I've just got back from his second of four O2 shows (he was INCREDIBLE by the way) and he confirmed the following news re: the 4th single from "Never Been Better"...
QUOTE @ollyofficial: I announced earlier on stage @TheO2 that #BeautifulToMe is my next single!! http://t.co/Gyqwu0Y1yU It sounded wicked live and this is one of my favourites on the album so as I said the other day I'm so pleased it's next up! Ooh yay! Possibly his best mid-tempo, ballad to date. Far superior to 'Hand On Your Heart' and 'Heart On My Sleeve'!

Not that bad a song but DID YOU MISS ME FOR GOD'S SAKE! This won't do any better than Seasons. |

That 'artwork' looks like it was made in a 'design a single cover' fan competition or something

Video has been partly shot over the last few days with some extras according to Twitter. Olly's meant to be filming his bits over the next week or two!

Performing this for first time on the 28th May live semi final of 'Britain's Got Talent'. Also will have his set from Radio 1's Big Weekend shown on BBC Three at 7pm on Sunday bank holiday before that!

It is wonderful that the single is at the least been given chance to become even a small hit with the promotion he has lined up. A 4th top 40 hit for the era would be wonderful.

It is wonderful that the single is at the least been given chance to become even a small hit with the promotion he has lined up. A 4th top 40 hit for the era would be wonderful. Management have indeed pulled their socks up. I think the promo for 'Seasons' was purely so limited because it was so close to the new tour starting, that was where 'Army of Two' promo was different because it was released once the tour had started and he did all his pre-records etc in the one or two days he had off in between dates, and that got #12. Had they had more time it might have at least been in with a shot of top 20 but he did at least get another top 40 with 'Seasons' and it did help the album so, in that context, it was right to prioritise making the tour a success more. Radio play's already picking up for this too so it's looking good so far. |

It would be a great outcome if it can out do seasons, seasons did will help the album so it served its purpose reasonably well. Beautiful to me will ideally push the album over the double platinum status.

I was about to say, the album's not far off double platinum now so the promo for this single will help that no end too. Paul O'Grady is next Wednesday 27th (although it's being pre-recorded next Monday as he's on tour in Germany that day).
