New music is beating teased! I loved their last album, especially ‘The Bandit’, ‘Echoing’ and ‘A Wave’, so I’m quite excited for this.

They’re fantastic and have been for a long time!

I enjoyed their last album way more than I expected to (especially 'The Bandit' which is one of their best songs ever for me) so feeling relatively hyped for this, intrigued to see if they still have enough of a pull to get a top 100 single or two again like they did last time.

I wasn't keen on their last album, I really liked WALLS though. Looking forward to hearing the new stuff anyway, they still know how to write a good song.

'Mustang' is out on Thursday!

It looks like Kid Harpoon is the new producer on this new album, a change from Markus Dravs, who produced the last two albums. An interesting change, as Harpoon has a very pop-heavy catalogue.

I read the album might be called Continuity but not confirmed

Is that a coincidence or a known deliberate thing by the band?

Apparently the first three times were just a coincidence, but they’ve kept it going since then.

Even ‘WALLS’ stands for ‘We Are Like Love Songs’!

Out at 5pm UK time, sounds very good from this preview.

The album is titled 'Can We Please Have Fun' and is out on May 10th.

Posted by: Mangø 22nd February 2024, 05:57 PM

I quite like that as an album title!

Posted by: WhoOdyssey 23rd February 2024, 11:35 AM

A great return!

Doing nothing for me sadly.

Sounds better than their last efforts.

The last album was so boring I’m not sure I’ve played it since release week. It was such a shame given how good pretty much all of the preceding albums were and especially a come down from Walls.

I enjoyed this on first listen!

Posted by: WhoOdyssey 28th March 2024, 01:02 PM

Second single 'Split Screen' is out tomorrow!

Posted by: WhoOdyssey 29th March 2024, 04:38 PM

This is fantastic, possibly even better than 'Mustang'. 2/2 for me so far.

New one 'Nothing To Do' is out tomorrow!

Posted by: WhoOdyssey 20th April 2024, 06:23 PM

Possibly my least favourite of the three, but still pretty good anyway.

Posted by: WhoOdyssey 10th May 2024, 11:36 AM

The album is out now! So is a music video for 'Nowhere to Run'.

Went to pick this up today and noticed there was one copy in my HMV entitled ‘Gawn Ni Hwyl Plîs?’-the title in Welsh! It contained a bonus disc featuring live performances from their Wrexham gig last year. Love that extra something for us Welsh speakers-when will Taylor Swift?

Class that like!

I spotted that in HMV Southampton earlier - a nice touch!
