Really into The Runner, even more so than Black Bull. Moody and infectious autumn indie banger!

Enjoying "Black Bull" increasingly and "The Runner" too, and this is also a nice release. Foals have been a revelation this year.

Don't seem to be getting bored of The Runner at all. Almost certainly set for a fourth week at #1 in my personal chart. Loving the continued relevance of this band. Still making incredibly important and necessary music after 12 years!

'The Runner' is starting to click with me more now though continuing to be fairly underwhelmed by the other couple of songs. I think Part 2 so far has been an improvement on Part 1 in general for me though so yay ~

Have to say I'm pretty excited about this release tonight - just listening to 'Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost' for what could be the last time and it still sounds superb!

For what could be the last time?

A fair number of listens under its belt for me (Part 1) and it keeps getting better for me. Such a solid piece of work, the criticisms here surprise me somewhat.

"The Runner" is what Maroon 5 should be doing these days. It’s like a Foals spin on "This Love" meets "Harder To Breathe". Loving it now.

Everything I’ve heard from part 1 and 2 so far is so diverse, they’re really bringing it.

I also listened to Part 1 again tonight, loved it! Can't wait to listen to Part 2 - really couldn't imagine Maroon 5 doing anything like The Runner though

I will likely move onto the new album for the next 9-12 months!

Listen to "This Love" and "Harder To Breathe"! It's how Maroon 5 started out, just with the smoother, poppier vocal of Adam Levine.

Enjoyed this on first listen, though not as much as Part 1, however that grew and grew so I expect this will too. Foals are a revelation this year.

Really liked this. Has this empowering vibe that feels cathartic considering the range of dystopian themes explored in the 1st part.

10/10 [GOLD]

Favourite Tracks: Neptune, Wash Off
Least Favourite Track: Minus the interludes or short instrumentals... Dreaming Of

Here's how I would rank their albums from fave to least fave

1. Total Life Forever [fave]
2. What Went Down
3. Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Part 1
4. Antidotes
5. Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Part 2
6. Holy Fire [least fave by default] (and even that is a 10/10 for me)

I saw them last night, tickets announced last minute and only £13 😱

I hadn’t given either of the ENSWBL albums much of a listen before getting tickets, but Red Desert going into The Runner is such a perfect opener. Was great to hear the new stuff live, definitely need to listen to them both more.

They closed with Two Steps, Twice, which was such a moment – I felt like I was 17 again 😭
