Just back from the doctors after they very kindly fitted me in at the end of surgery time, I've got yet another chronic ear infection and they've sent a swab off this time as this is about the 5th one I've had in less than a year. At least this time they'll hopefully find out what sort of infection it really is, got a 3 week antibiotic course and steroid drops to take now, I'm just thankful I didn't have it last week when I went to see Will at Chiswick. You're not having much luck lately Suggy - hope they manage to find the cause soon |

Oh dear suggy - hope this time they find out what's really causing the problem and cure it. Trouble is with chronic things it can take time, and if you're anything like me I haven't got the time. Between all of us, and the amount of medication we have to take, we could open a pharmacy!! |

Give it a good scrub chrysalis, thousands of germs live on your keyboard, that's probably why we're always bloody ailing. What and get electrocuted - sooner have the bugs. It was only a small amount, and I've managed to wipe it up - I think. This post has been edited by chrysalis: 18th July 2008, 11:52 AM |

I see the wood louse is back Must have been let out of the padded cell. It's funny you should say that, because I hadn't seen him for ages, so I checked his posts. He seems to appear around the same time each month, which makes me wonder if he is indeed 'let out' for short periods at a time on a care in the community project. |

Mind you there's been so much positive press about Will's new music & festival appearances there hasn'tbeen much for it to get it's teeth into. One hint of negativity & it's there like a bad penny. Afterall Will is it's fav topic of conversation |

You know, the DS forum is a funny old place, because all it really is, is a place to spout off and give opinions on just about everything. But it's also a place that attracts the saddos and weirdos of society and it does make you think how lucky we may be that some of these people are spending their time glued to a pc and are not out actually walking amongst us. There's one guy on the SNP thread that's actually made close on 700 posts in just two days and all I can imagine that he's sitting there, on a commode ('cos there's no time for toilet breaks ) in front of his pc with a thermos, a packed lunch and pontificating on every bloody subject under the sun. Do these people have no contact with a physical being for gawd's sake? I suppose they don't, they couldn't have, there's no time for actual human contact. It's very sad really, I suppose they're more to be pitied than blamed. |

Wonderful. Don't bite the bullet girls and don't give him ammunition to fire by replying to him. It's all too good at the moment to let one troll spoil it all.

It's taken me a long time to learn but it's much better poking fun on here than giving the haters the satisfaction of responding on there. |
