Oh well. AT LEAST I BEAT DANDY

I was hoping that you wouldn't notice that.

You will note that I deliberately made no reference to it and left it until the final vote. biggrin.gif

Daphne was the only song I liked this time that was a discovery. The rest of my top 5 I already knew and all the other points were given out randomly pretty much.

Anyway, congrats Pavel, a worthy winer in my eyes and thanks Dandy for hosting brilliantly as usual!

Well done Dandy, and well done at making me think I had come last, so I left and went to the gym to look at hot guys. tongue.gif

Thanks for all the votes guys and well done to Pavel.

I did want Active Child to win - it is sublime.

You did a great job!

Oh, and thanks for everyone's votes - I genuinely didn't think I would do that well this time, but I do love "Mirrors" so I'm glad that many others discovered this gem.
Actually really happy that both Games and Active Child both finished high up too.

And I think you should deduct 12 points from Pavel for not being here. Hehe. tongue.gif

Hurrah!

Dandy should do this again, although I'm sure Pavel would do just as well.

Congratulations Pavel (for winning UP5) and Dandy (for organising UP5)! thumbup.gif

#10 for my entry (Phantogram - When I'm Small) is very good! Thanks to everyone who voted for this song (especially Grebo69 and Thomsen). Actually #10 & #11 have the same score (97 points).

Not a fan of the winner, but I've discovered some fantastic music in this edition. I fully intend to buy the accompanying albums by Rollerskate Skinny, Stroke 9, Crocodiles and The Auteurs in the near future.

The Rollerskate Skinny album is reported to be a lost classic of the 90s which predates the likes of the Flaming Lips' work. I already have that Auteurs album. I must listen to it. I never have.

Obviously I'm biased but I think you would enjoy the Auteurs album.
