Ahead of the Leona Lewis 2020 Singles Rate I am opening up a poll to allow some fan favourites across her five albums to be included as “honorary singles”. The two singles from each album that get the most votes will be added to the rate when it opens in the near future. The reason for this is because Leona has historically left some of her best material as album tracks while less favoured songs have been given single treatment. …and also she’s only released around 20 proper singles.

Here I Am I know Take A Bow will get a lot of votes so this was tactical lol.
Don't Let Me Down so underrated. Glassheart obvious choice but it should've been the lead single! Mr Right I'm shocked this is only in third place atm. But the other two in front are beautiful. Power so underrated as well. This has made me want to rediscover her discography! Yay please do. |

'Echo' still slays after 10 years. What an album. One of my all time faves, for sure!

'Echo' still slays after 10 years. What an album. One of my all time faves, for sure! Definitely my favourite Leona album. It's very cohesive (besides OMH ) and her vocals are lethal! Can't Breathe and Broken especially. The results so far are v interesting. All the tracks on I Am bar TBATW getting some love. The runaway favourite of the entire poll doesn't shock me. |

Another one who adores Echo.
Spirit has higher highs but as a whole album I think Echo flows better and is more cohesive. Appalling the way the album was abandoned after just two singles so much missed potential |

Echo's campaign has to be one of the biggest pop girl era f***-ups in history. My top 5 issues.
1. I See You not being pushed because it would mess with the Echo campaign despite it being the soundtrack to the biggest film on the planet! Label didn't even bother with album anyway. 2. I Got You being second single. 3. The second single being released later than it should. 4. Cutting the campaign short when IGY didn't make top 10 despite screams for Outta My Head to be a single. 5. No second single being pushed in the US. |

1. Take A Bow
2. Outta My Head - I will never understand why a third single wasn't released from Echo.. This would've made a killer summer single to coincide with her tour. 3. Glassheart - The biggest mistake of her career was not releasing this as the lead single from the album. 4. Mr Right - Was torn between this and "Ave maria". Who knows, maybe it'll get the single treatment in the future? 5. Another Love song - One of the few songs I revisit from I Am. It's so catchy and love the production/garage feel. Given Craig David's resurgence in 2015, I thought a remix with him would've been a great idea too. |

My most notable votes:
Yesterday - Gorgeous! But almost went for Take A Bow. Outta My Head - Let's just pretend it was third single anyway, I guess it was considered until 'I Got You' under performed. I wonder as well if Oasis would have allowed a 'Stop Crying Your Heart Out' single release. Another Love Song - The fact that this was wasted as a single opportunity is beyond me. |

2. Outta My Head - I will never understand why a third single wasn't released from Echo.. This would've made a killer summer single to coincide with her tour. It's weird how they put an electro-pop song on an album that is mainly pop/rock - sticking out like a sore thumb - and not even doing anything with it. Surely its whole purpose on the album was to be a single? |

The deadline for this is Sunday at noon. Someone needs to break the second-placed tie on the Echo poll.
