A fourth week at #1 awaits for Ariana Grande on the singles chart. Elsewhere, Ava Max's breakthrough hit Sweet But Psycho should continue its ascent, and there's tracks from Billie Eilish, DigDaT, AJ Tracey and Tom Odell all vying for a top 40 place

After missing out to Ed Sheeran last year, Take That are heading straight to the top this time with Odyssey. Other new releases include Rita Ora's long-awaited second album Phoenix, Cliff Richard with Rise Up, Alfie Boe's As Time Goes By, fresh off his successful collab albums with Michael Ball, and a second Roy Orbison/Royal Philharmonic Orchestra collection

Breakdown of the week
- Saturday and Sunday: Information on Twitter from MintRoyale only. Please do not make requests, we do not have any information other than what's posted.
- Monday: OCC Top 100 + Radio 1 Chart Update 5:30pm to 5:45pm.
- Tuesday: Top 40 update as and when we receive them with requests, this is NOT 100% guaranteed however. The OCC may publish sales flashes of their own accord but likewise, this is not guaranteed. Twitter and social media is your friend for today. Please post any information you find with a source. Do not nag for updates, we will post a top 40 update if we receive one.
- Wednesday: Top 40 update from Music Week from 5:45, and potential top 5 sales but this is not guaranteed.
- Thursday: See Tuesday.

Other notes (please read)
- You may make requests Tuesday to Thursday but outside the top 40, specific positions will not be revealed (unless deemed necessary by a mod).
- Please do not demand a midweek update, one will be posted as and when we receive the information. Patience is a virtue.
- Sales information will be given out as deemed necessary by a moderator, please bear this in mind when making requests. Most requests for sales will be ignored.
- To keep everyone in the loop of all chart action, please refer to the iTunes and Spotify threads.

I think it's great for Rita. Things would have gone terribly for the album had 'Let You Love Me' not been a hit.

I guess we overestimated Rita's sales a bit but a top 10 album at the very end of November is absolutely *nothing* to be sniffed at.

So, The Greatest Showman will end up at #2 this Friday.

Baby Shark climbing again. I wish there was a campaign to put it at Christmas number 1. w00t.gif

Blimey, never underestimate Take That (I say this every time they release an album, but it's easy to forget how strong their week one fanbase is). I thought about 75k in total would have been a more than respectable opening for them...

Even push the Christmas mix #babysharkforchristmasnumber1

6 is pretty good for Rita if she can continue to sell well Ora didn’t chart much higher and that had 3 number 1s at the time

Edit for some reason I thought it only peaked at 4

Her first album went to #1 and sold over 40K in week one. It was released earlier in the year though around August time I think.

Wow at Take That ohmy.gif I thought Rita Ora would sell a bit more than that too. Has 'Let You Love Me' moved to ACR this week? That's bad timing if so!
