Ten Walls 'Walking With Elephants' [Deep House] gaining some serious exposure in ibiza and festivals at the moment~ originally released mid april it's getting a commercial release on atlantic at the end of summer it would be immense if this could become a sizable chart hit |

well this is excellent. I love how deep Ten Walls goes in his songs. It's so original and well thought out. BJSC entry 'Gotham' and Beatport #1 'Requiem' are also worth listening to. And whatever that instrument is called in the drop, I love the usage of it.

This is really great, shades of early Massive Attack throughout

This is a really rather interesting listen, of which I haven't heard anything quite like. Is that a tuba playing in the chorus? Thumbs up from me.

The fact that this is smashing restores a bit of my faith in humanity ~ so unique, so artistic, everything I like but never expect to become popular.

I'd love to see this inside the top 10 next Sunday. It would be great to see such a fresh, different sounding track doing well commercially!

I do like this a LOT, but I can't help but think it sounds like farting.

This live Walking With Elephants/Unfinished Sympathy mash-up is a nice listen
featuring Moko on vocals What a shame her song Your Love won't be doing the business chart wise but nice to see her getting some exposure. |

Ooh, I love this - very similar style to the wonderful Gotham, but a bit more beefed up and dynamic (and a lot shorter, although the song in the first post may be a radio edit?). I wouldn't have had this down to be a chart hit at all, but very glad to be proved wrong, will be amazing hearing a song like this on commercial radio

Still a lot shorter than Gotham though (9:12). His other single Requiem is 7:31 for comparison. I imagine his future songs will be closer to the length of WWE as that is by far the most successful of his singles (plus most deep house seems to be around that time mark because low attention spans) |

I'm not convinced this isn't just a remix of 'Gotham' - there's similar styles and then there's this. I'm not criticising it though as 'Gotham' is a brilliant song and obviously never got a commercial push itself. 'Walking With Elephants' is also and I'm very pleased it looks set to be a fairly big hit, it certainly doesn't sound like your average hit single even considering the deep house chart invasion.

I was thinking of sending this to BJSC like AGES ago but thought because of the repetitiveness that it would flop. Didn't realise it was so loved, but deservedly so.
Absolutely stunning! |
