That's 21 points from you 3 guys that I received thank-you. I think you may have been the only ones to vote for me though Thanks for my points james, you n Tim just got edged out by all the ballads - I think there was a balladry slaughtering going on in response to the dance overkill, so they grabbed extra point they perhaps wouldnt have in a more varied semi. I had an inkling the dance votes might spread them a bit thin as there were a lot of not bad ones, but very few outstanding dance tracks... |

Singerpurear! No-one will touch that record!!! I'm well into my second run now... Is this a challenge? I thought if I DNQ this time with a "nice girl screaming her head off on a dance-y track" entry, I'll go back to my roots and send some indie/rock/(metal) entries for the next 3 contests - that would be 8 DNQs in a row I'm not sure that I'll keep my word, though. |

Daehun confirmed Sam Smith status in BJSC, with literally TWICE as many Qs in a row as us peasants. Watch them send John Legend next month. #00274E are the new pretenders to the throne.
Three countries making their first final this month! Yay freshness. 14 Daehun ~ 7 #00274E ~ 6 Aquafina 6 Danaelanda 6 D'yermak'er ~ 3 FARC 3 Hendinia 3 Ramrynia 3 Sandebörg ~ 2 (Federal Republic of) Ashton 2 Bellamia 2 Bignia-Zaragovina 2 Desbuanda 2 Hushkanukia 2 Jayrusalem 2 New Lexico 2 N-Lazone 2 Terra Avium 2 Utopia ~ 1 Aeroche 1 Florina 1 Greenfroze 1 Harmonica 1 Kluminican Republic 1 Ojnoj 1 PRoJ 1 Republic of Adonia 1 Sandénia 1 Taahino 1 Thelonia 1 Tinnmark 1 Trifoski 1 Ultraviolenceland 1 Unovia DEAD |

Desbuanda's votes:
Semi 1 +12 | Fljótavík : Verre - 'Blu' +10 | Ajanaeda : Cash+David - 'Bones' +08 | Q +07 | Q +06 | Q +05 | Q +04 | Q +03 | Ethanola : DJ Paypal - bEbay +02 | Q +01 | TRIANGLEDONIA : Snakehips - 'Days With You (feat. Sinead Harnett)' Semi 2 +12 | Q +10 | Q +08 | Isconia : Billy Who - 'My Heart Will Mend' +07 | Q +06 | Q +05 | Persephonia : Sogand - 'The Lom' +04 | Q +03 | Q +02 | Syndare : Zak Abel - 'Lonely' +01 | Q Don't think I've ever had a top two DNQ before . Particularly shocked Fljótavík did so poorly as it sounded like quite an obvious hit to me. :/ Other than that, not bad overall and particularly chuffed with a few of the shock qualifiers in Semi 2. |

I'm either going to "if you can't beat 'em join 'em" and go for a fab dance instrumental next time, or just go "what the f and opt for cheesy dance bhangra" and keep my run of DNQ's going PS Fab cool classy Snakehips in semi 1 went the same way as fab classy cool Above And Beyond in semi 2. Moral: don't do cool and classy in BJSC |

Danaelanda Top 5 realness *.*
Looks like I'll be having a rivalry with Aquafina / D'yermak'er like the previous Persephonia / Daehun competition. We are politically neutral with D'yermak'er but there will be WAR if Aquafina beat our streak. If we're DNQing next month we taking you down with us. Anyone remember when Daehun were a floppy nation? Those days seem to be long gone now with 14 consecutive Qs, that's insane |

Oh only Syndare, Jukianïe, Oslol and Yehesi of my votes DNQ'd, not ideal but as the results went on I felt like it was a lot worse than that

Well now I have the weight of my Q streak off my back I actually feel slightly FREED in a way. I hear the sound of a certain HIGHLY EMOTIONAL track that we've been wanting to send for like a year finally coming for its long-delayed last place in the semi-finals of LXXIV. The hype is real.
Then when that DNQs as well I'll send the Arthur theme to LXXV and come back in LXXVI with a smash thus repeating my triple DNQ sandwich with top 5 bread of BJSC53-57. *.* |

Wooooo! No offence to Dandy or anything but I'm glad that Verre which was a bit of a nothing song didn't make it through just cause it was Fljotavik as most people were predicting. Terra Avium Q-ing on the other hand is great news This makes me sad... Not because Verre is out, tbh I don't particularly care for it either(!) but I don't think people would vote just because it's my entry would they? I hope not anyway, I'd say in general my DNQs were all pretty just. |

I hope not anyway, I'd say in general my DNQs were all pretty just. not conciously, but if it's an entry from a successful country people are much more likely to expect it to be good and give it repeated listens than an entry from, say Singerpurear or another notorious DNQer! I can admit I've been guilty of it in the past and I'm sure most people are, even if they wouldn't care to admit it! |

I think I probably do the exact opposite and am more likely to vote for a country if they send a track I quite like if I feel I don't often vote for them. |
