In their text commentary for this evenings pre-season friendly between Manchester United and Barcelona over in the US, our Girls got an unlikely mention 62mins in... QUOTE 62 mins Manchester United making changes, lots of them. More changes of cast than a Sugababes convention. That happened very fast, was it 10 changes?I'll round them up for you shortly. Nice to see the girls are still so relevant and had such an impact that 5 years on from the abomination that was Sweet 7 they're still getting referenced! The fact that they've been referenced in a football context is deeply amusing to me also. |

Yeah, there was a Jason Manford joke on The Apollo/Comedy Central a few weeks ago. He calls out to Heidi range in the audience. And says "did you know until recently, after NHS and Tesco the Sugababes were the third largest employer in the UK". To her credit she laughed!
