It was their own fault really for rushing it, I think it's that lot who should have been revealed, along with their VT, when they revealed Hannah, Deborah, Sukhvinder, Imran, Lotan and Kayleigh the other day tbh. Or perhaps a few VTs released day by day that said why we should vote for them, what they'd be like as a housemate, perhaps even a little debate. They could have easily used the app for that and the vote might have gone a bit better as on the app it would be more likely to be fans rather than casual viewers, but oh well at least it's only one housemate.

Hard to rate yet, but I know I love Sukhvinder, Hannah, Deborah, Rebecca and Chanelle. Hate Kayleigh, Tom and Lotan so far. Ellie is gonna be a disappointment too, was hoping she would be a Chloe like character but she's just gonna be a fade in the background $l*t.
Hard to take to Raph when he's a Trump supporter too. How can you be gay and be a Trump supporter?! |

01 Raph - Such a cutie! I also think I can relate to him the most, except him voting for Trump.
02 Sukhvinder - Love her already. Hopefully she'll deliver a load of drama. Promising so far! 03 Chanelle - Seems like a laugh so far. I bet she can go crazy though. 04 Hannah - I like how she's able to stand up to conflict. 05 Imran - I think he comes across as a good person. 06 Charlotte - I think her character will unfold as the series goes on, but I think she's going to be interesting! 07 Arthur - Half really like him, half really annoyed by him. 08 Mandy - Seems nice enough but not too bothered about her. 09 Rebecca - Seems a bit cold, but I have agreed with pretty much everything she's said in the house. 10 Deborah - Haven't heard much from her yet, but I liked her and Hannah's outfits when they entered the house. 11 Kieran - A lad, but not cringey like others. 12 Lotan - A bit cringey but seems an easy person to get along with. 13 Ellie - Seems nice enough but meh. 14 Kayleigh - Forgettable. 15 Joe - Not for me at all 16 Tom - Awful. Cocky, cringey. Hopefully he'll do a U-turn soon and won't last long. I also think Sue should have gone in. I didn't find the other three candidates likeable or entertaining at all. |

01 (05) Mandy
We don't have much to go on in the recent episode so the smallest things can bring someone all the way to first place and how Mandy handled her headline is exactly why she's this high up. She told the story well and how she faced her critics in the aftermath of the tape being released says a lot about her character. I just pray she's not the BBUK version of Missy from Survivor 29 and puts her daughter on this pedestal and is unable to see anything she does wrong for the duration of her stay in this house because I absolutely despise parents who act like that. So far so good though Mandy. 02 (04) Lotan I'm baffled at all the hate he's getting tbh. I mean he hasn't been vicious, he hasn't been chasing after Ellie (but rather the other way around) and he really just seems like a nice and likeable guy but it seems that just because he's hot and a girl (who a lot of people expected to be great) is swooning over him he should be cut asap? That just ain't right. I for one like him so far and feel that he's handled the whole Ellie thing relatively well, but we'll see what happens in the coming episodes. 03 (08) Hannah Gave off a really nice vibe when she was trying to help Arthur understand what he said was wrong and just seems like a nice girl all-in-all. It was a bit cringey when she tried to justify her reason for thinking Imran had gotten sex lessons but lol I couldn't help laughing when she was revealed to be wrong. And she made it less awkward than it could have been afterwards which I liked. 04 (10) Raph Possibly the person I least expected to get such a rise today but even though a part of me thinks he may be playing some game I can't help but like him. I felt bad about his headline affecting him (but still why would you tell the producers that if you don't want them to show it on tv? lol) but I do think that even though no cheating is justifiable at least it goes to show what kind of shit was going on in his head (and as someone who struggled with coming out for a long time: i can relate). 05 (03) Kieran Really nice guy but pretty invisible so far. Seems like he may be on a bit of a leash from Rebecca and it looks like it pisses her off a bit that he's enjoying himself the way he is so far but it'll be interesting to see when the cracks in that weird lil relationship start to show. 06 (11) Chanelle I actually enjoyed her a lot more than I expected. It's funny because I was kinda expecting Chanelle to act the way Ellie did and vice versa. She had a lot of funny lines and is able to laugh at herself but does draw the line somewhere which makes me like her more than if it was just constant self-bashing just to get attention. She could be on the rise quickly in the coming episodes. 07 (09) Imran It's funny, I didn't expect to like Imran more than his wife at this point but he's held himself well together and I seem to agree much more with him than I do with his wife. He's so far a very good person to get some spotlight given the recent events in Britain because he goes to show to some of the more ignorant viewers that not all muslims are dumb f***s like media and facebook idiots would sometimes like us to believe. 08 (01) Sukhvinder I'm so conflicted about Sukhvinder. I desperately want to like her but she's making it a tad hard so far because I'm totally expecting her to be the first evictee if she doesn't at least try soon. Even while I like her "ugh everyone sucks" attitude as great TV it can be terrible to live with and if she's nominated before she gets to shine she'll be kicked off so quick. Promising but she could go both ways. While I do agree with her that not everyone is a good person I don't think anything they learned about their fellow housemates really equals them being bad people though lol. 09 (06) Deborah Like Charlotte she's mostly this low because her other half has been shown much more so I don't have much to go on yet. 10 (07) Charlotte Solely this low because we hardly saw her last episode, or maybe we did and she just wasn't interesting enough for me to pick up on? Idk. Her mother is much more interesting so far. 11 (12) Tom Not really sure how I feel about Tom. He's kind of enjoyable but kind of a prick as well. He's playing the people's puppet part pretty well but I still feel like he's maybe getting a little too much intel. I might warm up to him later or I might absolutely loathe him. I'll probably have made my mind up by day 10. 12 (02) Ellie Oh gee Ellie did not come across great in the first full day of the house. So far it seems like she's entirely controlled by her lust for this guy who she just met and really wants to sleep with but then also she's constantly kicking herself by assuming Lotan is a douche that isn't into girls like her. GIRL why are you into him then if you assume he only likes super skinny girls or whatever it is that you don't like about yourself?! If this continues for a while I'll get rrreal bored of it all soon. 13 (13) Kayleigh She's not been shown a lot but something about her just bugs me. She seems incredibly fake but I might be way off. I'll probably warm up to her later in the season (assuming she survives that long) but at the moment she's just not at all interesting. That talk with Lotan was so weird as well lol. "my good friend ellie <3" - bitch, you've known her for one day. I might be wrong but am I the only one who felt like she was kind of sneakily hitting on Lotan herself? lmao. 14 (14) Rebecca I'm not entirely sure what it is that bugs me about her but I guess it's mostly what she proved with her "headline" saying that women have to wear make up for job which is just ridiculous. She gives off this terribly stuck up vibe that just irks me and I'm sure we'll see her fight some ridiculous fights in the coming weeks. Also her relationship with Kieran is super weird for an employer. 15 (16) Joe Although Arthur's comment was out of line it felt like Joe was getting angry for something that would have been justifiable 10 years ago when homophobia was abundant but not today. He seems to have very strong opinions on everything and is easily pissed off, which pisses me off in turn lol. 16 (15) Arthur Super annoying. I could go complete 180 at some point during the series (like I did with Kim during CBB19) but at the moment I can't stand him. He was incredibly rude to Hannah who was trying to be nice and that pissed me off. Also his stance on living off the system annoys me to no end. |

I think she initially came in with this kind of Charlotte Crosby persona but I see so many signs of that just being somewhat of a mask (that while she puts it in, is somewhat true to her) to someone who has felt quite insecure and vulnerable for much of her life. Each episode, she grows on me, even tonight when she was so clearly trying to prove her intelligence in the politics task and kinda failing, but I think she's constantly trying to prove herself beyond the plastic surgery and it's so endearing to me. She's hilarious too. I think I'll be alone with Rebecca but I see SO much potential there for a housemate who can cause drama whilst calmly explaining themselves and that always gets credit from me. I actually stood with her in the make-up argument because of her profession and I think she's got brains - hoping that a big Kieran storyline doesn't become a thing though because I think she's beyond that. Raph hasn't been shown enough to come him as a favourite but I think I actually like him for different reasons to most. Sure, on face value, he's a young twinky fresh faced cutie but I actually somewhat agree with Tom - I think he is a game player, but all the better for it. There were no tears when he was revealed to have cheated on someone but because I know a fair bit of his background as a Big Brother fan, I see a really interesting character development beneath this initial 'cute' exterior. But that exterior does help. Imran isn't particularly providing fantastic humour except from defending his wife but he's just a naturally likeable guy because of his calm demeanour and way of handling things, which is INFINITELY better than Sukhvinder. As interesting? Perhaps not and it's why I don't want Sukhvinder out either, but in terms of likeability and rooting for someone, Imran is definitely towards the top in that department. Hannah definitely has potential, she's great at standing up for herself but I'm still waiting for her to emerge past that type of character as I feel like there's SO much character lying beneath that side of her. Sukhvinder is an interesting one - I haven't agreed with her in most arguments, or at least if I have agreed with her, I haven't agreed with her approach to it. She lacks in diplomacy and just launches her views at people without even stopping to pause for a second. But, I certainly don't dislike her because I think she's one of the most complex characters left - I think once she settles in, she'll really find her feet. She seems to lash out at every given opportunity because I get the impression, she's so settled in a relationship with a husband and kids that her rules are the only rules but she's definitely no idiot and I think that if she gets enough time in the house, she'll be humbled and she'll start to open up a bit more. It's been a bad week for her but I think there's definite depths beneath the initial anger she's presented. I feel I might also be alone in quite liking Lotan now. His entrance and VT was pretty awful and just presented an arrogant prick but I already feel like we're getting more than that. He could've so easily capitalised on the Ellie thing and jumped into a quick romance but I think there's more to him than that and he could actually surprise people in his level headed approach to things. It's easy to go against the muscly, confident guy but he's shown more than that than Tom or Kieran for me so far and I think if it wasn't for the fact he's the typical anti-Buzzjack character, we'd see him more favourably. Charlotte has potential, I think her mother was more interesting but I am a quiet fan of the way she treats people with quite a cold exterior, I hope she continues to fight against Tom who is seeking an easy romance because I feel like she's better than that. Deborah, I don't really know individually yet, I'm struggling to distinguish between her and her sister, but I seem to gather she's the quieter one so far. Ellie, I'm disappointed in, and the only opinion I have on her is the one who seems desperate to get herself into a showmance with Lotan and is willing to milk the "oh my god, how could I like meh, I'm just chubbeh Elleh" as far as she can until the milk runs dry. I hope there's more to her than the Ibiza Weekender drunk character or I'll be disappointed. There's not much for me to say about Kieran right now other than he seems like a nice guy with some kind of potential... hopefully. I may also fancy him which at this point isn't such a bad thing when there's more irritating offenders. Arthur isn't settling well with me, I think his attention seeking is painfully blatant and I can't see myself warming to him at all but I'm bracing myself for a whole season of him because he'll find a way to force himself into the spotlight. People continue to stand up for him but he keeps giving this irritating raised eyebrow confusion look at them which really grates on me so I'm not sure how he'll grow on me if this continues. Kayleigh has shown very little of interest to me, she defines Ex On The Beach bore with about two brain cells and little to offer of any interest. Tom has come across awfully as the People's Housemate, perhaps I would feel nonchalant about him if he hadn't been elected to such a role, but he's given it so little that it's infuriated me. He's shown so little to get behind, he carries himself with a frustrating arrogance and I really want him to be knocked down a peg. He's actually kind of how I expected Lotan would act but he has so little personality that he can't even pull off arrogance with any particular gravitas, it's all so one level and such an effort. And Joe is irritating aswell hell too, he's definitely the Chelsea of the year and god knows we don't need that a second time around, he's far from the boss that he thinks he is and I just think he holds himself on way too much of a pedestal in that house. Another one who needs to be knocked down a few pegs but I think he actually thinks he's the shit somehow more than Tom, despite offering zero to the table in any department whatsoever. |
