Tina has confirmed Stronger is on the setlist.
!!!!
Split this out into a spoiler thread - assume this will get busier nearer the tour of course. Please keep all setlist spoilers in particular in this thread, I'm going to want to know as little as possible going into my first show!!
Ahh great idea Joseph, i'll keep any spoilers in here!
Good idea!
I tend to prefer knowing things before going to a tour if it's the only date I'm going to (which in this case, it is) because it helps me really take in the show and have an idea of how far through the show it is. So I will definitely be found posting in this thread
Apparently the outfits are more 'glam' this tour compared to last, we'll have to see about that
Confirmed all the singles on the setlist.
Album tracks and medleys to get as many album tracks as possible!
Glad that all the singles are confirmed!
NO solo slots on this tour confirmed by Jo!
I think that's a good decision! Make it a total celebration of S Club as a group.
I agree, i'm glad there are no solo spots!
Praying for Who Do You Think You Are!
Definitely agree with no solos... except for Rachel she deserves an hour to perform Come & Get It!
I heard Tina will be singing Adele's 'hello'.
Don't know if it's been mentioned already but someone on Popjustice met them at Salford Quays when they were on BBC Breakfast last week and Rachel confirmed Show Me Your Colours is on the setlist 😍😍😍
One of my all the time favourites!! So exciting!
Rehearsing ‘These Are The Days’.

Have fun to everyone going tonight!
Let us know your thoughts afterwards - remember to keep all spoilers in THIS thread please
Have fun anyone going tonight!
As I obviously can’t get to any of the shows I’ll be checking this thread to see what makes the set list.
The stage looks way better than their last reunion tour!
They look great, much better outfits than last tour.
They also look amazing as a 5!

Was hoping for more songs and I don’t understand ‘s club party twice’. I miss say goodbye and show me your colours
The show looked great from what I’ve seen online!
What a lazy setlist !!
disappointed, why ask for requests and not even include one!!
seen some videos , didnt see one live note!!
still i am sure i will have fun
Hmm, yeah, that’s disappointing.
Say Goodbye I do understand, for a party vibe concert I guess it just didn’t fit the bill at all, and would have been very difficult for them to sing.
But was really hoping to see Let Me Sleep and Show Me Your Colours, and seems it was mostly mimed, which is a shame.
Looks good visually however and clearly they had a great time and the crowd loved it from videos I’ve seen so should still be enjoyable.
Miming wise, I mean they always mime 95% of the time so I didn’t expect anything else
I’m so excited for my show it looks like a lot of fun!
Show Me Your Colours i was hoping like all fans !!
In interviews they made it seem like songs never performed was going to get their moment!
DSM placement is very odd!
I am so sad about no Show Me Your Colours, they said it was going to be included..
I enjoyed the setlist a lot, it hits the right spots at the right moments and covers almost all bases. A bit odd to promise performances of songs they'd never done live when we only got These Are the Days but everything popped off, even the random reprise of S Club Party felt like a great closer.
Some parts were mimed I'm sure but I don't think it was *mostly* mimed. They sounded great! They're all such stars and they look so natural as a 5 piece.
Had the best time and I have no voice left my sister who is a more casual fan than me loved the show!
Ahhh so happy to hear you had a great time Joseph! Sounds amazing
Was your M&G tonight too?
M&G is on the Saturday evening London show!
Epic night and more than made up for the Liverpool disappointment.
When we went in for M&G the band were sound checking so heard 4-5 songs before going through to M&G.
The M&G bundle is - signed metallic 8x10 photo in an S Club envelope, badge, keyring, lanyard and a printed S Club plastic bag.
They had a ‘technical issue’ with the M&G camera so photos had to be taken on everyone’s phones but it was fine and means we done have to wait 3+ days for the pictures, plus they took 20+ pictures on my phone.
The show and atmosphere was incredible - I’ve seen some people saying it was basic and they wanted more but I thought it was brilliant? The tribute to Paul was beautiful too.
They originally said our tickets for tonight would be at the side of stage but we were 3rd row centre stage!
Just on the mimed part it was apparent from being close to the stage that 90% was mimed - Jo done 2 songs live but all the solo songs were mimed, Bradley had some live parts in certain songs but overall the majority was mimed - not something that bothers me but clearly where a lot of the criticism has come from.
Glad you enjoyed it too!!
Random question - did the VIP lanyard have anything printed on it or was it plain?
Thank you!! I'm curious cause I want an S Club lanyard for work
Amazing, thank you for sharing!! Will absolutely be wearing that at work *.*
So a full detailed review from me!
This gig was easily the most anticipated gig I've had in a long time, perhaps since the last S Club reunion. The effect they have on me and the nostalgia they bring is entirely unparalleled by anyone else. Therefore, the bar was high. I didn't have unrealistic expectations, I knew some of my biggest hopes wouldn't happen and that it wouldn't be the most high-budget show ever.
I had an absolute blast. Not looking at the setlist in advance was the best decision I could've made, as I had no idea what was coming when. The second Don't Stop Movin' began, my sister and I went crazy - not introducing that song was an excellent decision! The album tracks chosen weren't shocking in any sense but they felt right. Queen Tina slayed Stronger as I knew she would, hearing Bradley perform Friday Night live was so much fun, and Jon's Sunshine performance was heartwarming, from him singing Paul's adlibs for him, and changing the lyric from "girl" to "boy"!
My highlight of the night, unexpectedly, was Alive! Getting further into the setlist I was wondering whether it was even included but it turned into a massive moment, the new mix made it sound insanely fresh and like it could be a current hit - I'd love it to be released (I know it won't be). The S Club Party encore actually popped off more than the first performance despite it initially feeling like a random way to end the show (would've still traded one for a Who Do You Think You Are? performance though).
I don't mind whether it was mimed or not really, though the ballads definitely sounded live. Jo was having problems with her in-ears during Have You Ever notably but she nailed every big note still. The chemistry between the five of them was strong, they looked tight as a five piece and all of them seemed to be really enjoying it. I barely noticed the lack of dancers, they captivated me more than enough between the five of them!
The Paul tribute was handled beautifully and with great care. Loved hearing Good Times played out over a touching montage, and the group singing with Paul on the final chorus. These Are the Days slotted in perfectly to the setlist (though I feel slightly conned that they promised songs they'd never performed before and this was the only one!). My sister bought the charity Good Times t-shirt, I got the white t-shirt with the band photos on it as well as the mug, poster, tote bag and programme.
I cannot wait to go again in a couple of weeks for a couple of the London dates, especially for the VIP on the Saturday evening show after seeing how lovely everyone's photos have been! Replaying every moment over and over in my mind, feels surreal that my first show has already happened now.
Loved reading your review!!
I'm literally SO excited for my show next week!
When are you going, Slayer? *.*
Awww glad you had such a great time, I was thinking of snapping up a ticket for Leeds tomorrow... but I am travelling to Mexico so that was out of the window lol
I’m seeing them next Thursday! It can’t come quick enough I’ve got major fomo seeing all the videos and photos, it looks like so much fun!
Aww Spice have a great time in Mexico! Hopefully S Club will do hoopla/pride events next year and you may be able to see them then!
Aw shame you couldn't make this tour Spiceboy, though hopefully there'll be chances to see them next year! enjoy Mexico *.*
How long a gap is it between M&G and the doors opening for the show?
In the email is says M&G is about 5pm and read they go on stage at 8:45 but not sure how long the M&G takes in total. my hotel is about a 20 min walk so not sure whether if I’d have time to turn up for M&G and go back to hotel for a bit, or whether it’s best to just stick around.
Oh wowwww!
I had the best time tonight.
I feel quite overwhelmed as they were my childhood and I got to finally see them 😭 I was sat front row, dead centre! I made contact with all of them during the show, Jon, Bradley and Rachel a lot!
They actually exceeded my expectations, the dancing was great and extremely tight. The songs went off and it was so nice to see how much they were genuinely enjoying it! There were non stop movin’.
They truly work great as a five piece and were extremely solid and it worked.
Also they look incredible in real life, like wow! Also Jon and Bradley are still so hot!
I enjoyed the remix of s club party at the end. I did miss show me your colours but I loved the show as it was. It has made me want to go again!
I had such a special night, it was definitely one of my favourite concerts because of how fun it was and what a special place they hold in my heart.
My meet and greet was great, they were so lovely and sweet!
I was actually quite impressed with Now United and Sweet Love as opening acts, I really enjoyed them. I just love groups that can dance.
Yessss so happy you had a great time!!!!! I'm so excited to go again tomorrow and Saturday (and M&G on the latter !!!!!)
Ahhh thank you!!
Have the best time, which i'm sure you will! It was such a fun show and I hope we get more from them next year.
I just loved seeing how happy they seemed to be performing together!
I’ve got the double on Saturday - matinee and then later show
I got offered tickets for tonight too but 2 shows on one day is enough for me.
For anyone that can get to the 02 and hasn’t seen them yet tickets can be picked up massively reduced on Twickets (from £19!).
Feel like it’s 1999.
Went to the Geri book signing the.man straight to the S Club matinee show - great show, only difference was the brought all their children on stage for a song which was lovely, off to the evening show shortly!
Loved the Alive remix, pretty random that they saved the best remix and biggest and best use of lights for the smallest hit of their (first time around) career.
Tina got a surprisingly good reception to Stronger! And the crowd really loved the ballads more than I expected, especially Have You Ever (and of course Never Had A Dream Come True, but that was a given).
Really liked the tuning the radio intro to You and the slight almost acapella start to that song.
Bring The House Down is definitely their great lost single, would have been such a big hit as a late Feb/early March 2001 single.
The setlist was ok, I do understand why Say Goodbye was left out, given the lyrics and the situation. But it was a bit all over the place in parts, I'd have definitely put either Bring It All Back or Don't Stop Movin' plus Reach in the encore and done Never Had A Dream Come True earlier on. I guess they needed a Jon solo but Sunshine was the song I least enjoyed personally, that definitely needed to be Show Me Your Colours, Viva La Fiesta or a Seeing Double medley (which easily could have been added somewhere anyway).
These Are The Days had a muted response but I get that as it would have been the least familar track to most in the crowd I guess.
The Paul segment was incredibly touching and well done, the only weird thing for me was the Hannah erasure. She was just as equal a part of the band as the other six, although it was quite clear how little she sang on their material - half a line here and there that Tina picked up.
If you weren't familiar with the band, you wouldn't really have been aware there was an extra member. The only lines Hannah had on any of the songs performed were on Bring It All Back and Tina picked those up with ease. It's not a problem in my eyes, though, she was treated just the same as any band member who leaves. One Direction and Little Mix didn't give any mention or attention to their departed members on tour, and even Spice Girls in 2019 didn't actively mention Victoria, the only references were in Wannabe and The Lady is a Vamp.
The O2 evening shows were great but Saturday night was particularly brilliant, what with it being the first of the London shows to go on sale meaning it's the most eager superfans in attendance. The atmosphere was so good and the crowd knew every song! Having seen the show a few times now I think the setlist order could've changed slightly (Don't Stop Movin' in the middle actually worked brilliantly because the SURPRISE of that starting with no notice is genius, but I think maybe These Are the Days should've been after Good Times and the Paul tribute, with Bring It All Back a little later). There was definitely room at least for Show Me Your Colours and maybe a medley - Dance / Gangsta Love / Who Do You Think You Are *.* just imagine! The setlist as it was though was very tight, no toilet break moments (I did see some going during Alive though, their loss to miss out on that incredible mix).
The highlight of yesterday was of course the meet & greet. It was brief, as I knew it would be, but I went away feeling so happy and a little tearful (in a good way!). I felt welcomed immediately by them all, and Jon asked my name. I had him on my left and Jo on my right for the photo (Tina far left, then Rachel followed by Bradley far right). Everything I said sounds exceptionally cliché on paper but it came from my heart and they seemed touched. I remember Rachel paying particular attention to what I was saying and Bradley said it was nice to meet me. I'm nervous to see the photo - I hope I don't look awful in it
I feel sad my experience of this tour is now over but I'm so happy it happened, grateful for the number of memories I've made and for the fact I've spent even just a couple of minutes with five of my childhood heroes (and I met Hannah a few years back at a comic con too). I know they have some plans into next year, and I hope S Club are around for years to come.
Joseph, I genuinely loved reading that!
I'm so happy you had a brilliant time and you were very happy with your meet and greet! It is always special to meet people you had idolised for so long!
I agree with you, they were extremely solid as a five piece and were very tight. The setlist was very solid. I agree they could have squeezed in more but i'm hoping to god we get more of them next year!
So other VIP photos from that night have been uploaded but not mine feeling very anxious about the whereabouts of my photo now, I've sent them an email but a 14 day response time is not going to calm my nerves. Ugh.
OMG they are rehearsing 'Natural' for the US shows, choreo looks great!
Their choreographer Nicky posted a rehearsal clip on his insta story.
edit: oh wait they were already performing this, my bad! the choreo looks slicker
The choreo looks REALLY great!!
Toronto was last night, seeing many good reviews! Stage was smaller so no stairs etc but they did have a slightly raised platform. Same outfits (black) for the whole night.
They didn't have a screen at the back of the stage, so the Paul tribute couldn't happen in the same way - instead Bradley and Jon sang Good Times!
These Are the Days was cut, not sure if this was became the show started a little later than advertised or if it was never going to be on the US setlist.
Saw some videos online, looks like people had fun!! Will definitely try and find that video of Jon and Bradley signing 'Good Times' as I would love to hear that!
Full show from last night, slightly more live vocals!!
Tina was live during stronger to?!
Paul Louis, aka Howard from Miami 7, will be attending tonight's show in New York!
Bradley posted a story with him backstage!
