Yes, you know you're getting to a point where u overplay something to the max and then liking it too much that it might kill it for you I think I'll just vote last minute on how I feel about it tbh I see. In that case, one suggests you cease listening before it gets over played |

'Butterflies' is so much better than 'Look Back' I'm shocked that it's the favourite personally.

I can't see anything other than Ashton being #1 now with the hype. It's charted in some personal charts already and has been receiving praise at Ashton's thread AND further discussion of it in the Odds and Final thread further boosts it. Also can't see anything else other than Ramrynia being #2 as well. Around 3-4 people (I think?) were wanting to send that song but missed out. Plus I can see the pop voters voting for the song with heavy points.
A lot of votes might go like: 12 Ashton/Ramrynia 10 Ramrynia/Ashton Unless as Rich says... people have been dead silent for the majority of the time and keeping their favourites sealed until the final results. |

*Crawls out of the woodwork*
I don't think Look Back is all that, and there's a few songs I'd much rather see triumph. *crawls back in* |

'Butterflies' is so much better than 'Look Back' I agree that Butterflies is better than Look Back, but Look Back is the closest she's been since Butterflies to recreating it's genius. *Crawls out of the woodwork* Well, clearly you are dead inside.I don't think Look Back is all that, and there's a few songs I'd much rather see triumph. *crawls back in* I blame Rich. I was happy in tier 2, nobody crawled out of the woodwork to bash my entries. One of the really good things about Molly winning was that it literally came out of no where. |

I really want a song to come out of nowhere to win, with all of this certainty

I know I can't say much at this point.. but well.. what I CAN say, though, is that you're all forgetting to talk about any dark horses this contest may or may not have

Dark Horse..? That would probably be one of the Top 10 predicted contenders at the Odds/Predicta tbh.

I'm pretty sure Seyetana will end up a lot higher than most are predicting

I'd like to think Marigold could dark horse it, but I really doubt it, glad to hear some support for it though! I'm thinking Nightwish or SoSo could be serious contenders at this point, maybe Foxes and MNDR too.

I was thinking 5th-8th, what were you thinking? I echo the Marigold support too, it's such a great song, I'd be devastated to see it not at least come top half. I was thinking it could do similar to 'Ein' and pick up quite a few 12's. Perhaps not win, but certainly be in the mix right at the top there! And I've just voted! Which means there will be some odds from KlumBet arriving soon! |

And I'm going to be out when the final results arrive! Should be an interesting read when I stumble in at midnight (or later) then. Being compared to 'Ein' is very good in my book.
On dark horses, I think Ria Ritchie could just about get herself into the top 10, or at least finish top half. I'm not sure about Marigold, I hope they do do well, but I can see them languishing in 19th or something. |
