Hello all from Danaelanda. We are delighted to have the honour of hosting the 82nd edition of the Buzzjack Song Contest, and I must say the quality is seriously high this contest. Most of the entries in tonight's final are great but of course it is just our top 15 that will be receiving our points. So without further ado, let's get going.

Tonight's six points go to a strong grower in the contest and also from a nation we usually put near the bottom of our scoretable, so it's with great pleasure to say we can finally give Avalonia some points!

Another grower in this was the smooth RnB jam sent by rising stars St. Burbia whom we hope can finally score a big hit with this song tonight. Though it really should have happened last contest with 'Wild Horses'.

We aren't always on the same page as Terra Avium, but when they send dance they always make sure it stands out and that's exactly what 'Plummet' does. We really love this sound from them.

8 Terra Avium :: tiasu ~ Plummet

One of our favourite countries of all time recently announced they would quit the contest if their entry this contest flopped. Hopefully that doesn't happen, not just because a Yehesi-less contest would be sad but also 'Bonbon' is a serious bop.

9 Yehesi :: Era Istrefi ~ Bonbon

N DNTN impress us very often, and with a 7 minute house track they were bound to get points from us. It builds very nicely too and doesn't feel that long which is always great.

10 N DNTN :: The Swiss ~ Kiss to Kiss (Amtrac Remix)

Hendinia sometimes get it just right for us and this is one of those times, with the brilliant 'Dust' which wouldn't sound out of place in the charts.

We were never huge fans of Vülkyria's first Lushington entry though we enjoyed it, but the sequel is really doing it for us and hope it brings them another big hit.

We rarely put Fljotavik near the top of our scoreboard but as they sent such an addictive and great dance song it was definitely going to make a good impression.

Not long ago we gave Cumulonimbia our 18, and they nearly do it again after giving us the amazing re-discovery that is 'Xpander'. This was our +12 in the semi but one song has kept on growing faster since voting then...
