Top 100 for the 10th April 2021

Re-starting my commentary in probably the most boring week in my chart for quite a while We do have a change at the top though! Schiller's rework of the Alphaville track Summer in Berlin takes the top spot, with Ignite climbing to #2 after being released as a single, causing last week's #1, 'Help Is On The Way', to fall to #3. It's a fourth artist this year to get a #1 on their first Top 40 attempt, so yay for new music!

The Snuts go Top 10 for the first time following their album release, and all this week's new entries to the Top 40 are climbers in, in the shape of Zoe Wees, Pat Barrett and Blackfield. And a couple more songs make an entry lower down as well.
