One thing I'm struggling to get about the uproar...

People were familiar with the live performance of it for months and the lyrical content, so why did it suddenly cause an outrage when the studio version of it appeared?

I LOVE the aesthetics of Rita's solo parts, I wish all four of them were able to film there together. Bebe's parts look *awful* and I'm not sure what they were thinking with that. The Rita/Cardi kiss will surely be making headlines!

Bebe looks like an artist that died years ago and her team let Rita use any old archived footage for the video.

The video is really disjointed but I assume it's mean to represent the past, present and future?

Charli's parts in particular are really good (along with every part Rita is in too). In fact the only one I don't like is Bebe's parts. They're very shoe horned in, whereas they at least tried to tie the Charli and Cardi parts into it.

I like it enough though tbh.

Yeah it's the disjointed mess I expected which is a shame. I like Rita and Charli's bits but the rest just doesn't fit well.

The video is a mess, Rita and Cardi's parts look expensive and Bebe's is legit filmed on a Nokia brick. I wish the scenes all linked in a way. What a shambles

The video is very disjointed but tbh the only parts I don’t really like is Bebe’s part it just looks really cheap and her licking/kissing the mirror made me cringe . sick2.gif but the other parts of the video visually looked nice .

A hot mess! Wouldn't expect any less from Rita tho tbh

Rita looks nice in her scenes although the extras aren't helping her 'lipstick lesbian' image. I see the G.U.Y. extensions are back in vogue too.

Bebe looks terrible and doesn't even look like herself which again begs the question of why she's on it at all...if it's to build her brand and profile it really doesn't achieve that. Looks like she's dressed in a Boy George castoff.

Charli's section looks quite cool, but like others have said, all the scenes put together results in something incredibly disjointed and messy looking. What even at Bebe's part?
