It would be a bit silly to doctor the charts with yet more rules about what can and can't chart laugh.gif Whatever's popular is popular, whether that's Lady Gaga, a new dance hit or endless Drake and Ed Sheeran, so why shouldn't they top the charts? People would ideally broaden their horizons from the same old artists but that's idealistic.

I actually don't think voting is such a bad idea, just without the 'negative vote' option. It would remove the need for a constantly changing sales/streaming ratio.

Having any sort of voting system would truly make a mockery of the chart.

Buying and streaming actually takes effort/money and aren't as easily manipulatable as voting.

I think what we'll find is that Blem, Passionfruit and Get It Together all stay top 10 just as I predicted, then the majority of other keep falling.
