I'd be surprised if it's a Vegas extension announcement, given that new dates were announced only a couple of days ago? (For October/November 2016 & January/February 2017).

Yep looks like it will be single #2. It's been described as a 'banger' by the writer Carla Marie Williams and is produced by Young Fyre.
