Glad the price cut is on in Morrisons...
It's been 6 weeks now since Denial's release; I really doubt we'll be getting a 4th single. |

Anyone else price watching? album took a fair tumble this week. Not so good. Think its time for a fourth single announcement- out next month? tie in with tour drag album sales up etc. They've always has 4 before!

Theres not gonna be a 4th single, also yesterday in Zavvi in Manchester Change was being sold for £16 Hey! Read the 4th single news on the other topic after i posted that. Silly That is a shame, though i can see the reasons for it. Yeah i was in my local Zavvi last night and saw it was £16! Was apalled. Think its officially out their chart now (is there's just top40 or something) so won't be competitively priced unless in a sale. seems to be the way they work. So final top75 run and sales for change? any guesses? I'm guessing around 550k and 38 top 75 weeks by end of year (assuming a widespread price cut at some point) but hard to say This post has been edited by spicefunk: 9th May 2008, 02:18 PM |

No 69 this week will.i.am sold 2077 copies at 70 so the girls must've sold about 2k and some 'change' (c**p joke). Denial also out of top 75 so if there's no 4th single the change era could be over very soon
The Album is only £5.98 at Amazon and i think people were saying its £6.99 in Morrison's so anyone who reads this forum and been waiting for a decent price buy away! No excuse anymore its a great album and deserves to sell more and stay in the chart a bit longer! |

I agree change was really good, and given the single sales and chart run i have no idea why it hasn't sold as much as their last few studio albums. Dropped out top 75 this week for the 1st time no 85! (and denial not even top 100 this week) It could still re-enter top 75 for a couple more weeks but that could be the era totally over in a chart sense, though sure the sales will continue steadily. Ps- Album now £5.99 in Sainsburys so buy away anyone who hasn't yet! |
