Re: the vinyl spinning -- could it be that the spinning LP is just a video used with Go Go Go playing from another source as an overlay audio? It would be very odd indeed if vocal stems were pressed to vinyl for a song that was never pressed to CD in mixed form. Unless of course there's an acapella-ish bit in the song. We'll find out in a few days...  Until then: the harmony in the clip sounds nice. Dare I say: it has more soul than tracks 4,5 and 6 on Forever. It sounds ok better than most of what’s on Forever anyway. Darkchild for me sucked out all of what made them unique in their own way.

If this is from that Biff demos CD he posted about on Instagram, then his Forever demos are about to be leaked INCLUDING Too Hot and Overnight (1999) as well!!!

Truly this would be just incredible! Even just having Go Go Go would be an amazing treat!
And to think that since the girls really buffed up the Spiceworld25 tracklist, the fans are the ones coming forward with the goods

I really wonder what happened between Spice25 to SW25. They seem to give up on putting effort on SW25. Did Spice25 underwhelm in terms of sales so that Universal just cut their budget?

Exactly, YouTube doesnt change the levels (though like facebook, it does compress quality when uploading and downloading). And the levels and quality of the tracks that were on YouTube are the same as the CD ones, you can understand how fans pointed that out no? The slowed down one was created by a fan to make sure it wasnt removed... Sorry but it is quite obvious that some were ripped from YouTube, and whilst others were from original tapes, they werent mastered. Both are incredibly unprofessional ways of releasing music and you could expect fans to demand better, specially on overpriced releases no? |

Including these tracks: A1 Woman Vocals 3:00 A2 Go, Go, Go Guitar 1:12 A3 Go, Go, Go Bridge Chorus Vocals 1:21 A4 Go, Go, Go Drum Groove 1:23 A5 Too Hot Vocal 3:10 A6 Bits, drum beats 0:29 It doesn’t seem that it’ll leak in full imminently. Whoever it is that owns this on Spice Circle says they’re looking for a way to convert them digitally. So Woman and Too Hot are just acapellas but seemingly full length, while there’s different elements of Go Go Go but not in full. Interesting… I hope we get to hear them soon because it’s certainly better than nothing! I honestly had no idea that by 1999 that vinyl would be used in this way for incomplete tracks  Their post on Spice Circle: Re: Go, Go, Go… Hi All, So I feel I need to post this to clear a few things up as I’m getting loads of messages asking me to leak tracks. Also, I’ve removed my name from this post for reasons that should be obvious. On Tuesday I posted a small video clip of myself playing Go, Go, Go. Call me naive but I didn’t realise how quickly this would leave a PRIVATE Facebook group! I knew it would eventually - hence the very small clip - but some of you didn’t waste any time in boosting your social media views. And yes, I’m very well aware I don’t own the music but wow, use your brain. Within MINUTES my video was reshared on here (why?!), posted to You Tube, audio ripped and spread across Instagram and appeared on forums like Popjustice where people were discussing where it came from, the legitimacy and how I promised to share the rest. Somebody even insinuated it was stolen from Biff - which simply isn’t true. It actually scared how me quick it spread. It’s even been blogged about! The amount of private messages and comments I received that night was insane. And I’m still receiving some now. So, I panicked and deleted the original post. (I mean, it’s on YT now anyway if you wanna listen) But let’s clear this up - I DO NOT have the full, finished track. I can literally sense the dissapointment as you read that! But I never said I did - yet people are jumping ahead making artwork for it etc. In amongst all the excitement many didn’t seem to notice it was just an acapella and I didn’t engage in many comments and posts because of the madness. It was Too Much. OK. So why is it on vinyl and what else is on it? Yes it also has Too Hot, and yes… Woman. However these aren’t the full tracks. They are vocal / acapella tracks and a couple of guitar and drum tracks. They may not be the finished things but it is a unique, interesting and exciting listen - and possibly the only way we may hear these for a long time (if at all). It’s better than nothing! So there 2 reasons I posted it. 1 - I genuinely wanted everybody to hear a bit of it and bring some positivity to the group. Spice World 25 was dissapointing and I saw how happy the C U Next Tuesday leak made everybody. And apart from Mel’s new music, 2023 is looking pretty quiet in Spice World. I wanted to provide a little lift. 2 - I’m also well aware there is other stuff out there amongst fans and collectors. My aim is to encourage more to start sharing if they want to hear more. Whatever you believe my intentions were (there will always be the negative ones who have no clue), I never set out to just tease. I hate those kind of fans! I would love more than anything to share the contents of the vinyl - even though they’re not the full tracks. However I did have a few messages reminding me that these are unreleased and due to the source of the vinyl it could be traced back to me (only a handful of these exist). It might also harm our chances of getting them officially in the future. Hence why I panicked and now I have no idea what to do? As somebody mentioned in another post - All eyes are on this and I do not want to get into trouble. Lastly I simply cannot just share them right now anyway. They’re on vinyl. I do not have these digitally. YET. I don’t have the means to do it BUT I am working on it and it will be done in my leisure (just started a teaching job in the evenings after my full time job and I’m super busy!). Patience is a virtue. So I’m sorry, there isn’t about to be a bunch of Forever session leaks. At least not from me. I’m sure you’ll hear these in the not too distant future. Let the madness die down first. Just keep the faith and let love lead the way… ✌�� |

Likely Stories was leaked completely anonymously and it went completely fine. I really don't get what he was trying to achieve by sharing that snippet without hiding his identity.

Yeah he seems scared specially as he was very clearly stating that he was gonna share the full thing, so now he is retracting!
Doesnt surprise me that the vinyl is just stems of vocals and other bits, and not the full songs! From that Go Go Go clip, it was clear that it was only vocals and melodies, not a single instrument was heard. So Im torn. I want to listen to them but at the same time Id rather hear it first in full and then go back to the stems.. |
