Mr. Oizo is one of the few dance producers to have had a UK No1 and retain his underground credibility.

'Flat Beat' sounds very anomalous for a UK #1 anyway so I'm not surprised he went back underground after that.

But yeah I can't think of many other people who break into the mainstream and then stay credible underground. Eric Prydz to an extent I guess. Mint Royale too seeing as barely anyone knows who he is these days.
