BuzzJack Music Forum _ BJSC Spin Off _ 🌈PRIDE : confirmations

Happy Pride month!!
To celebrate the occasion we've decided to run a Pride themed Spin-Off (as I'm sure you've already gathered
) This is your chance to share some LGBTQ+ artists that you love/have impacted you with the rest of the community and get everyone into the Pride spirit! ��️�� However there are some guidelines we'd like you to abide by
o You must submit a song that's either by an LGBTQ+ artist and/or is lyrically about an LBGTQ+ topic
o The song cannot be by an artist with their own forum on buzzjack
o Your song can't have been sent to a previous spin off or main contest
o We won't allow multiple songs by the same artist
o Your song also can't have notable buzzjack prominence etc
So it's basically just the usual spin off rules but please make sure you are keeping within the spirit of the contest as that's really the most important rule here and myself and my co-mods won't hesitate to veto anything we feel isn't what the contest is about
You will have a week to get your entry confirmed (you can do so clicking the link below). Any entry submitted after 23:59 on the 8th of June will not be able to compete.
If you've got any Q's let me know as this is the first time we've done this contest so I hope I've covered everything

My artist technically has a fairly recent UK #1 single but you wouldn't know it

Sorry! Must have missed your post, yea it probs will close that Saturday or Sunday as I'll probs be working Sunday night so wouldn't be able to present the results then anyway

I defo would have sent Kevin to this if he hadn't already been sent (3 times lol) to the main contest. (Part of me was tempted to send Tyler, The Creator as well but I thought that might be slightly controv lol)
My other original idea a few months ago was Brendan Maclean's 'House Of Air' but that ended up in the main contest as well!

We always have a summer break in June for the main contest but we do usually host something else that's a bit different to fill the gap, it will probably be a YBO or BuzzJack Festivalen but we've still got to confirm what we're doing, whatever it is will be on at the same time as this.
Haven't got one from him either by the looks of it

At the moment I've only notified people with double confirmations, I can't give the final say on anyone's entry until my co-mods have cleared the list as well but what I will say is that it is a spin off so I'm not worried too much about the cheaper entries we have (I'm one of five though) but its always safe to have a back up
