I'm back. Knee replacement seems to have gone OK, although I've got to wear these damn white stockings for another 2 weeks (6 weeks in total). Nor can I drive until then. Oh well.
A very Happy Christmas and a great New Year everyone. |

QUOTE Will Young - Will Young's Christmas Unpacking Will Young is set to spend the Christmas period unpacking boxes in his new London house. Will Young will spend the Christmas period sorting out his new house. The 'Come On' singer moved into a new property in London recently and has delayed unpacking and sorting through his belongings, but has promised himself he will use his festive break to tackle the mess. He told BANG Showbiz: "Over Christmas, I will be very much enjoying my new house, which I haven't had a chance to sort out. I've got that one room at the top of the house which I just haven't gone in to. "I'm like, 'I will do it today' but then someone phones and they're like, 'Shall we go out for coffee?' So I'll tackle that, I've got my new dog, so she needs to be trained and then just pottering around really. "I'm enjoying the moment, enjoying the success of the moment and thinking, 'This has been a good year.' " Will is making the most of having a break because he is expecting to be incredibly busy in 2012. He said: "I think next year will be a really busy one. More songs - at least two singles, which is great because I think there's a lot of singles on the album and maybe, there's a couple of acting things I'm waiting on - the perils of auditioning." http://www.contactmusic.com/news/will-youn...packing_1279152 |

Another tiny gem just popped up
QUOTE Jon ALi Presents: The Top 50 Singles of 2011 Let me start off by saying that ranking singles from an amazing year in music is no easy task. I’ve literally spent hours going back and forth with the positioning these songs. The truth is, I love every single one of these songs and no ranking should question that fact. Since there were so many songs released this year I’ve included two sub-categories to make things a little easier for myself. There is obviously many more songs that I would have loved to add but I’m happy with what I’ve come up with. Check out my Top Singles lists below and comment with your faves of the year. Thank You! 8. Will Young – Jealousy This Richard X-produced pop gem is simply just stunning. Will Young is the definition of class. http://jonalisblog.com/2011/12/23/jon-ali-...ingles-of-2011/ |

Thanks all.
Thanks for the articles everyone. With all these wonderful articles and reviews about Will and his music, it really makes me very angry to read about The Voice. And why did the BBC use him in advertising the programme when they were going to drop him? Damned cheek - I'd sue them. |
