Poor "Untouchable" </3 Although that would've been a runaway winner so maybe it's for the best that it's not included.
I voted for "Can't Speak French", it's one of their cheesiest singles despite coming from such an un-cheesy album but it's probably the single that changed me from a casual fan to a full-blown stan. 1. Can't Speak French 2. The Loving Kind 3. Whole Lotta History 4. Long Hot Summer 5. See the Day |

The Loving Kind is easily the best one from these 5.
If Untouchable was included, i would still have voted for The Loving Kind. 01 The Loving Kind 02 Cant Speak French 03 Whole Lotta History 04 See The Day 05 Long Hot Summer Long Hot Summer was and always, and still remains one of their most disappointing singles. |

The first 3 here are all quite equal for me...There's no runaway favourite although I don't really like the last 2.

1. The Loving Kind - have always adored this, it's so warm despite having quite wintery production, I'd count it in my overall top three of theirs in fact
2. Whole Lotta History - Lovely and underrated, disappointing that it's their lowest-selling single ---------- big gulf 3. See The Day - I liked this a lot at the time but not as much anymore 4. Long Hot Summer - on the flipside, I thought this was 'quite good' at the time but listen to it more these days, so can relate to Joseph there. It has always lacked something but I can't put my finger on what. 5. Can't Speak French - A good track but not one I ever loved, granted it worked well as a single but I'd have preferred Girl Overboard or Black Jacks |

Cant Speak French, was a slow burn song.
I initially thought it was disastrous choice of single but it worked. Overtime i really grew to like and appreciate the song. |
