I love hearing other people’s take on Kylie’s songs, one of my favorites is Flaming Lips take on ‘Cant Get You Out Of My Head’



Also adore Tame Impala’s version of ‘Confide In Me’



Thoughts on these? Anyone have any other cover faves?

Love that Tame Impala cover! wub.gif

My picks are those two songs but by different artists. I thought Coldplay did a great job of 'Can't Get You Out of My Head' when they covered at Glastonbury (and what a lovely thing to do given the circumstances!) and Hurts really captured the haunting nature of 'Confide in Me' whilst putting their own spin on it.

Hurts cover is good but the song itself as you all know doesnt do it for me. Kylie covers cant go without mentioning steps better the devil you know,i love steps but they should have stayed away from this kylie classic.

Steps have done better with Better The Devil You Know as a live performance since they reformed but it still comes nowhere to the level of the original classic by Kylie.

I actually like the Steps version for what it is - also I’m pleased that even though it was a big hit for them it hasn’t overshadowed the original.
