Hey Mike, great idea to do YTD Top 40! Here's my faves:
1. Craig David feat. Big Narstie - When The Bassline Drops 2. Blonde feat. Craig David - Nothing Like This I still find it one of the most unlikely comebacks of the year but well done to Craig David! This is easily my favourite of all his recent stuff. 3. Rihanna feat. Drake - Work 4. Drake feat. WizKid & Kyla - One Dance I'll never love this but I've learnt to tolerate it! 8. Kent Jones - Don't Mind Excuse the bad pun, but I literally don't mind this  10. MNEK - At Night (I Think About You) 12. Craig David - One More Time 15. Jay Sean feat. Sean Paul - Make My Love Go Remember when you said how massive this would be?  16. Drake feat. Rihanna - Too Good Easily prefer this over One Dance, one of my favourite Drake songs actually. 19. Major Lazer feat. Fuse ODG & Nyla - Light It Up 22. M.O. - Who Do You Think Of? Ooh this is a bit pop for you, great song though. 25. Shift K3Y feat. BB Diamond - Gone Missing 27. Snakehips feat. Tinashe & Chance The Rapper - All My Friends 32. AlunaGeorge feat. Popcaan - I'm In Control 37. Snakehips feat. ZAYN - Cruel I know you don't rate 'Come Down' as much as 'In2' but I thought it would at least be in your Top 40! Good stuff though, and I liked more than I thought I would

 That's a fab YTD #1! This Craig David revival has been so unexpected but so welcomed! He really has come back bigger than ever. 'When The Bassline Drops' has been my favourite thing that he's been involved with since coming back. 'Work', 'Panda' and 'Don't Mind' are all huge favourites in your top 10! 'Work' would also be amongst my top 10 of the year, such an earworm! Some other good stuff there! Having Channel AKA on at times has led me to hearing a lot of stuff here haha, like 'I Got The Keys'! |

Drake - Work and this one's at my #8, don't think I'll ever get bored of it! 4. Drake feat. WizKid & Kyla - One Dance 5. Bryson Tiller - Exchange 6. Desiigner - Panda 7. Stylo G feat. Jacob Plant - Bike Engine 8. Kent Jones - Don't Mind looking forward to what this guy puts out 9. Bryson Tiller - Don't 10. MNEK - At Night (I Think About You) this is genuinely one of the best songs I've heard all year, so it's painful to see it flop so badly 12. Craig David - One More Time 13. Kano - This Is England 15. From my experience this year, Work is girls biggest club song while Panda gets the most rewinds for the lads. Pleasantly surprised to hear you even know of Channel AKA!! Of course, its a regular channel for myself and most, if not all, of my list gets played on there. Love Future's chorus in I Got The Keys in particular. Thanks for the comment! I think Kent Jones is more likely to get a second hit than Desiigner, so I'm awaiting another potential smash from him. Feel your pain over MNEK... it looks more likely that Zara Larsson was the reason 'Never Forget You' was so huge. Controlla is great, the Popcaan version is even better I think but I can't find a high quality version of it. Agree about Shift K3Y, Gone Missing is very underrated! And Cruel is like a perfect mix of 'All My Friends' and 'Pillowtalk' so surprised it didn't peak higher in the chart. Kent Jones - Don't Mind 13. Kano - This Is England 14. Drake feat. PARTYNEXTDOOR - With You Although the singles from Views have been brilliant, I think I prefer If You're Reading This... as an album 16. Drake feat. Rihanna - Too Good 17. Drake - Controlla 22. M.O. - Who Do You Think Of? I wasn't keen on their others but this is a tune 31. Yungen - Comfy 37. Snakehips feat. ZAYN - Cruel 38. Wretch 32 feat. Knox Brown - All A Dream I need to check out the whole album soon. Wretch has certainly released some classic tunes. Great chart
