If you're wanting a new horror film to see in cinemas, then this is probably your only hope this year. From the same studio/style as The Witch, Hereditary and Midsommar, this is a psychological horror/drama that's getting some pretty good reviews right now.

Would highly recommend this (and not just because it's one of the few new films actually out!), very much the same vibes as the films listed above and that's a very good thing for me. It's short, but it tells an excellent story in that time and the lead performance is excellent and really does draw you in as it goes along. It's not out and out horror, it's much more psychological and slow burning, but that's a good thing and has some very timely religious commentary. The last scene in particular is harrowing.

Went to see this on Tuesday, very good although like said, not so much horror itself, more of building tension.

Finally watched this and it's incredible. It is very Polanski-esque at his best so obviously right up my street. There are countless incredible camera shots and scenes, and the score is chilling. A great watch.
