There will be other stuff lmao this isn't even really "marking the occasion", BJSC 100 is a normal contest but nonetheless a milestone, other stuff will come from the mods as well that's more of the nature of celebrating BJSC's 10 years. It would be silly to jut stop the actual contest in lieu of celebrating, we can have this and the spin-offs and celebrations which is the spirit of BJSC, there's often more than one thing going on.

Confirmations aren't for days anyway I just wanted to get the ball rolling a bit earlier given it's a milestone contest!

After BJSC C is done we've still got all virtually all of November and all of December to devote to the celebrations! There's no need to rush it out the door now.

I'm also gonna attempt to send an artist that is v me that I've wanted to for years but didn't because I thought they'd get vetoed but I may as well chance my luck for the big 100 eh? angel.gif

Not sure what I'm gonna do as a back up though, I'll need to have a think because I feel like I need to mark it somehow with my entry rather than just sending whatever is next in my list of potentials thinking.gif

I have the same dilemma. I'm too excited about my song to save it 'til January (that's three whole months away!!!), but will probably save it anyway to send something more special/symbolic.

Yeah I've found something too that I could send, a "normal" entry but I think i'll save it! Having an AQ and it being a milestone, I want to send something I've had for a while that feels quite me and my first entry of a certain kind I can't believe I haven't sent yet!

I believe I have my song chosen, although I have no expectations going into 100. I more so just want to take part because of the fact that it's a milestone. I'll probably be taking a break from the contest after this one.
