Didn’t see a new thread but thought people might enjoy an old fashioned brawl with Neymar getting sent off amongst 5 players altogether

Hamburg defender Toni Leistner has been banned for five games for "assaulting a spectator" of his former club Dynamo Dresden after his side's 4-1 German Cup defeat on Monday.

Two games of his ban are suspended for a year, while he was also fined 8,000 euros (£7,300).

The German Football Association (DFB) said Leistner, 30, was "insulted several times by a Dresden spectator".

The player then went into the stands and "physically attacked him".

They win the league every season and are only 1 point off top spot at the moment, not to mention that they got to the Champions League final last season. PSG's board of directors must have very high standards for Tuchel to get sacked.

Former Tottenham and Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino has been appointed head coach of Paris St-Germain.

The Argentine, 48, who succeeded Thomas Tuchel, has signed a deal until 30 June 2022, with the option of an extra year.

Pochettino, who played for PSG between 2001 and 2003, has been out of work since being sacked by Spurs in November 2019.

He needed to win the Champions League final last think I reckon. PSG are like City at the moment (in many many ways ha), no interest in anything domestic they just need that European success.

Struggling Parma have sacked coach Fabio Liverani after two wins from 16 Serie A games this season.

Liverani, 44, only took charge in August, succeeding Roberto D'Aversa, but leaves the northern Italian club after a 3-0 defeat at Atalanta on Wednesday leaves them in the relegation zone in 18th place in the standings on 12 points.

Gladbach did a Bayern today and came back from a 0-2 deficit to win 3-2 against Bayern. The student has surpassed the master!
