All very exciting stuff! Really hope he does a tour this time - I know one was planned for the last album before Rona had other ideas. Such a shame because had that not happened I reckon the album would have been even bigger than it was!

Makes me feel excited to hear more! Without much to go on I feel like this could be his best album yet though.


I'd already pre-ordered the HMV version but the Spotify version looks pretty, so that I've just got that too! Nearer the time of release date I might decide between one or the other though. HMV doesn't charge immediately so at least there's not too much money going out.

Yesterday I ordered the "The Show - Exclusive CD Zine + Exclusive Cloudy Golden Vinyl + Signed Art Card" bundle! That's one of the bundles that has sold out. I'm happy to have got it because that vinyl variant is my favourite, but previously it was only available as part of the expensive "Collector's Edition Window Box Set" (and as things stand, that is once again the only way to be able to get it, because it's sold out in all other bundles as well as separately).


Back in February I ordered the Spotify version too, which has since sold out. I probably shouldn't be getting two vinyl versions, but seeing as the Spotify version could be rare I feel that I should probably keep my order! I had also previously ordered the HMV version but I ended up cancelling that one in an attempt to try and be sensible.

Short album but sweet, I like that it's a tight, cohesive effort. Title track and Must Be Love are my other highlights! He's very consistent.

The Show's Monday midweeks sales split is: 19,651 physicals + 1,515 streaming + 518 downloads.
In Sunday's midweeks, the physical format split was: 11,669 cds + 7,337 vinyl + 445 cassettes = 19,451 physicals. As well as 1,008 streaming + 485 downloads, so overall its sales were 20,944 on Sunday.

The encore version saw the album re enter at number 59 here in Ireland but drop out again until the physicals get released.

The physicals aren't out until April which is likely what will give it its boost, albeit for one week. As a download/streaming release back in November, it helped the album to re-enter at #165 (and really, a download and some alternative versions of the album tracks being streamed wasn't going to create a major/sustained boost for the album).

The tour doing its job in Ireland, the show is up to number 17 this week from 61 last week when it re entered.
Heartbreak weather also re enter at number 35 and flicker also back in the charts at number 48.

they did the same with heartbreak weather, no push anywhere after heaven, their timing is a shame too
