I thought it would be Joe too, Jo is the female spelling of the name, although I guess that's sort of a play on the fact she is a woman and he's a male alter-ego, so they use the female spelling instead of the male spelling. And he definitely looks like a farmer/cowboy, probably something to do with the theme of the song and video.

Probably, I can see that happening tbh. I'd rather she went as Yuyi but seeing as You & I is the single and Jo is tied in with that, I reckon she'll go as Jo.
