She's back...

To celebrate this and to get you all in the mood, over the coming weeks I’ll also be releasing a series of acoustic videos that we filmed last month at the renowned Metropolis Studios… expect to hear some of the classic hits as well as some covers of songs that are really dear to me. First up this week is the first single from my third album Elbow Beach, “2 Faced”. Hope you enjoy and I especially hope to see you in December! It's so bizarre to hear '2 Faced' in that capacity. Pleasantly surprised by the video! I don't believe I've ever heard her sing live before.
 Love 2 Faced!  Nice that she's taking a little step back into music. It was a shame she gave up after Pandora's Kiss in 2003 & shelved the fourth album! |

Wow, love that she chose 2 Faced as the first vid to show, such a great pop song and easily her career high point for me. Love the intro to that song, and that the backing vocalists recreated it in this
 This live version makes it sound like a Texas track! I can see any studio comeback doing about as well as Martine McCutcheon, despite all the top 10 hits she had, she was never exactly an a-list star, all credit to her for having such an impressive span of hits from 1995-2003. |

I would have expected her to launch her comeback with a Greatest Hits style album as she has more than enough material.

So such was the response to her December show - it sold out in 30 minutes - she's now going back on tour in January 2018! Tickets on sale tomorrow at 9am, dates are below:
 She's also uploaded another live session re-working of an old classic...this time Eternal's debut hit 'Stay'! |

The writing of 'Louise' on that tour poster looks just like a squashed version of Celiné Dion's signature and I find it really distracting
