I hate her even Rocky for the drama.
I am so up and down with Kate too, one season I love her and find her dry wit so so funny and then other times I find her miserable and a bit of a bully (Series 5 being the worst for her).
Currently starting series 6 then I will go to Mediterranean and Sailing Yacht. Series 3 is by far my favourite for the drama it had, whilst season 4 was deathly dull - I can barely remember a thing about it!

Below Deck seems to be *THAT* Bravo show now that everyone watches. None of my friends watch The Housewives or anything else, but they all watch Below Deck.
I haven't been bothered to go back and catch up, but I have seen the last 3 seasons of Below Deck/Med and I'm up to date on Sailing Yacht. It's not my favorite Bravo show, but I'll keep watching!

Yeah I've been watching Below Deck over lockdown and I love it! It definetly has some dud seasons but overall it's very entertaining. 3 is the absolute BEST, the drama is iconic!

I've been watching Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 in real time, I have to say in all honestly it's the worst Bravo show I've ever seen. It's completely killed any interest I have in the franchise at all. It's been 15 Episodes of couple drama from the crew. It's all they've focused on. Completely out of balance with the "Upstairs/Downstairs" charm of this show.
Honestly, I didn't much care for the other few seasons of Below Deck I've seen either, so the franchise is being removed from my PVR.

Erika is still unbearable. Her diamond is fading as well. I hope she asks for more money and gets the sack. Based on the last episode, Sutton, Crystal and Garcelle are running this show.
Not a fan of Diana so far oop. But I cannot wait for the NEED A NEW WILLIAN?! HERE I AM! And of course… this Lisa Rinna/Kathy Hilton mess is going to be JUICY.

omg i am such a huge fan of diana, we haven't had a new housewife come in so successfully since erika imo. also living for garcelle being the unashamed pot stirrer this season.
the cast is SO big now it will rly need trimming at the end of the season. crystal will surely be gone and the less said about erika the better. i know she's an icon of the series, but unless they get denise back i rly think rinna should go too.

Absolutely not. Diana is problematic and I think Bravo needs to fire her before the reunion. She calls out Sutton for being ‘messy with her words’ when she just delivered ‘Black content creator’ and of course her apology.
Of course I love YOU NEED A NEW WILLIAN, HERE I AM. Absolutely everything else has been horrific. She’s one of the worst housewives to ever be added to a franchise.

I want to root for Diana, she's so camp and rich but it's a complete flop for me. She would be an EXCELLENT Snatch Game Character - so impressionable. I'm not sure why they gave her a full-time contract as her contributions are reading '...Friend Of' to me. I think they overreacted to the backlash from Sutton not getting a diamond her first season.
Rinna is such a good friend for bringing up Diana's book as well (let's not forget the book is rooted in Call-Girl/Epstein realness). Another example of Lisa throwing another friend under the bus. Rinna at this point is required, she helps push the storyline forward and doesn't let anything go.
Fire Diana and Crystal, demote Dorit and find some way of getting Kim back on this show and we are golden. Sutton and Garcelle really are the future of RHOBH.

The two teaser clips for the episode tonight have exploded online. This one specifically has over 1M Views since the 4th. Eek. I'm very worried for Kyle. The other clip released is the continuation of Sutton/Diana from last week, but has Kyle clearly questioning Sutton's two Miscarriages. Disgusting.

Kyle issued a statement on her Instagram last night, but honestly the Bravo fans are pretty toxic as they're all going after Kyle's daughter now. Sutton and Garcelle are clearly the new frontrunners of Beverly Hills. This reunion is going to be epic of Andy really does check Kyle/Rinna/Erika for their behaviour. I think Diana, Crystal and Dorit will all be sacked at the end of this season, but it wouldn't surprise me if Kyle chose to exit on her own at this point.

The fans of the show, especially Beverley Hills, are disgusting. Sutton said "sorry I wasn't held at gunpoint" and mocked Diana's "bedrest" and she gets a free pass because it fits the fans narrative 🙃 I don't even like Dorit or Diana at all but come onnnnnn. They pick and choose and are SUCH hypocrites.
The way they have all been salavating at Kyle doing wrong is weird. She apologised, Sutton accepted her apology - what more do they want?! Without the likes of Kyle, Rinna and even Erika, Sutton and Garcelle would not be interesting at all. They get way too much credit imo, and not actually that entertaining lol.

Just watched the latest BH episode. Kyle is detestable, denying Sutton of talking about her miscarriages is pretty low, even for Kyle. Reminded me of how she spoke to Kim Richards in season one. I thought the episode was pretty good though and a step up from the past few episodes but I'm just ready for Erika vs Garcelle to fully begin now.
Loving Atlanta too, shame they took a break because I'm excited for the return of Lisa Wu. Also I can't believe Monyetta wasn't given a peach along with Sanya too, she has such positive energy. Dubai is maybe the the most dull for me right now but it's still early days and most first Housewives seasons are tricky to navigate. I wonder if we'll get a cast trip soon. Also has anyone watched Ultimate Girls Trip (Season 2). Incredible, peak television.

I think they're filming the final few bits for Jen's trial and it looks like they'll be part of the finale. Fans are speculating on Reddit/Twitter that they'll continue filming while the show is on air for season four before Jen goes to jail, a bit like how RHONJ filmed season 3/4 back to back.
Also how good was Atlanta's last episode: drunk Kenya, Lisa Wu returning with a vengeance, Fatum bringing the shade and Sheree opening up and being vulnerable with her personal storyline. Loved it.

Thank god the mid-season trailer looks good because I'm unfortunately so bored of Beverly Hills right now, although Dorit's terrible acting "it's CHIC" to Jamie Lee Curtis did make me chuckle this latest episode. Rinna and Erika could get just as much as a villain edit as Kathy, so we'll see. All I know for sure is Kyle is going to play victim!
As for Tamra's return, I'm excited. It was bound to happen at some point and I just hope we get 2-3 strong newbies to balance out the OC cast. I can't belie Emily and Gina survived over Noella too. Atrocious.

Now that we are at the mid-season point of RHOBH, a quick ranking:
01) Sutton: Front and centre the entire season. I will admit, I'm Glutton for Sutton. 02) Garcelle: Who wouldn't like a friend like Garcelle? Loyal, Confident. Love the Sutton/Garcelle friendship.

03) Kyle: I guess by default Kyle comes third? Less vile than the other 2 below perhaps. 04) Rinna: Lisa is essential to the success of RHOBH, she pushes these storylines forward. I can't help but think she's starting to fade in the franchise however. 05) Erika: Well if we aren't going to talk about the widows and orphans, we might as well have fun?

06) Dorit: What a polarizing start to the season, but outside of the Robbery and her fan-girling over Jamie Lee Curtis we haven't seen anything. 07) Crystal: The mean girl act Season 1 didn't work, turning on her new friend in Season 2 didn't work, I don't see much else here other than someone trying hard and failing? 08) Diana: SOMEONE CALL THE CASTING DEPARTMENT BECAUSE WE HAVE A PROBLEM. Diana should have been iconic. Rich, Camp. She came in way too hot and went against the wrong team. I hate to say it tho... we have had a beatdown recently with poor casting decisions and 1-Season Housewives. Maybe there's something here? Let's see her Reunion performance, maybe she could stick around if there's a big enough shakeup.

I reckon it's Meredith given the cuts to her or Whitney after Heather pushed her. I reckon Whitney pushed her back and Heather fell and unexpectedly injured her eye and they made up hence why it hadn't leaked or came out sooner, which I'm quite surprised by.
Just finished the Dubai reunion and I really liked it. The pacing was great and everyone had something insightful to say apart from Nina. I'll be really surprised if she's not demoted next season and 2-3 new women are introduced because they need more links between Lesa/Chanel vs the Carolines to make it an organic group. I also wish they spoke about Sergio's racist tweets more, it seems he got off lightly.
As for Beverly Hills, I'm disgusted by Diana and Erika's behaviour, especially Diana going in on Sutton whilst she sits there silent and not even attempting to move on. Same with Rinna, it's not even fun to watch. It's so dark and with all the bots comments on Jax's post, I can't wait for this season to end. It's been so bleak and the three bullies have to go. I want them to carry on with the other six women and build a cast around them, maybe demote Crystal and Dorit but keep them in the loop but I never want to see Rinna, Erika and Diana again.

Bravo has a pile of B-List Shows, Vanderpump Rules, Shah's of Sunset, Family Karma, Summer House - but the cream of this crop seems to still be Southern Charm. Don't get me wrong, probably the most problematic show on Bravo - they've had to pull episodes from their earlier season for race related issues. I think I have an unhealthy addiction to these shows because they're about the same age as me, and some of my friends can be equally as messy.
The pre-Cameran leaving seasons are honestly the best. This season has been so ridiculously camp. The first half of the season was leading up to a DOG WEDDING. That was the biggest storyline this season. This was what they had to build up to
I have to say however, this season has probably been the best Post-Cameran season.
01: Patricia - I don't think we have seen this much of Patricia in any other season of Southern Charm. I'm kinda glad they are making her more of a staple. She's so camp and has such hatred for Katherine. I'm loving it. 02: The Boys (Craig, Shep, Austen) - This series definitely centres around Craig/Shep/Austen every season. I kinda lump them all together into one grouping. Shep this season is just awful. Craig and Austen however seem to have their shit together finally (especially Craig). 03: Whitney - lol. The whole thing with Naomie is landing as incredibly fake and an opportunity for a storyline. I'm not buying it - but at least Whitney is giving us something. 04: The Girls (Olivia, Taylor, Paige) - The said partners of Craig/Shep/Austen. Although, this is the first season for Olivia and Taylor - we've seen Paige on Summer House/Winter House and how she ended up meeting with Craig. I have to say - Craig and Paige are actually a very good couple. I was FLOORED when Twitter picked Naomie/Whitney as the superior couple. 05: Leva - I detested Leva her first season. Gaslighting the situation with Katherine, came across as very judgemental and absolutely picked sides and wanted control of the narrative. This season Leva has been on her best behaviour, she's not a central character this season and she seems to be quite neutral. Rumour has it she's the source of the end-season Drama, and Bravo has given her a spinoff as well which apparently has been quite dramatic. My interest is peaked. 06: Katherine - She was once the queen bee of the show, unliked, unpopular but turned everyones opinions around, she won friends and she won trust. Since Katherine really became a full fledged member of the group... she's gone down hill. She completely sabotaged her relationship with Chleb all for a TV show. Katherine, you've been on our screens for almost 10 years now, we know when you're doing something to stay relevant and give yourself a storyline. 07: Venita - I'm not exactly quite sure why she's on the show? I feel like I would like her if she had genuine relationships with the group... but... she doesn't? 08: Naomie - WHY IS SHE BACK!? She's not dating Craig. Austen/Shep wouldn't film with her out of loyalty to Craig. She's not friends with any of the girls, or Katherine. It just comes across that she's randomly plopped into these group situations and her only objective is to rattle Craig. He's your ex. He's moved on. You should too.
I was so disappointed to see Dani not return, after 7 Seasons she was finally given a Full-Time role, flopped and left our screens. I was however ecstatic to see that John Pringle and Madison LeCroy demoted this season. They need to move away from the John stereotypes on this show and Madison... ugh. As much as it sounds like I hate everyone, it's a love-to-hate kind of situation. Their Weed-Infused Dinner back a few seasons ago was hilarious and absolutely how most of my large friend dinners go.

Tonight’s the Season Finale of RHOBH. Overall, meh season. This cast is too large and so many uninteresting characters. Far too many episodes where I was left wondering where Diana, Dorit and Crystal were.
I’m not sure if I’m expecting a big shakeup outside of them letting Diana go. They didn’t even bother to release her Reunion look and she never made an appearance on WWHL. So the writing is on the wall there.
Dorit and Crystal they can’t be too impressed with. I absolutely believe that Dorit was offered a Friend role this season, but was promoted after the robbery. Crystal apparently was on thin ice and she didn’t deliver at all. I think they could go either way with both.
Rinna everyone wants fired. My timeline is just full of Rinna hate, but she’s essential to RHOBH. She’s not the fun villain she once was however. I am not ready for Rinna to depart.
A lot could come down to the Reunion, how that is shaped and what happens next. I don’t think we’re in RHONY territory, but some work needs to be done here to fix the cast, edit ect.

I'm so ready for Miami to return, they're one of the top franchises right now. I did think Adriana or Marysol was going to snatch a full-time position so surprised they see they didn't. OC still have 3 weeks of filming so I imagine RHUGT3 and NJ are next to come in the new year.
I'm kind of glad Caroline Manzo turned it down, when Siggy and Jacqueline were on the show I could've seen it making more season but now it's a group of younger girls, I can't see it working the three newbies next season look promising.
Surpsied about this new RHONY cast, Lizzy is getting a lot of hate online for being a proud zionist and rightfully so. I don't understand why they didn't shoehorn Leah, Eboni and Tinsley in with this younger cast though - they're all around the same age and must have some links.

I expect OC will start once either Potomac or SLC are wrapped up. Somehow the last SLC Season was 7 Months. What a chore Season 2 ended up being.

What a disappointment the Three Part Beverly Hills Reunion ended up being. I don’t think Andy did a very good job of resolving anything, and that’s really what this franchise needs. Let’s discuss, clean up and move on (as much as we can anyways).
Next season is going to be so predictable. I however don’t think we need a major cast changes. Just fire Diana and let’s move on.
I believe Rinna. I do think Kathy had a meltdown, and I do believe some of what Rinna is saying is true, of course, with a soap actress dramatic twist.
Kathy is… getting too comfortable. I don’t think she’s being honest, and I’m not quite sure I want her to return (unless of course we can get Kim back).
I remember the pipe dream rumour last year that Holly Valance was joining the cast and even tho it would never happen, I’d love to see it. I expect a lot of division next year, but we need some resolution now.
I would love to see Holly and Dorit try and bring the group together. Drama. Laughter. Tears and Rich Bitches going somewhere that’s NOT LA QUINTA AGAIN. It’s time for an International Trip.
The good thing is, the drama is still very fresh and raw. It’s time to start filming ASAP.

I really hope that's the last we ever see of Kathy. A horrible priveliged homophobic Trump supporter who puts on this 'oh I'm so kooky' act to fool viewers. A lot of people are saying she ate Rinna/Erika up and I didn't see that at all, I saw someone mumbling over their words and giving rehearsed reads. Erika ate her up more with 'Ooh look at you trying to save yourself' and the texts she didn't delete.
Agreed we don't need a massive shakeup - just Diana and Kathy gone really. I think there would be enough drama with that and I actually don't feel like we need a new person! Crystal and Dorit have to step up though.

The best decision Bravo made was not giving the Angie’s or Danna a snowflake, knowing Jen is about to goto jail and having them WORK for it - and Angie K and Danna are definitely starting to deliver.
Angie K comes across as a natural, Danna is a bit awkward however. I however never want to see Angie H ever again.
At this point, RHOSLC should be exclusively filmed either enroute to a Cast Trip or in a Sprinter Van. This season has delivered on almost every group event. The 1:1s and the Husbands aren’t doing it for me at all.
Whitney’s confessionals are sensational, but I wish she brought that energy at all times. Angie K however - great confessionals and she addresses it in the moment.. if she can keep this up.. promote her for next season.

Overall, great package of episodes. Obviously, Alexia is the star of the season. But wow this Lisa storyline has been set up perfectly. That cold close at the end of Episode 4. Wow. The only other one I really care for is Marysol. The rest I’m kinda MEH on.
Adriana had a pretty reduced capacity those first four episodes, Larsa I’ll be honest I’ve never been a fan. Nicole needs to find something else other than daddy issues and, honestly, nobody cares whether or not you’re getting married. Julia, meh. Now that they’re not showing her as Adriana’s puppet I don’t see much potential here at all. And Kiki should have had Guerdy’s spot.

I'm so conflicted with Salt Lake City, I don't know what to do. Honestly, they deliver best in group settings, but I'm struggling to find a Housewife to connect to. I don't care for Whitney/Justin. I don't care for Heather and her quest to be a Bad Mormon. I don't care for Meredith, Seth and especially Brooks.
Lisa however I would throw some investment behind, but since we have moved on from her issues with Meredith, we've hardly seen Lisa at all. Finally, we're left with Jen. I'm conflicted with her as a Housewife in its entirety because I think it's all an act and it hasn't paid off at all. Jen pushing this narrative that Whitney was pressing the issue which isn’t true at all. She’s also pushing the narrative that it was an ongoing, open conversation at Lunch which also wasn’t true. However, flipping this and turning it back on Whitney/Heather was a masterful piece of work.
SLC needs Jen because it makes the other housewives look a bit more tolerable.
We need to move on from this Whitney/Heather storyline, it's not even that they aren't on the same page, they aren't even reading from the same book. There's no salvation to the storyline here. Just drop it and let's move on.
They do need some fresh blood for Season 4 and they need to look outside of just Angie(s) and Danna. Doesn't sound like Angie K will be back either, allegedly, she's pissed she didn't get a Full Time spot and paid out of pocket for Jen's Party and her Confessional Looks, so she apparently tried suing the network and her contract was terminated.

Statement from Jen: On September 14, 2022, I was informed by Bravo executives that I was not invited to attend the Season 3 Reunion. I was disappointed because I would have no venue to confront inaccuracies and address my storyline with cast members. Out of nowhere, on November 29, two and a half weeks ago, I was invited to attend. I was elated to learn I would now have a voice at reunion. I was clear with Bravo that out of respect for the courts and a standing judicial order, I would not be in a position to discuss anything related to my legal case or sentencing. Bravo found this unsatisfactory and said they expected to discuss this "storyline." That expectation has no regard for me or my family's well-being; so under legal advice, I will not be attending reunion. I need to focus on the most important thing in my life-my family.

Diana and Rinna being out is great, both deadweight. I could see Rinna returning in 3/4 years if the cast is right.
I think Crystal and Dorit will be given performance based contracts, determining them as a wife or friend. Kyle, Kathy, Garcelle, Sutton & Erika are probably secured. I'd love to see Kimora Lee Simmons and Jennifer Tilly (close with Sutton) join the cast.
As for Potomac, I loved Karen's read of Charrisse calling her a "hasbeen leprechaun" DEAD.

RHONJ is back, I'm always at a crossroads with this franchise because there isn't really anyone I necessarily love.. but it's still a decent ensemble. Rachel knows where it's at icing out Jackie however that low key was the best part of the episode for me. Jennifer Fessler however looks like someone I may enjoy.
Dolo versus Jennifer. I'm team Jennifer. Teresa versus Melissa. I'm team Teresa. But I am sick of the same old storyline from these two.

Vanderpump Rules season 10 started last night. It does feel like a bit of a reboot. Obviously, things got stale Season 8 when they brought in Beau, Max, Brett and Dayna and promptly fired them all after one season (and also canning Jax, Brittany, Stassi and Kristen).
Season 9 didn't seem to go anywhere. They really missed out on filming the mass exit, everyone getting married and having kids. What a flop. I'm supportive of them shifting back to the main original cast and demoting Brock and Charli. I can't believe how the dynamics of the group have shifted.. Katie/Tom divorcing. This seems ultra messy.
But there is no way they can go back to the magic that the first two seasons had. Iconic TV. Must watch - highly recommended. It's just a shame they never really got the show back after Stassi decided she didn't want to film with anyone Season 3 and only had guest appearances Season 4. In reality, it was a show centred around her. She was never able to really regroup Season 5.
Did well in the ratings too, beat RHONJ.

So, lots of nothing going on at the moment.
RHUGT3: oh dear what a flop. This season was terrible if I'm being honest. It just came across as they wanted to continue the drama from their individual franchises. This group never jelled, but that was kind-of expected given the group we got.
RHONJ: I've decided to drop the franchise this year, Danielle being a big deciding factor with this. I think my problem with this franchise is I don't really LOVE anyone. Jennifer is really the only one I liked left. I'm done with Teresa and Melissa's drama. I'll come back when it's just Teresa, Jacqueline (or Dina), Jennifer and perhaps Staub with a few others.
RHOC: WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. Why is this not airing? Why is there only 1 Housewives Franchise at the moment? This was filmed AGES ago.
Miami is definitely the standout franchise now.

I agree with you Aaron that RHUGT3 was a total flop. Especially following on from the elite season that was Dorinder’s hellish getaway.
I think Whitney came across pretty well and that was it. Leah came across terrible but I kind of enjoyed how rude and unimpressed she was. Gizelle was fun in places too. The rest were either irritating or never really showed up/did much. As you said, no one gelled so it became a chore to watch.
Shame because the UGT franchise has been top-tier so far.

RHUGT3: it was certainly the weakest of the girls trips so far. I still watched them all but yeah I didn't watch it with glee like I did the first two seasons. I'd prefer ex-wives instead of wives we already have on existing franchise. That's why I was happy to see Porsha because she's been off tv for a while, not the Potomac/SLC/Miami girls who we've just seen all after the other!! I wish they didn't bring couples on too, but a single wife from each franchise. They bring the problems from their franchise into girls trip and it ruins it.
RHONJ: I've actually enjoyed this year, a lot more than last year. I think it's time to let Melissa go, I'm so so so over this drama. I would demote Dolores too. What does she actually bring? I just need shake up with this cast because I'm only watching for Teresa, Jen, Jackie and Margaret.
RHOC: To think this time last year the OC season 16 reunion was airing and now we haven't even got a release date is insane. I think Dubrow is definitely behind this, just like she was getting Noella fired.
RHOA: Excited for Atlanta though, only two weeks away now! I wish it was less of a wait though. The RHOA and RHOC casts are both filming an episode of Family Fortunes today so OC can't be that far away as I'm guessing Bravo want to capitalise on their franchises airing/about to air.

Loving this season of OC, feels like a proper return to form after a few failed attempts. Having Tamra, Shannon, Heather and Vicki all on the same cast feels right. I must say though, I wish Noella stayed - yes she was over the top, but she went toe to toe with Heather last year and deserved returning much more than Gina and Emily imo. Would've loved to see how Noella would've fared with Taylor and Tamra also!!

Carlos King is doing a 2-Part Podcast with Nene. I won’t pretend to know what’s going on with Nene, Bravo, RHOA etc. Honestly, I only watched RHOA as a bulk view a few years back and removed RHOA from my PVR a few seasons back.
It’s clear she’s done with Bravo, Andy and would never go back. But I do think Nene is Reality TV gold. Not sure if I agree with Season 5 really being the changing point for RHOA. By this point, Bravo has flipped the script on all franchises and housewives they bring in (think Brandi on RHOBH). I also think Nene is full of it, that Greg divorce storyline felt forced from my recollection. I felt after she came back from Hollywood (Celeb Apprentice, Glee) we never really got the true Nene back.

Nene burnt her bridges with Bravo and Bravo/NBCUniversal are stubborn as hell. If they forgive her, they'll make her pay for it by giving her shady edits anyway. I think it's better for both parties to move on. Saying that, the Carlos interview was GREAT although her constant dismal of Kandi and Sheree feels unfair.

Alright, what is going on with Atlanta?! Bravo just released a statement to basically stop the fans from attacking the Producers, who have been receiving death threats.
I’m hearing they’re trying desperately to get Porsha back. It sounds like Kenya is on the outs as well. But I’m also hearing they may get rid of everyone but Kandi, Kenya and Sheree. God can you imagine if they fire Sheree AGAIN.

There’s just so much going on in the Bravoverse right now.
RHOA: yeah I haven’t watched this since they promoted Marlo. She’s vile - I will have nothing to do with this franchise if they keep paying her. I do think they are too heavily invested in Kandi to let everyone go, and clearly Bravo is done giving Kandi more spinoffs. They really fumbled this franchise.
RHOC: they aren’t at their peak, but this season has been great in my opinion. They just need to fire Gina and Shannon and we will be GOLDEN. Emily should be the new Pseduo-OG replacing Shannon - she has been on fire this season. Jennifer was a good find, but I wish she would leave this loser. I wouldn’t even bring in anyone new next season. This group is great (minus Gina).
RHONY: let’s be honest OG-RHONY is dead. No way they give us a season as good as this. It’s so odd seeing a group of, pretty much, strangers jell so well together (unlike RHOSLC). Ubah should have been a Friend Of. Erin is killing it, she isn’t my favourite but I see her as the main focal point this season. Jessel I do love, but less of her husband please. Jenna I don’t see mixing with this group at all - she seems way too reserved and private to be a Housewife. Out of everyone here I think Jenna will be the first to leave (likely, on her own accord). Sai should eat before she goes anywhere. Jury still out on Sai. Brynn - good, I can see she will bring a lot of fun and energy to this franchise. The only former Housewife from NYC that would even work on this reboot would be Tinsley.
RHOSLC: giving them 3 episodes this season before I decide whether I want to continue watching or not. Last season was. Just. Awful. This season seems to be the same shit again (Lisa v Meredith, Whitney v Heather). I’m so tired. Unlike RHONY these girls are supposed to BE FRIENDS. I think we were all sold a bill of goods that have soiled.
Bravocon: I’m literally in Vegas the week AFTER Bravocon. I looked at moving things around to go, but - the prices are ridiculous!

Monica: I honestly thought I was going to hate her and she was the one that was going to get me off this franchise, but I actually really like her.
Angie Que: I don’t like Angie. WHERE IS DANNA?!?
Heather: I’ll never get over Black Eye Gate. She should have been fired. She’s absolutely full of shit. She’s doing alright this season I guess.
Lisa: she’s been my #1 for a while now, I was disappointed she didn’t embrace the Drag challenge, she just seems to want to stay in her own lane sometimes which is getting a little boring.
Whitney: I loved Whitney season 1 and it’s been a fall from the top ever since. Her coming for Meredith last episode was… ???? Just why. I agree Meredith is infamous for “disengaging” but Jesus Christ did you have to bring in a dying child for her to engage?! Clown behaviour.
That wasn’t really a ranking, just thoughts as they popped into my head. Jen was fake AF and I’m glad she’s off the show.

RHOC is done (minus the reunion). Overall, it was an alright season, definitely better than the last few seasons. It was interesting to see Heather and Tamra going for that top spot. I do still think however Bravo needs to do a bit more tweaking with this cast. In no particular order:
Heather: she’s a rich bitch and that’s why I like Heather. Stuck up? Absolutely. Controlling the narrative and self serving? Absolutely. Almost every other season Heather gets away with having her nose in the air and this was one of the first seasons I feel people successfully challenged Heather. So the question now is, does she stay on RHOC? Does she move to RHOBH? I see Nicky is helping as an agent to find another house in the OC. You can likely retire on that 1 commission cheque alone.
Tamra: sometimes I want Tamra to be the template for a great housewife, but sometimes Tamra has bad seasons. This wasn’t a great season for her, it’s the same ol stuff that got her fired (circulating rumours, this person said this ect) and I’m tired. She does get points for bringing in a good housewife and immediately turning on her. I’m glad she’s back, but she needs her own storyline next season (and no Ryan PLEASE!!!!)
Jennifer: best newbie they’ve found in a while! Twitter seems to LOVE her. I can’t stand her Ryan and I hope they split before the next season. She held her own this season, but I also want something more outside of her relationship for next season. I think she does well in this group tho.
Emily: she’s quickly becoming my favourite. I like her, I like Shane and I love her kids. Emily is great because she doesn’t harbour grudges, she can apologize or accept an apology and move on. I think a lot of people put Gina and Emily in the same bucket because they started at the same time, but I’m finally starting to see Emily rise to the top.
Gina: can’t stand Gina get rid of her and her bad posture puh-LEEZ.
Shannon: I’m also done with Season after Season of Gina saying Shannon doesn’t put in the effort. Shannon has NEVER made an effort with any of these woman at any point in time. I do need fun-time Shannon back however. I’m so confused on what’s happening with her and John as well, but I hope they’re splitsville and we get fun Shannon next season (however, she may be on pause maybe???)
Taylor: I think the Friend Of role was perfect for her, I don’t know if I need a promotion for her next season, let’s just keep this status quo, but I do love our Bi-Queen!
Vicki: kinda ate Jennifer on that trip oop. This was actually the best we’ve seen Vicki in a long time. I however have no interest in her being full time again, for now.

Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Bravo has now moved RHUGT: New York from December to 'coming soon' following more racist incidents arising from Ramona. Ramona has also been removed from Bravocon panels . There was also another RHUGT filmed before RHUGT New York that may never see the light of day as lawyers are now involved. Sounds like a very sensitive situation where someone not related to Bravo at all may be bringing a suit to the network. With that being said, it sounds like we are about to get RHUGT: Ex Wives Club 2 that will begin filming after Bravocon. Here are the names being floated around, and location. Nothing confirmed. Location: Finland. Housewives: Kim Z (RHOA), Porsha (RHOA), D'Andra (RHOD), Leeann (RHOD), Monique (RHOP), Lisa Rinna (RHOBH), Sonja (RHONY), Danielle Staub (RHONJ). Monique was a replacement for Kelly Dodd, allegedly.
RHONY: the season definitely had a stronger start compared to how it ended. Honestly, I don't think I paid attention at all to either parts of the reunion. I think this still has potential, they do need to get rid of Sai however.
RHOSLC: delivering a strong season to my surprise! Jury is still out on Monica but her mother is a nightmare my word. Mary is iconic, but this is the right role for her. I need her to continue dragging Whitney
RHOBH: It's been confirmed the newbie doesn't actually join until Episode 8 I believe? Why is she full time tho lol. Crystal provided absolutely nothing to Episode 1, but Dorit is definitely going to deliver this season I just know it.
RHOP: crickets.

RHOP: Despite this being one of my favorite franchises, I'm struggling with this season and I don't like the newbie. I haven't made it past Episode 2.
RHOSLC: YES. Potentially their best season yet? I was ready to dump this, but I've adored this season. I've gone back and forth on Monica all season, but she's a fantastic newbie and has delivered. I however am not sure if she will be back with everything that is about to erupt. Only two episodes left this season before a break before the 3-part Reunion.
RHOBH: Haven't missed Rinna at all, but once again a very Sutton-centric Season (woo!). This newbie can go, and probably will. Erika and Dorit have stepped up, this could be Dorit's best season in a few years. Crystal however... do something! Kyle is annoying and unhinged, she hasn't been fun at all this season. I need Sutton to stay on her neck because this was the same BS we had in the beginning seasons when LVP was planting stuff on Kyle's relationship and none of the other women wanted to go after her.
RHUGT:NY Legacy: I watched 2 of the first 3 episodes - very good so far, they've really fallen back into their previous dynamics. Lot's of 4-wall breaking, they do talk about being 'Cancelled'. Kristen was a great pick for this as well.

Edit: the final part of the Reunion aired last night. I agree having Monica exit is the right decision. She has no ties to this group anymore, she lied and I wouldn't want to film with her as a Housewife either. Monica isn't a victim in this, and her lack of accountability for how the IG page hurt the other women went completely over her head.
I don't think Production gives a crap about Social Media and Burner Accounts at this point, so I think the fact that Monica played a part in RVT went completely over their heads, is embarrassing really. I don't believe Monica for a second that she brought this up to Production in her first interview.
Heather finally got the roasting she deserved for the black eye, that last segment was very well done. We can finally move on from Monica and Jen Shah. We have all the answers we need. I'm excited for Season 5, this group is the right group now (please bring Mary back as a Friend) but I wouldn't be surprised if Monica pops up somehow, even as a guest.

RHOBH: I haven’t missed Lisa Rinna and I think Crystal/Sutton/Erika and Garcelle as an ensemble works very well. What a juggernaut season for Sutton tho. This season has been light and breezy but I struggle to remember what actually happened?
Sometimes breezy is good. RHOBH got dark there for a while. This feels alright, but I’d be okay with Dorit leaving.

Overall, meh? I did not mind this season, it was a bit breezier. I've paused most of the other franchises, but this had enough comedic relief for me. Not every season needs twists, turns, and a lot of drama. Sutton was the only one who had a decent season. Dorit needs to be fired. No excuses anymore. Keep Annemarie and Crystal. Please. Just get rid of Dorit. It's time.
I've been lukewarm to this Kyle/Mauricio split, I'll be honest outside of reading headlines I know nothing. Rob was the first one to clock onto WHO gave this story. I always assumed it was M/K Erika - the line of the season for me was "If I have missed something, or I have not been the most attentive friend, I am sorry” and I actually will say Erika had a great season this year in addition to Sutton.
Bravo will always prioritize Kyle, that is clear as day. I have zero idea why Kathy is even at the reunion. It's only because she has made up with Kyle and has something to say. But this season was a bit lighter and fresher. I do like this ensemble together when they do get along and I think Erika/Sutton together can make some magic.
I'm excited to see where RHOBH goes because it's probably one of the few franchises I will stick with. The core group is right, it's now about finding other housewives that complement this group. However, the direction I likey think they will take is bringing back Kathy and Kim next season in some capacity.

Controversial opinion but I would've kept Annemarie in a friend role - her feud with Crystal was refreshing, not the old-timers relying on Sutton for a feud. I believe she was the weakest link yes, but her still in the mix would've kept that feud bubbling. However I can see why Sanya's gone, lovely woman but god was she dull TV. With Kandi, Marlo and Sanya gone - I wonder if any women are next. I think Kenya's peach is pretty much secured and Sheree too after traitors, but I'm unsure how Drew will fare? I could see her snagging another season post-Ralph or lingering in the friend role.
In other news, seems the RHONY cast have all signed up for another season too - which is great, keeping the continuity alive and hopefully we'll see 1 or 2 new faces in the mix. As for the Potomac cast, I want a RHONY s5 style clear out. Keep Karen and Mia - they're the only two I'm still tuning in for. Wendy tries, but god is it cringe. Candiace seems over it and her reads are tired. Robyn had the chance to make this season hers and flopped MASSIVELY. Ashley seems like a friend at this point and poor Nneka isn't built for reality tv. It's a sinking ship, which is insane given how much of an iconic run s2-s6 has had. I guess it had to happen at some point. Maybe keep Gizelle, idk? I just know that I can't have another season of Giselle and Candiace on the same show so fire one of them for god sake.
Right now, the Housewives sphere looks like this (a guess)...
AIRING: RHOP: s8 on air until late April (after Karen's DUI, they'll have a longer hiatus than usual as the network/prod. company works out the right cast).
SET TO AIR SOON: RHONJ: s14 airing May 2024. RHODubai: s2 airing June 2024 (should've aired alongside RHONJ to get more viewers imo, especially given the huge wait between s1 and s2).
FILMING: RHOC: s18 most likely airing summer 2024 (my best guess is July). RHOSLC: s5 most likely airing Sep/Oct 2024 (the past 3 seasons have all aired in September).
DUE TO STAR FILMING SOON: RHOA: s16 start shooting next month. RHONY: s14 start shooting next month.
ON BREAK: RHOBH: they'll have six weeks off and probably have cameras up for s14 in June. RHOM: tricky to say, but I imagine they'll follow a similar schedule to RHOBH and start shooting s7 in the summer too.

RHOP: I'm not too sure what I think at this point. Potomac brought me into the Housewives Franchise and has been my preferred franchise up until a few years ago. They really need to fix this. I didn't watch this season but I'm surprised to hear Wendy dropped the ball because she was becoming a quick favorite of mine?! Candiace as well, it seems like the fans have turned on her a bit? Honestly, it only sounds like Karen and Mia had a decent season?
Outside of the Housewives, Top Chef is back - always an enjoyment for me. Southern Charm was one of Bravo's big shows last year and is back into filming. SHOCKED to hear the news Olivia is out?! Leva's spinoff, although the ratings are atrocious, apparently it's very good. The Valley also started last week (Vanderpump Rules Spinoff) and apparently, this is off to a cracking start.
I would have kept Annemarie as well. She was worth keeping around for the Crystal feud alone. I always get the feeling Bravo really listens to the fans when it comes to RHOBH and Annemarie was never set up for success coming in Episode 8 and completely being edited out.

- RHOBH: The first 16 Episodes averaged 4 Million Viewers across 35 days, assuming episodes 17-20 achieve the same ratings, this would put Season 13 as the highest-rated series since RHOA Season 6. - RHOM: 1.8 Million for Season 6. - Married To Medicine: The most-watched season in 4 years, 1.9 Million for Season 10.

Unfortunately, Crystal Kung Minkoff has announced her exit from Beverly Hills.
Robyn also confirmed with People Magazine today that she’s been fired from Potomac.
