Interesting to see Adele not in the top five, presumably only because she's only released three albums, whereas everyone else here has been way more prolific.

Pretty insane for Ed, and very impressive indeed for Little Mix.

This list seems odd to me. I don’t get how some of those artists have such high sales.

Perhaps touring sales are included?

I think that any list that puts Little Mix ahead of Adele is a bit suspect tbh...

It is correct, Ed has like 15 million sellers and loaaads of Silver certifications. It all adds up.

They are ahead of Adele in official certified sales (singles wise)

it appears to be single sales, which adds up in little mix's case so we can cut the cattiness :~)

Clean Bandit should be on there surely. Their certifications add up to 10.8 million.

also really surprised to see Dua there, 19m sales for songs/singles is massive for how long she's been around (but then again she gets excellent label support) congrats to ha!!

So The Beatles have sold 15.97m tracks since November 16th 2010, and streams since December 24th 2015.
Other acts had the full 21 years of sales.
Not bad in comparison!

On this Saturday at 4pm for 5 hours on MTV Hits (Sky Channel 351) there is a rundown called Ultimate 50 British Hits of the Century.

It is repeated next Monday and Wednesday. So program your Betamax recorder in time.

I think this is the correct program.

Thursday 10pm MTV HITS (channel 351 SKY) for 2 hours. British Acts of the Century: Official Top 20.

Becca Dudely counts down the 20 British acts that have sold more than any other since 2000. Featuring Oasis, Adele, Fleetwood Mac and many more.
