ah I was wondering what you would have sent Juan as I don't know your taste other than Calvin that well, decent debut entry anyhow! perhaps you could join BJSC next if you like this? that's got almost 3 times the participants as this and a wider genre range if that interests you.

This semi... didn’t have a whole lot of standouts for me but that’s probably just my taste, so that coupled with the fact that I wasn’t at the plug session kinda puts me in the dark as to who I think would win. Just gonna say my entry for the lolz

'Fighting For Freedom' closes the gap following a 10 point gain. And immediately we discover who was behind another current big favourite for the win in WhoOdyssey who also does a decent job in not foot-shooting by only offering 3 points to 'North' & nothing to 'Fighting For Freedom'. However another big chunk for 'Phoenix' now puts that right in the mix. 'Bloodlines' & 'Ride The Wave' also begin to pick up a bit of steam.

'Smoke & Mirrors' was 15th for me, not worthy of being on 0 points at all, poor brave Rollo! IIRC I suspected that one of being TheSnake (although in retrospect Snake is probably Sergeant Pepper).

Cody is the one I was tipping for the win from the plug session then, not far off so far! Great entry <3

Chez is next to submit and it's back-to-back maximums for 'Emotion 98.6' to put that within a whisker of topping the charts as 'Iridium' is also thrown a few points to just about preserve its lead. Wonderful entry from Chez, very reminiscent of Tangerine Dream!

This result for me is vindicating me never sending Kuedo to BJSC, I would have been hoping to rely on high points from the likes of Chez there but I did have an inkling it maybe wouldn't have stood out that much. Nevermind, still glad to have finally got the song out there and off my eternal potentials list! I promise I will try harder to find a good entry for the next one of these

Ay I finished on a high with my only medal position thanks Lew (and thanks Frank for some more points at the end too). Scraped a top 15 position if I beat Dan on the tiebreak then, not too bad in the end really!

Really good entry from Lew that I'm surprised didn't do a bit better! Congrats Whoddy on your first song contest win, 'Iridium' just missed my votes but I still enjoyed it quite a bit and it was definitely something different which I can always get behind.

Assuming dandy* was behind Rival Consoles, that's twice in a row he's entered one of my faves and ended up with a deduction! Ah well x

A bit of a disappointing end but WOW at getting another top 5! I was sure this track was gonna do just okay so to see it exceed my expectations was great.

To those of you who loved Fighting With Freedom, I suggest you check out more of kors k’s tracks, he does a nice mix of genres and still goes OFF.





and he also remixed Zedd’s “Clarity” so yeah another reason to love his work

Well congrats Whoddy! Nice to see a new winner here and quite wonderful that an instrumental very standout actually won, a bagpipe banger and different to pretty much everything else sent here so kudos~

Deductions not quite allowing me to sneak another top 10, but 12th is not too bad I guess, this was one I'd really wanted to send to BJSC for years now, but was worried it would flop, guess I was right as I thought here may embrace it more! Thanks to all who voted nonetheless~

So just a message from me thanks to everyone who participated for making this another super fun contest to host. And once again thanks for all the love for my entry - didn't quite get to announce myself as winner again but the winning song was a bit of a genius entry that properly stood out, I was a big fan of it so fantastic to see that prevail. Of course I'm elated with second anyway

It was also really exciting counting up the scores, seemed like it could have been any one of about 5/6 tracks winning right up until the last few votes so hopefully the speedy reveal didn't dissolve any of the tension!

So over to Whoddy for hosting duties (if he wants to of course) & already looking forward to the next instalment

That was exciting reading it all through. I'm tickled that there was so much talk about what my entry was even though I'm not even there (and that YET again I gave my top marks to those who saw sense and entered songs like me ), and even though one of the ones that was ended up winning, I still got a good result with my own entry so I'm very happy with that. Phoenix is a journey of complex dubstep and I'm glad it found several fans here, enough to give me a more than decent result. Very good hosting and effective tension Dobbo.

Congrats WhoOdyssey, very good song. I did actually come across The Sidh a while back, so if I'd focused on them more as an entry potential it could have easily been me indeed Bré, I figured that was the one people were pointing towards. Bagpipes in songs are so great, and this one had a great tune as well, very good winner.

It was very enjoyable listening to this all Sunday night, thanks guys for a contest worthy of the instrumental tag <3

I was checking this while I was at work and I was surprised to see the final result, being at #10. Well, I would have been at #11 if Dexton submitted. That said, I found out very curious that he was the one who submitted "Places We Don't Know", which was my favourite discovery of this Club Bizarre. Anyway, I'm glad to see that some of you liked "Bloodlines" as well.

Congrats WhoOdyssey and good job Dobbo for hosting!

I guess I should consider this, although I need to check very carefully everything about BJSC first.

My tactic of send-something-completely-random-and-hope-you-dont-come-last seems to have worked as I avoid the bottom 5, that Kasper song is one I've known for years and have wanted to send to something for a while but this contest fit. Sad to see Rollo so low as well, I really liked that one!
