 Hello everybody and welcome Vartsa, Mdiče for the semi-final of the 2nd BuzzJack Song Contest! Ben is currently asleep so this thread is being posted in order that everyone has 2 days to send their votes to him as this thread will close at NOON ON THURSDAY (GMT). The show is hosted in the magnificent Vartsa Hall, constructed at a cost of M4.3 million in the last year with the extravagant stage alone costing M900,000   I'm sure we'd all agree it was worth the cost!  There are 24 songs taking part in the semi-final, and with only the top 14 of those going through to the final it looks to be a tough fight! So without further ado, let the show begin!                          And those were the 24 semi-finalists! Before you vote however, let's remind ourselves of what we've seen  RECAP And that was the show! Now the voting begins! You have until Thursday noon to send your votes to Medicatedsoap by PM (your votes MUST be kept private, you will be disqualified if you announce them publicly!) which is more than enough time to make your decision. For those unfamiliar with the voting procedure, you give points of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12, with 12 going to your favourite song, 10 to your 2nd favourite, 8 to your 3rd favourite, 7 to your 4th favourite and so on, down to 1 to your 10th favourite. And don't forget to state the country you are voting for when you give your points!  EVERYONE taking part in this contest has to vote, regardless of whether they are in the final already or not, and face disqualification for not doing so unless they have a valid excuse! And remember that ONLY PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES CAN VOTE!And now, the waiting for the results show begins!  Make your predictions as to who the lucky 14 countries who go to the final will be, talk about the show, but remember you are not allowed to reveal your votes publicly!This was a MIBC presentation 2007 with help from IBK. |

I have voted
 And no offence to anybody but I didn't vote for songs that have been released and were big regardless of if I loved them or not because to me this contest should be about making people listen to things they wouldn't normally not the songs we've heard thousands of times.
