It's my first time doing this in years, go easy on me with my mistakes!
Really pleased to see continued support for Jessie Ware, one of my favs, even though I don't like the song. Obviously really happy to see Swish Swish finally getting the radio push, ecstatic to see Charli added so early and Dua up to A list already. Either Way and Congratulations are also massive tunes. Really hoping Lana doesn't totally stall on the C list, though I can't see her staying there given how well the album is doing. |

Nah I feel like Swish will deff be a hit now, obviously outside gay clubs and avid pop fans the GP don't really know it, but as long as it moves up to B/A list on Radio 1 I think it'll do very well, it's almost sold as much as Bon Appetit already, video is out August 21st. The only issue is the fact it might do well on sales but not streaming unless Hot Hits UK add it back again? |

Thank you to White Mustang for this. A big old clear out of the B-List this week which is good to see but I'm very surprised to see both Bugsy Malone and Bruno Mars removed. The right songs were removed off the A-List this week as well although I'm surprised Alma's still on there but I'm sure it will be her last week.
A bit surprising is that Kesha has stalled on the B-List but I'm sure they will move her up in the next couple of weeks. On the new additions, I'm looking forward to hearing Post Malone and Snakehips the most but most of the 10(!) new additions are very good. |

What a surprise (not) Enrique is not playlisted. I guess once it is #1 in the country they will feel forced to add them to the C/B list and keep them there until they are out as they did mistreating Despacito.

Radio 1 are starting to annoy me with the randomness of the playlist - songs by LM/David Guetta/Rita are A listed for upwards of 3 months and yet the give 3/4 weeks C&B list support to artists like Wolf Alice/Dizzee Rascal/Everything Everything/Bugzy Malone - how is that fair in anyway - it's as if they pay lip service to supporting new music nowadays and totally rinse the biggest hits both in weeks on the playlist & rotation - they seem to have lost what they are for - they shouldn't be like commercial radio just playing the hits!
