Songs alright on first listen, probably a grower. Can’t really imagine either singer ordering shots or wanting to lose their phones mind you laugh.gif unsure.gif

(Not my post but agree 100%)

I'm intrigued by the Paris Hilton collabo though

laugh.gifi said no.1 before hearin it. It's just ok

Posted by: Mangø 7th February 2024, 10:18 PM

Glad they had the good sense to switch that horrible album art!

'Dance Alone' hasn't grabbed me on first listen... I'm hoping it's a grower.

2. Immortal Queen (feat. Chaka Khan & Missy Elliott)

Why is this being kept a secret? She is hardly a big name.

I've got no clue... it's a bit random. Amazon Music leaked it straight away anyway laugh.gif

Posted by: Mangø 9th April 2024, 10:29 PM

She's back with 'Incredible' feat. Labrinth.

Really not feeling this one, the chorus is a bit grating. 'Dance Alone' was alright but the quality of her output has generally taken a bit of a nosedive lately.

Posted by: Padamic Tension 9th April 2024, 11:13 PM

Not liking incredible at all.

Posted by: Jessie Where 9th April 2024, 11:16 PM

Feels a lot like Sia's just been throwing shit at a wall for years now.

Posted by: Anita Hanjaab 9th April 2024, 11:38 PM

God what happened to her? Guess she ran out of things to say, like Lana del Rey.

Posted by: ___∆___ 15th April 2024, 11:34 AM

Well the album has got 2 sales from me that it wouldn’t have got due to having to buy a copy of the album for each ‘Dance Alone’ format (CD & 12” vinyl) - genius marketing move laugh.gif

Out now cheeseblock.png

This has exceeded my expectations in every way!! the pre-release singles have been rather misleading...so glad this is finally out cheer.gif

Pleasantly surprised by this album, there's some strong songs on it, particularly the first half! Definitely better than I was expecting based on the pre-album singles.

Posted by: Padamic Tension 7th May 2024, 05:32 PM

Shocked Sia's album is only 32 in todays mids, i was sure she would be safe for top 10.

Posted by: aeroco 7th May 2024, 07:22 PM

Shocking midweek for Sia…not that she will have significant amounts but have her vinyls shipped? Wasn’t there something about delayed bundles?

I’ve listed to the album a few times but I find her voice too full on and the best songs are easily Gimme Love and Dance Alone.

Posted by: ___∆___ 8th May 2024, 06:06 PM

They screwed up this release - to get the Kylie vinyl and CD you had to order each format with a physical or download of Sia’s album, I ordered both and her store only bothered to send me the download links yesterday - most Kylie fans seemed to chose the download option as it was the cheapest but yet if none of us download it the sales don’t count.

Also now that the Dance Alone vinyl has been delayed people that did order a physical copy of Sia’s album won’t get the album until the single is ready.

The whole reason they done the physical single was to appeal to Kylie fans and grab some extra album sales which due to their mess up seems like it’ll be next to no sales.

I suppose at least it beat 'Dance Alone' by one place?

Posted by: Sour Candy 17th May 2024, 05:39 AM

This flopped completely in the US, #153

This is decent, superb remix
