A disappointing end to a great season for Jack but hopefully he will win some silverware very soon.

Rob Walker just said on the late highlights show that Mark Williams has texted during the show and doctors have said that they are 99% sure he hasn’t had a heart attack and should be back on the baize tomorrow following Mark going to A+E over chest pains after his first session against Dave Gilbert.

Excellent break from Judd and that’s the 85th century. Just one behind the record of 86 now. Now 7-6 to Judd against Gary Wilson.

David Gilbert goes into the final session against John Higgins 13-11 after being 12-8 up. He seemed to start missing at 13-9. Still very much all to play for.

Judd Trump struck the 87th century at this year's World Championship, making it a record at the Crucible Theatre.

Englishman Trump's 114 break in the semi-final against Gary Wilson surpassed the previous best of 86, compiled in both 2015 and 2016.

That was an thrilling semi final between John Higgins and Dave Gilbert, with John winning 17-16, I think Dave may have his best opportunity to reach a final go there.

Seven centuries already in this final just brilliant from both players. But Judd at the moment looks the better player.

Higgins is barely getting a look-in at the moment. Trump's four centuries in eight winning frames (now nine) is an extraordinary record. Higgins' three centuries in five winning frames is pretty good going too.

That was an extraordinary session. Apart from one careless shot (missing the green when trying to tuck in behind it), Higgins wasn't playing at all badly, but Trump was unstoppable.

It will take something very special from John to come back from 12-5 down. I can't see that happening if Trump maintains that form. The only Trump I like.
