I mean that would be the smart thing to do in Louie's case but then again it is Louie we're talking about so there's really no telling if he'll make a smart decision or not.

I think they'll get through a couple of weeks on the back of an Amelia Lily-style vote when she topped the vote the first week she was back. Of course this isn't quite as high profile as Amelia's was, but it'll be high profile enough to give 4 of Diamonds enough votes for a couple of weeks at this early stage. I imagine by week 4 they'll be dropping into the bottom 2/3 and disposed of fairly quickly unless they manage to click with the audience.

Amelia was bottom 2 the week after she was back if I remember correctly. I suspect they will be safe this week but be bottom 3 next week and go the week after.

I think they could surprise potentially. They have a crazy amount of support online! We'll see though, I get the feeling the public is okay with only Little Mix being the successful girl group around right now tbh.

That's true but the key to whether they click with the audience is what Simon has planned for them. Little Mix clicked because they were wanted by the show and because of the songs, comments and VTs they were given. Nothing much organic about it with the X Factor. |
