Radio 1 fave Jade Bird brings us her debut album in 2019 which includes the singles Uh Huh and Love Has All Been Done Before. Speaking on Sunday Brunch today she confirmed that she has written the whole album herself. She’s been a little bit of a slow burner for me but I’m quite liking the current single and the somewhat ‘raw’ character to her voice.

Yeh I think she's a KT Tunstall style artist that radio 1 will play flat out this era then try and drop quickly to radio 2! Love the current single but the previous output never really made me go to buy it just listen.

Really enjoying the latest two singles, having written her off as someone I could ever get into after hearing the dreary “Lottery”; hope it can be a decent selling debut for her.

I Get No Joy and Love Has All Been Done Before are both great, along with Uh Huh they've made me really look forward to her album. Lottery has grown on me a bit but I definitely would've wrote her off if her stuff was all like that.
