The girls started the soon klaxon in a piece with news.com.au that I just posted hinting that they are hoping to give us some new music this year, that we havent heard before....
A lot of us thought The Lost Tapes was wiping the slate clean for the proper full era. So let the speculation and the rumour collation begin!

Very excited to hear what they come up with! As suspected they released this for the fans and so they can go ahead and now focus on new music! It would have been a shame if the lost tapes was never released.

Nothings been announced as far as I know. Hopefully something will happen soon though.

No, it was mentioned again in that news.com.au interview that a bidding war was happening so I imagine if that is actually true that their management team are trying to get them the best deal

I don't think they are doing singles for this album sadly, but I highly agree Summer of 99 needs a major major push. More the demo version as it is rockier!

The Next single release we get is going to be from SB9 and not from TLT. That was more about drawing a line under the MKS era than actually doing the whole single release thing. Remembering they are Indy and would have to finance all of this themselves for very little, if any, return. It’s not worth it financially to release a single from TLT

You're right. Plus it sounds like they've been recording already, so hopefully by the end of this year we get a brand new single.

Today is the single from this album, as it has been sent to radio stations and is the focus track on streaming services. It just lacks an official music video.

I've kind of always assumed that they would use the O2 gig as a platform to launch new music. It just feels to random otherwise, though I guess they've only started recording.

The girls have been back in the studio together – and teased original music is on its way soon.
Mutya spilled: “We’ve been back in the studio now for a while and it’s all coming together.”
Keisha added that their differences are what makes Sugababes so unique: “It’s funny because we have very different musical tastes.
“But it just takes that one song to connect with and it sounds like Sugababes.
Hopefully people will like it because we really do! It sounds sexy, it sounds sophisticated…”
