Perhaps they think that a few hundred of us have multi bought tour tickets too. There might be more than one of us (present comapny excepted of course ) who have a***s big enough to spread over a neighbours seat, but not over the 50k theatre seats Will's already sold. |

We must all be millionaires! His popularity really gets up certain noses. This post has been edited by truly talented: 30th September 2008, 07:08 PM |

I thought I would put a message on the Radio 2 boards about the Ken Bruce programme last week. I got the most ridiculous replies. Have a look if you can get on to it.

BBC Radio 2 forum It's standard practice for radio1 and radio2 message boards I'm afraid Pearl, lots of dimwits without much aim in life and even less sense. Ignore them and cheer yourself up by reading all the 'genuine and honest' replies on the radio2 events page, it's for the Ken Bruce live session, that Will did for radio 2. There's over a 150 fantastic comments, from all over the world prasing Will's awesome live session. http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/events/willyoung/index.shtml |

Gill/Pearl, sometimes people react badly to a thread that has been started by someone who is so obviously an ardent fan of someone. Just be glad you didn't get any abuse, only humourous replies.

But I haven't been on that forum before and it had to be moderated! Well, exactly! You hadn't been on there before and you start a new thread praising Will - praiseworthy though he be! and that is just like a red flag to a bull. It would have been exactly the same if Gareth had done a session and a Gareth fan had started a similar thread. Do you mean by it had to be moderated, that the thread did have a whole load of abusive responses? If so, again, that wouldn't surprise me. I've grown cynical in my "old age" and just go on sites like that any more. It's a waste of time, imo. As suggy pointed out, there are some lovely posts on the actual live sessions page, most of which seem genuine. Toni xxx |

The GMTV comment was a bit of a giveaway that the person had been nowhere near Cadogan Hall. Not very bright are they. |

I go away for 6 days, come back, go on D and what do I find - same old, same old. Bloody hell this is Will's 4th album, he's been around for almost 7 years, he was originally from a talent contest, and he's still selling enough to get a #2 album albeit he's appears to have slipped a bit this week.
I wonder how many of the so called "artistes" that everyone seem to think are the second coming, will be able to say the same. And I've come back with a very heavy cold, no voice and feel awful. |
