Another minimalistic performance but one I feel works in its favour. The provocative dancing with the chair exemplifies the lyrics of temptation and of unapologetically doing what you want to do, as well as seeing her connect with the audience. Nevertheless, this tour is full to the brim of huge stage moments so this does rank towards the lower regions for me too, plus the fact the song itself is very underrated allows little surprise at it being out already. The exit for this one, however, I can not be so forgiving for. Joined by Yitzhak"Isaac" Sinwani, Madonna performs a beautiful, acoustic guitar based rendition of a Music highlight, 'Paradise (Not for Me)'. The removal of the original, dreamy electronic sounds doesn't at all sacrifice the haunting nature and poignancy, in fact it is arguably more so thanks to the emphasis on Madonna's breathtaking vocals. Only negative is the occasional vocoder effect that's used, but that's certainly not enough to spoil the song and I'm shocked this is not thought of more highly. Round 1: I Love New York [06/08; 75.00%] |

Since 'Get Together' probably isn't going anywhere fast, I've gone for 'Isaac'. It's one of my favourites from the album but I expected something so much more grand and spectacular for the tour and I feel what we did get doesn't show off the song at all.

Poor Paradise, such a beautiful rendition of an amazing song. I know she's say down for it all and playing then guitar, but she sounds amazing and it wouldn't work with a busy performance anyway. Isaac for me this time, I actually think the tour version is what made me grow to love the song, her deeper vocals really work so much more than on the album version. I was going to vote for Music Inferno again, but I can't be bothered doing that for 15 rounds so here we are.

I just scanned over the poll and nearly had a panic attack over mistakenly seeing 'Forbidden Love' was leading the way with four votes!
