Troye, Years & Years and 1D all moving up
Surprised there's no Sorry yet but I'm not worried about its chances of support. |

Yay at new single announcements from Mumford, EE and Wolf Alice. Think Freazy is my favourite song from the latter's album so excellent choice there. EE had so much to choose from so any track would be a great choice. TSP is a great choice for M&S too, definitely an album highlight. Would've been nice to see Clearest Blue added too.
Not heard much of the rest, I like the Hozier album but don't remember that track one bit! |

I saw that Annie Mac played Empty Threat so maybe thats the next single |

Well, the 15th track in A-list is Hello. Ok, that's right. 'twas a nice reservation.
I know that MNEK\Zara should've moved to A-list, but it's still an amazing thing to admit. It couldn't do otherwise. Oh, Jamie Lawson is A-listing! I wasn't expe... *boom* Matrix/Futurebound/Bozeman, Hozier, Adele |

Really shocked at no Justin Bieber, especially when it's looking to be so big. It's strange how they handle OA/OS releases differently, it's more like OS then OA a couple of weeks later, the complete opposite of held back...

it's all about matrix + futurebound this week ~ hurrah for 'chunky' moving on up
strange adele gets an insta-add, but not bieber, especially with the diplo involvement ~ the whole playlist framework needs a radical overhaul to bring it into the 10's~ |

Justin will most likely be added next week I think. They were probably avoiding adding it the same week as they removed What Do You Mean. I'm not concerned about support anyway cause Sorry will not be snubbed.

Some are straight away, some are a couple of months later and therefore don't get playlisted for a while. Justin's impact date is probably still a way off yet! It's nothing to do with being hesitant ~ |

It's nothing to do with being hesitant ~ Yeah I've no doubt it will be playlisted next week (Little Mix and Olly Murs were also playlisted with a week's delay), and I think you're right about it being based around the impact dates - it just seems like a strange strategy. |

Justin's 'impact date' is likely the week his albums released but radio 1 have to get used to impact dates not existing anymore with OAOS releases and just add songs in a way to the playlist where the song gets significant plays from the moment they begin doing well to give them the most chance of making a big impact so instead of doing what they used to do by starting with 1/2 plays in the clist and building up maximum AirPlay by week 4/5(release week in the past) just adding them to the playlist in whatever list they need too just like Hello by Adele was added straight to the A list and it makes sense to do that!

That Charlie Puth song is a crime to ears. Every song he has put out (not including SYA) is so tragic. :/
