Just listened to it, and what a great album. Bradley's voice is just fantastic! wub.gif

Kind of upset they didn't release an explicit version though. Forever hoping for that explicit version of "Can We Dance". sad.gif

I don't think an explicit version ever existed tongue.gif

It's an absolutely brilliant album, my favourite tracks, aside from the singles, being Oh Cecilia, Lovestruck, Girls On TV and Somebody To You. Weakest track is Another World but it's still a good 7 or 7.5/10.

I thought Paolo was going to have the number 1 album on lock and the Vamps would be Number 2, but just saw the below from one of their twitter accounts:

QUOTE
Apparently if we sell another 54 copies of our album we will be the fastest selling album of the year so far... Let's do this!!!!!!

So they must be ahead of Paolo... which would seem odd as I thought he was going to sell BIG

I was confused by that, do artists usually have that kinda info at this stage? I kinda brushed it off as a joke to try and get fans worked up/buying more copies. laugh.gif

This.

There's no way that there will be any midweek information on a Monday. I'm sure Paolo Nutini will be a couple of thousand ahead tomorrow - most likely around 10,000+.

Yeah I'm pretty sure midweeks aren't even compiled for Monday so that sounds like BS to me.

I purchased this album and i am impressed, pop by numbers, catchy and feel good. Wild Heart they will never beat as its excellent but a solid debut they have delivered.Somebody to you and oh cecilia are what i like best outside the singles.

Gonna try ranking the album:

1. Can We Dance
2. Wild Heart
3. Last Night
4. Oh Cecilia (Breaking My Heart)
5. Lovestruck
6. Somebody To You
7. Smile
8. Move My Way
9. Shout About It
10. Girls On TV
11. She Was The One
12. Dangerous
13. High Hopes
14. Risk It All
15. Another World

I guess the singles have had an advantage of time so they're still at the top for now but that could change in time. Really love all of the top 13, and the bottom two are merely "good". Such an amazing album, exactly what I wanted from them. Pains me when High Hopes has to be as low as #13.

Decided to give this a play on Spotify and I am amazed at how good this! It's something different compared to what other boybands are releasing. I might have to buy a physical copy of this wub.gif

Also, someone said they went to Fairfax School in Sutton (or some of them) if so, that's amazing! 'cos I survived Fairfax as well biggrin.gif

Yeah Brad went to Fairfax according to Google (they come from all over the country so they went to different schools). That's quite cool though ohmy.gif even if you never knew him tongue.gif

Glad to see all the positive reviews this album's getting on here and that it's not just my loon glasses making me love it laugh.gif

You're probably right. They must have just recorded a "shh" only version. So annoying. When they sang it explicit live, it sounded so much better. sad.gif

I'm listening to the album properly for the first time and I like it!

'Risk It All' is a lot like Fun.'s 'We Are Young', 'Move My Way' is a lot like McFly's 'Obviously'.

VERY good debut album, I'm impressed. Decided to listen seeing as I'm a bit obsessed with Somebody To You. There's more slower songs than I'd expect but on the whole, it was enjoyable.

09 Wild Heart
08 Last Night
10 Somebody to You
07 Can We Dance
08 Girls on TV
09 Risk It All
06 Oh Cecilia (Breaking My Heart)
08 Another World
08 Move My Way
07 Shout About It
07 High Hopes
05 She Was the One
08 Dangerous
08 Lovestruck
07 Smile

So, yes, very strong! The only ones I wouldn't really go back to currently are Oh Cecilia and She Was The One.

I don't think 5SOS will be re-releasing, at least not this year with the release of 4th single 'Good Girls' to come.

I think 5SOS are just heading straight onto the second album. Like Aly said, they've still got 'Good Girls' to come, then they'll be touring next year so I imagine we'll get a new album late next year or early 2016.

Not expecting too much of this but should be fun anyway biggrin.gif Not sure it's going on general release? The bundle makes it out to be download only.
