Sure 'Forever' doesn't hold a candle to 'Spice World'. But "trash" is a tad strong.
In its favor, the vocals are some of their best (especially for Victoria). For me, it highlights their individual strengths and vocal styles. There is unfulfilled potential in the likes 'If You Wanna Have Some Fun' and 'Get Down With Me'. Their lacklustre production frustrates me. |

Holler has to be on of their most underrated no?
It's such a great pop song imho. |

Their lacklustre production frustrates me. This is a very good point. I think the main issue with those songs in particular AND Right Back At Ya was the shit quality of the production. Which is a shame, as they are all really great songs that just need a final push to be amazing. Wasting My Time, apart from Holler, is the second best song in the album in my opinion, but I do adore the production on that one! |
