Surprise top 50 on itunes upon release, this is a good uplifting tune I think, reminds me a lot of the 2004-2006 80s remix period when I was younger (I know it is an early 90s song originally though). Probably would have been massive if it was released about 10-12 years ago but I doubt it will be a hit sadly. Nice to see this kind of thing in the itunes chart though.

I preferred his previous release ('Your Love') but I would welcome this being a minor hit. Nothing special but it's a nice remake.

I liked Your Love too. I prefer Would I Lie To You because of its nostalgia factor, both for the original song which is a classic anyway and the 80s remix/remakes period in the middle of the last decade.

Its good to have a more lively dance remake (like last decade's ones) rather than it just to be yet another flat tropical house remake of a song.

i can see this becoming a sizable hit, if it can garner some radio support, along the lines of ‘fast car’~ dance.gif

‘your love’ is an underrated gem wub.gif

Although this is more in line with the 99 Souls track I think as it is disco house rather than chilled tropical. I would love Offaiah and this to make official top 40.

They both need to be made 59p though.

Getting some ~retro~ vibes from this that isn't at all a bad thing wub.gif Just wondering though, maybe the fact he's called John Gibbons may hinder this track's success? Idk but if he was called Jogi or something like that the song'd attract more listeners as it comes across as a cover by an old man.

How exactly? Philip George did fine with his two hit singles despite his name.
