Lew told me Bianca Del Rio from Drag Race, although she'd be as Roy Haylock probs as I doubt she'd get dragged up every day is rumoured again? I am SO here for that, the summer CBB is usually dull so I want someone that fab to be in the cast. None of those rumoured names jump out to me as that exciting apart from Sarah but we shall see! A lot of those feel like leftover rumours of the last couple of series so hopefully we get more solid ones soon as the time gets closer!

Posted by: Davidson 10th July 2017, 11:07 PM

Yes please at Sarah Harding. Always wanted to see her on a show like Big Brother, I find her personality so infectious.

Absolutely no at Bear and Charlotte going in as a couple though. That sounds like it couldn't be anymore of a nightmare and they would win for sure (or at least one of them if counted separately) sad.gif

Talulah-Eve Brown
WHOA.

Not entirely sure if anyone watches Britain's Next Top Model, but isn't she the one who made history as the first trans contestant on the show?

Oh god yes, this would probably count me out of the whole series laugh.gif

Posted by: Jack 11th July 2017, 08:13 AM

If Bear is in again, I won't watch. He is the worst housemate of all time and ruined a potentially amazing series sad.gif.

Put Renee back in!

Posted by: Klaus 11th July 2017, 09:12 AM

I completely agree that Bear going in will make me turn off as a viewer. Last summer's CBB was the worst I've seen and they are the worst housemate I've ever seen. I'm not putting myself through that again.

I don't think it will happen though. The All Stars aspect didn't work as well as they'd hoped in January so they would be foolish to try it again so soon.

Posted by: Liаm 11th July 2017, 05:15 PM

Yeah I agree, I don't think they'll do more All Stars until a "proper" All Stars, which is guaranteed to have Bear. Last time was lacklustre becasue other than Jedward and Speidi who you would put as All Stars, none of them were really the ones you'd pick as really impactful all star HMs. They may as well save winners and more interesting housemates for a proper All Stars series tbh, I'd have thought the 20th series would've been a good time to do All Stars. I'd say wait for the 20th anniversary but idk if BB will even last that long laugh.gif Maybe as a swan song for channel 5, although CBB still does well so it'll probably still be going. I could probably deal with Bear in that case if it was a series with the likes of Kim Woodburn, Rylan, Lauren Harries so there were enough good housemates to balance it, but if it's gonna be him and the usual disappointing caliber of summer CBB housemates, count me out.

Posted by: No Sleeep 11th July 2017, 05:41 PM

That's disappointing. I don't know half those people.

Also if they have another All Stars series and still don't put Tiffany back in I'm boycotting it! She's the most iconic hm from the C5 era, why have they just forgot about her already?

Weren't there rumours last year or something that Lil' Kim was going in? Random but what happened to that? She would be iconic laugh.gif

She's in the same vein as Hulk and Lindsay - that's never going to happen unfortunately laugh.gif

Yeah but she did do DWTS so I'm still holding out hope! Although with C5's budget she'd be the only one in the house heehee.gif

Take it with a pinch of salt, but OK are going on about All Stars vs. New Stars again, with the likes of Stephen f***ing Bear. manson.gif

Posted by: Parallel Reality 12th July 2017, 11:59 PM

I don't think I can watch it if Bear is in it again. Awful.

Posted by: Liаm 13th July 2017, 12:00 AM

Tbf a lot of those "rumours" are just people saying they'd do it (again) laugh.gif I think/hope they wouldn't be another new vs. old, as I said they should save it for a "proper" all star series and go in otherwise who are they gonna have left? 20th series makes sense to do a proper all stars, but I hope they learned from January that it was a flop putting in a few random "all stars" in. In that case it just comes across that they flopped at getting a real all stars cast so just chucked in anyone who'd do it.

I am really hoping so anyway, Bear would turn me off it almost certainly I think, I dipped in and out of the last summer series because it was so awful. He was possibly the worst housemate of all time (Heavy D wasn't much better) but the others weren't up to enough to save it either, I mean I loved Aubrey and Renee but because Bear was ruining the series they couldn't do enough.

Posted by: Cameron 13th July 2017, 12:12 AM

We need Tiffany.

Posted by: Rob S~ 14th July 2017, 08:54 AM

Amelia Lily latest name rumoured!

Posted by: jase. 15th July 2017, 07:19 PM

Sinitta has apparently been dropped because of her ridiculous demands.

Posted by: Jandeep 16th July 2017, 01:16 PM

Just read somewhere that Jaymi Hensley from Union J is taking part following his stint in mastershef.

Also wonder when we will finally get their long awaited 3rd album? If James Arthur can come back from the dead then they can.

Omg I saw that, a swearing ban because she doesn't swear, a personal bodyguard at all times and god knows what else laugh.gif Wow.

Posted by: jase. 17th July 2017, 07:58 PM

Who would everybody like to see do CBB who hasn't yet? I don't mean A-listers either because that's never going to happen, so try and be realistic tongue.gif

When I think through the soaps I watch, Jack P Shephard (David from Corrie) and Mike Parr (Ross from Emmerdale) instantly spring to mind. I'd also like to see any of the cast of The Inbetweeners do it, although I think they're all doing pretty well for themselves these days! Maybe some old Skins cast members who haven't done much since the show ended.

I'd love to know how C5 producers start thinking of names. I mean, how did they f***ing come up with Heavy D? rotf.gif

Posted by: jase. 17th July 2017, 08:00 PM

Reports today saying Gary Lucy has turned it down after a big money offer.

Posted by: Klaus 17th July 2017, 08:05 PM

I think agencies (those who basically only have those below Z-list people signed) approach the show or the show approaches them for all the, lesser names that go in there. I know there's one agency that basically has Farrah, Jenna Jameson, Renee, Fatman Scoop, Katie Waissel and lots more signed to them, so clearly there must be this dicussion between the same old agencies and the show. Then the show might also select and target other, more 'bigger name' celebrities.

Heavy D though is such a joke laugh.gif

Posted by: jase. 17th July 2017, 08:09 PM

I still can't get over PAMELA BLOODY ANDERSON entering the first civvy C5 BB for the first week. I'd love to know how much they paid her.

One thing with Heavy D - his eviction interview was ICONIC. I'm sure it was the first time I've seen Emma clearly hate a housematess guts and it really did show laugh.gif

Posted by: Klaus 17th July 2017, 08:14 PM

Heavy D is my most hated housemate ever (Bear second), so so thick and just incredibly annoying. I really don't know how Emma managed to restrain herself!

Yup he was revolting. I remember screaming when Katie Waissel came to life and ripped him a new asshole wub.gif

Big Blagger (who are very reliable) are now claiming it launches on Friday 4th August instead of Thursday 3rd.

The CBB eye will also be officially revealed tomorrow!

Posted by: lewistgreen 19th July 2017, 04:11 PM

Confirmed to be starting on Tuesday August 1st.

QUOTE
The launch night for the 20th series has been confirmed for Tuesday, August 1 at 9pm (days after the current civilian Big Brother series ends on Friday, July 28) with Emma Willis at the helm, while Rylan Clark-Neal's Bit on the Side also returns on weeknights.

There's been nothing yet on the theme.

In fact, little is known about the new series, but rumours are suggesting that the line-up will be another mix of legends and new faces, like it was in the January series.

Some of the familiar names being touted include Stephen Bear, Charlotte Crosby, Rhian Sugden, Courtney Stodden, and Kellie Maloney.

As for which new celebrities could be entering, buzzed-about names include Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding, Ex on the Beach's Jordan Davies, former X Factor finalist Amelia Lily, wrestler Hulk Hogan, and pop duo The Cheeky Girls.

Posted by: jase. 19th July 2017, 07:20 PM

I really like the eye! They sometimes go too over the top so I like its simplicity.

Also here for a Tuesday launch!

Gogglebox's Sandra Martin has quit the show which has lead people to speculate about her potentially going into the CBB house!

I'd LOVE to see it. I think she'd be such a laugh and a potential winner.

All Stars rumours turning out to be true?

Lauren Harries just tweeted: https://twitter.com/laurenharries/status/887768855178883072

"I'm back and i'm more opinionated than ever! im going to speak my mind and say it how is.. no pussy footing around this time! #CBBUK #BBUK"

It would certainly tie in with the paparazzi asking Courtney Stooden if she was going back in and her answer pretty much being yes without saying yes, and the heavily rumoured Bear/Charlotte going in together thing.

EDIT: More tweets

"I haven't voiced my opinions enough!be ready as this girl is not taking anymore crap n no longer taking a back seat @Charlottegshore #BBUK x"
"and yes darling @Charlottegshore am having a radgierampage #GeordieShore #CBBUK #ownit"

Yup. Looks like Bearlotte is happening!

Posted by: cq(uavo)merqn 19th July 2017, 09:14 PM

The ratings would be huge if Bear and Charlotte were going in

Posted by: Liаm 19th July 2017, 09:17 PM

oh LORD no, I think that would put me off :/

Posted by: jase. 19th July 2017, 09:17 PM

The ONLY way Charlotte and Bear going in together would be tolerable is if Jemma Lucy (who hates them) goes in and makes their life hell.

I know right. sleep.gif sick2.gif

I literally can't deal with Bear... or Charlotte Crosby, we've just had a full series of Ellie. laugh.gif

Posted by: Klaus 19th July 2017, 09:19 PM

Not that I've said it enough but I'd genuinely be gutted if Bear went in. I'm on holiday the week it starts so I'll be able to see the results of it before I decide whether to watch or not.

Posted by: No Sleeep 19th July 2017, 09:21 PM

Are they not listening to the people (including Emma!) saying they've had enough of Geordie Shore/Ex On the Beach/TOWIE Z-Listers taking over the show? sad.gif Are they even aware of the ratings? Ffs.

Posted by: cq(uavo)merqn 19th July 2017, 09:22 PM

I hate Bear so much but I wouldn't care if it meant good ratings.

Posted by: jase. 19th July 2017, 09:22 PM

Apparently Jemma's doing it

http://www.mtv.co.uk/big-brother/news/ex-on-the-beachs-jemma-lucy-announced-as-explosive-addition-to-the-celebrity-big-brother-line-up
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-4704032/Jemma-Lucy-spill-beans-Stephen-Bear-CBB.html

Honestly, thinking about it, I can't see Charlotte and Bear going in if she is. Jemma made some pretty awful comments about Charlotte's ectopic pregnancy so it's not like this is a trivial "omgz she stole my man" feud, it goes very personal.

Posted by: Klaus 19th July 2017, 09:22 PM

That's the thing, Emma & Rylan seem to share the same broad views as the viewers yet clearly producers are just choosing to be ignorant! If they won't listen to them, they won't listen to anyone. :/

Posted by: Liаm 19th July 2017, 09:40 PM

Yep they just don't listen. If all 3 of them went in it would basically be a spin off of Ex On The Beach with those 3. They're creating the series storyline and Bear would win again :/ They seem to have amazing other rumours in some cases but they're gonna get wasted on a series that's all about Bear again.

Posted by: jase. 19th July 2017, 10:20 PM

According to Bear's Twitter, he and Charlotte are no longer a couple? Ugh. This now screams to me it's all a set-up to what's going to be the main CBB summer storyline with Jemma/Charlotte/Bear.

Posted by: Klaus 19th July 2017, 10:28 PM

I feel like that tweet is part of some prank like that TV show Safeword or something.

Anyway, even without them two appearing, Jem Lucy is an absolute state/mess and make me consider turning off by herself, nevermind her ex.

Posted by: Liаm 19th July 2017, 11:34 PM

Ugh only Viacom could have me seriously considering not watching before the show even starts rotf.gif

Posted by: Jack 20th July 2017, 07:53 AM

There is absolutely no chance in hell I will put myself through another series of Bear. I could deal with Charlotte and I don't know Jemma so I could see how it starts but Bear is the absolute PITS.

Posted by: jase. 20th July 2017, 11:24 AM

Chet Johnson and Helen Brigg are rumoured. Whoever they are.

Posted by: Liаm 20th July 2017, 11:49 AM

Ugh, a quick google and they're from f***ing Ex On The Beach smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif

They can't have them, Jemma, Bear and Charlotte surely after already having Kayleigh, Chanelle ad Kieran who'd appeared on it on the current civillian series...

Posted by: Klaus 20th July 2017, 12:03 PM

Not even that, I've just done a quick google and Helen looks to be an ex of both Kieran and Chet. What an absolute joke.

Hopefully neither are true but, if they are, the show deserves the horrendous ratings it will get and I'll sadly be happy to see the end of the show if all they're going to do is fill both series with Ex on the Beach people.

Posted by: Jack 20th July 2017, 12:06 PM

They need to stop trying to make Ex On The Beach happen. It's not going to happen.

If they want cheap stars, I'd prefer they go for Love Island - they are much more 'celebrities' than them imo!

Posted by: Liаm 20th July 2017, 12:22 PM

Exactly, they could just get a couple of Love Islanders who've split up who haven't yet had their "drama" wrung out by MTV. But like I say with them making the main show Love Island, they don't need to turn CBB into Ex On The Beach, if people want to watch Ex On The Beach I'm sure the demographic who watch BB will know of it and watch it if they want. But for me EOTB is the lowest of the low for reality TV, as we've all said in the corresponding lounge topic, people are free to watch it and I won't judge but I hate that they stir up people's personal lives an cause trouble because of an ex, all egged on by alcohol :') We don't need CBB to read as Ex On The Beach All Stars. If Viacom REALLY want increased visibility for Ex On The Beach, maybe put it on C5 when BB isn't on, with more promo.

Posted by: jase. 20th July 2017, 12:44 PM

It really surprises me that it looks like they're not learning from their mistakes with the recent civ BB. Ratings have been atrocious and its been absolutely slated by the media and the general public, and why? A number of reasons but one of the main being Z-list Geordie Shore/Ex On The Beach/TOWIE style housemates - they are utter shite and are only put in there for eye candy and showmances which VERY CLEARLY nobody cares for.

I'm not gonna go into full attack mode yet because C5 may actually surprise us come launch night and we may actually get a decent cast. It's the 20th series so you'd think they'd go all out and not shove more Ellie's and Lotan's down our throats. We'll just have to see but these rumours are concerning me.

Posted by: jase. 20th July 2017, 12:48 PM

Latest rumour doing the rounds on Twitter is Aston Merrygold.

Posted by: No Sleeep 20th July 2017, 12:52 PM

99% sure it's fake but I saw a Facebook post saying Lil Kim and Foxy Brown are going in it, I would die laugh.gif

Posted by: Liаm 20th July 2017, 12:56 PM

Aston Merrygold LMAOOOO, like Amelia I feel like that seems the sort of rumour that nobody would just pull out their arse so surely it's true but you could say that about a lot of these laugh.gif

'Made In Chelsea star' Sam Thompson is the latest rumour.

Sam's been on BOTS a few times and he's always come across as a really nice guy. The fact he's fit helps too wink.gif

Posted by: Liаm 21st July 2017, 11:37 PM

Omg it's looking very likely Trisha Paytas is a housemate laugh.gif

Posted by: Liаm 23rd July 2017, 08:52 AM

These names are "confirmed" by the Daily Star, tbf the Daily Star is normally quite good for CBB:

Pete Wicks (TOWIE)
Brandi Glanville (Real Housewives Of Beverley Hills)
Nathan Henry (Geordie Shore)
John Leslie (TV presenter)
Sarah Harding (Girls Aloud)
Amelia Lily (X Factor)
Jemma Lucy (Ex On The Beach)
Sandi Bogle (Gogglebox)
Rodrigo Alves ("human Ken doll")

Human Ken doll.... A few too many reality names for my liking (although they will probably drive ratings up which I suppose is good), but Sarah, Amelia and Brandi should be good and if it had to be anyone off Gogglebox I love what I saw of Sandi!

Posted by: Liаm 24th July 2017, 07:14 AM

Shobna Gulati (Sunita from Corrie) is apparently in talks. Meh, I liked her on Corrie but I can imagine her being the token boring soap star who doesn't do much. She's been on Loose Women so maybe she'll be outspoken, but then Sherrie Hewson wasn't and I can't recall any big controversial moments or comments from Shobna being reported.

4 names from that leaked line-up are NOT going in. They include Pete Wicks, John Leslie, Nathan Henry and Rodrigo Alves.

Apparently Jemma Lucy, Sarah Harding, Jordan Davies, Brandi Glanville, Amelia Lily, Sam Thompson, Paul Dannan and Derek Acorah are all definitely going in, along with the newest addition Shaun Williamson (He played Barry in EastEnders)

Shaun Williamson is someone i find extremely annoying and i think if he goes into Big Brother it wont change. Sarah Harding is the one i am most interested in, she will likely be a love or hate type of housemate but should be entertaining.

What happened to this All Stars line up? Not happening at all. Thought we were expecting another All Stars and New Stars to mark the 20th series of CBB.

Posted by: Davidson 26th July 2017, 10:23 PM

I don't hate the line up by any means but they really do need a few crazy US housemates for good measure and some entertainment. They are always the best.

Posted by: Liаm 26th July 2017, 10:25 PM

I just hope the last few they're negoiating aren't gonna be like Charlotte and Bear for the Jemma Lucy beef, if they're gonna do an All Star thing they should go the whole hog. I doubt they'll do it though with Jemma in,

Plus as much as I despise Bear, it'd make more sense to have him and Charlotte in a "proper" all stars. There is no point in half an all stars cast or just a few for the sake of a storyline or to derail the series.

If Trisha Paytas is going in (very likely) the UK are not ready for her wub.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

Her twitter is a big giveaway she was flying somewhere with a british flag on her top lastnight, She also hinted everything will become clear in "few days" w00t.gif

I never watch CBB to be honest but if she does enter I will be watching laugh.gif

I'm lowkey here for Honey G being in it, it was only a matter of time really laugh.gif

She's a proper mess of a Youtuber, you might have seen the memes of her, there's loads of pictures of her hysterically crying laugh.gif

She just does like standard vlogs but is really OTT and clickbaity, so she's really meme-able. And she kind of has no filter, she is the perfect personyou'd want on CBB really for good entertainment. I feel she could be a Tiffany type who not many of the public know but ends up defining the series.

The male to female ratio is not very even so I can see some of these names not being true but I do reckon this is probably along the lines of what the final line up will be bar a few names .

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 28th July 2017, 04:52 PM

Thank god for Trisha unsure.gif that line up is a snooze feast blink.gif

Sun can't even spell Paytas right laugh.gif

Posted by: Liаm 28th July 2017, 06:55 PM

Yeah not a vintage line-up at all on first glance, the female half is quite good as I think Sarah, Trisha, Sandi, Brandi and Helen all have potential, maybe Amelia too but I can't help feeling she'll do a Katie Waissel and just be boring. Chris DeBurgh's daughter and someone who was on The Bachelorette though, wow laugh.gif

Posted by: jase. 28th July 2017, 06:55 PM

They put 10 women with 6 men for BB18. CBB19's females outnumbered the men too. They don't care about gender balances anymore.

Posted by: jase. 28th July 2017, 06:56 PM

It's a very fiery line-up laugh.gif Marissa and Jemma in one house <3

Posted by: Jack 28th July 2017, 06:58 PM

I don't know many but I think it could be good. Chad from Bachelor is INSANE and will bring drama.

Interested to see what Amelia and Sarah are like most, I'm worried they will be wall flowers like Katie Waissel.

Posted by: jase. 28th July 2017, 07:03 PM

Sarah's either going to be Denise Welch or Katie Waissel. No idea which way it'll go laugh.gif

This pleases me! I think I eyerolled at his name the most but that's because I literally don't know anything about him.

Posted by: Envoirment 29th July 2017, 03:09 AM

Omg Trisha and Marissa *_*

Looking forward to seeing how Amelia and Sarah are as well, I've always liked them.

Omfg Derek Acorah too? I remember him from when I used to watch Most Haunted years ago. He came across a bit of an act and quite over the top. Could be interesting but he should be quite old now though. Also known for the infamous "Mary Loves Dick" scene on the show. laugh.gif

Sean/Chad/Sam are easy on the eye. Don't really know them though.

Could be an interesting season.

I hope they hold a seance with Derek. Could imagine it being funny with Trish involved.

Posted by: Liаm 29th July 2017, 10:12 AM

Yeah there was loads of stuff about him being fake and I think that's why he left Most Haunted? laugh.gif He is nearly 70 I think but it'd be quite entertaining if he did the act in the house and convinced people he was seeing their dead relatives and stuff, even if it'd be like the Costa Cons off Bad Girls, he'd only do it when he gathered enough info to bullshit his way through.

Posted by: Chapman 29th July 2017, 04:35 PM

Some of them females probably wont enter on launch night, far too many of them. Whats the betting one of the only actual celebrities (or famous for having an actual talent) Helen Lederer doesnt enter rolleyes.gif

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 31st July 2017, 12:42 AM

Hahaha at Trisha front pages, She is a DREAM for the press. Probably be only decent housemate. She will be TV GOLD!

Also you've got to remember 3 males have "rumoured" to pull out that aren't on the list

Pete Wicks (towie)
John Leslie (presenter)
Rodrigo Alves (human ken doll)

So probably why the males are really low to females.

i can't buy that being the final cast; a load of quasi celebrities fighting with a few meh chucked in for the sake of it, surely cbb is better than that esp the disaster that was the civilian series

Sarah Harding 100% confirmed

Posted by: Liаm 1st August 2017, 09:33 AM

Apparently Dawn has quit last minute, no loss tbh if anyone had to quit laugh.gif There are whispers of Sinitta replacing her as her main demand was a bodyguard to protect her from Dawn as they're in a bitter feud but we'll see tonight. Or probably a bit earlier because the cast promo pics often leak in the afternoon so I'm keeping an eye out.

I get the feeling we might have a surprise or two they signed up last minute, don't want to get ahead of myself but we'll see laugh.gif

Yes I used to watch it too back then, he was quite entertaining to watch!

Also I've seen those sort of update/news accounts saying 18 HMs are going in which confirms my suspicion we may not know all the cast ohmy.gif Ofc if Dawn has pulled out maybe it'll be 17 but I can so see Sinitta going in last minute with her out.

Latest rumour is Karthrik from The Apprentice, I don't watch but I remember something about him wanting to be famous so that could check out tbh laugh.gif

I'm not getting ahead of myself but Rylan said there is a pair housemate going in and people are saying it could be the Two Julies from Bad Girls!!!! I think I would cry/die/spontaneously combust. Their twitter account as charactes Annie & Fanny has said "where's Fanny" and "on another noteCBB starts tonight wink.gif" so I think at least Fanny (Kika Mirylees) might be going in. (I really shouldn't let myself get ahead when like 2 people on Twitter say something)

Hopefully although very unlikely some 'All Stars' will return to the house at some point during the series, thought C5 were looking to do this at some stage.

Karthik was awful but he'd make for entertaining viewing.

I have no clue who most of these "celebrities" are. Channel 5 have always used the term "celebrity" loosely but I think they've outdone themselves now. If Sandi from Gogglebox doesn't win this then I will be surprised.

There aren't any decent looking women in the house either which is a shame.

Posted by: Liаm 2nd August 2017, 11:52 AM

I'm SO bored of everyone on Twitter etc moaning they're not celebrities laugh.gif It gets barely 2 million views on Channel 5, they're hardly going to procure Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber and Hilary Clinton. Yet the same people watch every year so should know what they're in for. Anyone really famous with a proper career won't be able to take potentially 4 weeks off to go in and it isn't worth the potential embarrassment or damage to their career. A lot of these people have nothing to lose, and besides the "nobodies" who are from US reality shows nobody in the UK knows usually come to be really good housemates, for better or worse. Tiffany for better and Farrah for worst, for example kink.gif For me it's about the characters not the level of star. Like Channel 4 got a Jackson on and he was pretty boring, whereas nobody knew who say Austin Armacost was in his first series and he was one of the defining characters.

Also I'd say for Channel 5, Derek, Helen, Shaun and especially Sarah are really good coups. They might not all be on TV all the time now but most people will know who they are. It also depends what you watch really, for me Trisha Paytas is a huge name and I can't believe she's on it becasue I watch her on YT, other people who love Mob Wives or Real Housewives might be freaking out over Marissa or Brandi.

Posted by: pippa 2nd August 2017, 01:40 PM

The line up is reasonably impressive. There have been some years where i would hardly know any of the cast but this year i would know a reasonable amount of them so i think it is a strong line up. I have high hopes for Sarah Harding.

Sean Williamson, i thought he was rubbish with the task he was giving.

rotf.gif Here for it! It could be a theme for one years series. Celebrity Big Brother: The A List

But yeah, I'm really not arsed anymore about these Z-listers. I'd never heard of this Trisha person but I'm delighted she's in because I've done research and it's clear she's gonna be an absolute riot to watch. I mean, it still pisses me off when they put the Bobby Sabel's of the world in the celebrity version, but overall, these lesser known celebs don't bother me.

Were the crowd told not to boo or something? A C4 era crowd/early C5 era crowd would normally have jeered the hell out of housemates like Brandi. Idgi laugh.gif

There was me thinking I'd be hating on Jordan and Sam but they're a bit of a laugh. Right now it's Chad I'm not liking. WAY too cocky

Trisha >>>>>>>>>>>

Posted by: Ryan. 2nd August 2017, 09:00 PM

Trisha was the shining light of launch night and she continued that tonight, but in addition I think Jemma and Brandi both really stood out in a positive light tonight! I don't know Jemma at all but she seems to have a very bad reputation, so I'm curious to see how she continues in the coming days.

Posted by: Parallel Reality 2nd August 2017, 09:54 PM

Yes, I'm really enjoying Jemma, Trisha, Amelia and Brandi after that episode. Stellar female cast *.*

Posted by: Mack 2nd August 2017, 09:57 PM

Probably I was a bit harsh on Trisha first hand warming to her now.

I have no clue who most of these "celebrities" are. Channel 5 have always used the term "celebrity" loosely but I think they've outdone themselves now. If Sandi from Gogglebox doesn't win this then I will be surprised.
There aren't any decent looking women in the house either which is a shame.

You don't think Mob Wife girl is attractive in the slightest??

Posted by: UltraRedLight 2nd August 2017, 11:28 PM

Trisha is utterly incredible so far, I was howling so much during her conversation with Jordan 😂

Also so glad Amelia is in *.* I thought she'd dropped out last minute when they played you bring me joy as another contestant entered!!

Posted by: HarryEzra 2nd August 2017, 11:37 PM

I really like Trisha, Sam and Sarah after that episode. Jordan is growing on me I thought he would be a Bear type of personality but he could grow.

Chad he seems a bit ehh atm cares too much about the ladies to get to know his personality.

The highlight of the ep was Trisha not knowing Welsh was a real language.

Posted by: Ryan. 3rd August 2017, 12:47 AM

Forgot to mention her before but I agree Amelia is shining too. I feel like she had a reputation on X Factor, one that I didn't agree with personally, for being a little bit unlikeable and "hard-faced". I also thought she might become a bit of a background character in this too, a bit of a Katie Waissel as someone else suggested the other day. However, at this point in time I can easily see her in the top 3 in the final - very normal (in a good way), likeable and funny. Presuming she doesn't get into any sort of showmance with Chad, CBB could be a genius move for her.

Posted by: Liаm 3rd August 2017, 12:53 AM

Yeah I agree, at this point Amelia definitely seems like the sort who'd be generally really liked and come 2nd or 3rd in the final.

Agree with this, it's really annoying me now that they're only showing her like that, ofc she won't spend her whole day like that, but we have to judge on what we see and all she's doing is moaning that nobody has a good impression of her. She'd do FAR better to just be the fun self we know is there and shine through that, not tell people they have to look at her differently and she "ISN'T THAT GIRL ANYMORE!!1!"

I'm SOOOOOOOOOO bored of Jordan and Sam's idiotic "banter", you can't just say banter when someone is annoyed and think it's ok. I dont like Paul at all, i never did. Its all a bit flat so far, i know its early days but its not that engaging so far but like every year i always prefer the civilian Big Brother.

Posted by: Ryan. 6th August 2017, 12:40 AM

Hmm I think Amelia's doing well at the moment, she's actually bringing out a slightly more likeable side in Sam and especially Chad. As long as she doesn't actually become "official" with either of them I think she's benefiting. I can see Chad going on a "journey" actually, I think he's going to do surprisingly well. The arrogance with girls aside I actually quite like him, I feel like that arrogance with girls will wear off as time passes - perhaps he's just trying to keep up the character he plays on the Bachelorette (not that I have much of an idea what that show is).

Posted by: Liаm 6th August 2017, 12:50 AM

I can imagine Amelia like accidentally getting into a sort of showmance becasue she seems too nice to say no or set things straight laugh.gif Which is why I think it's important for her to be a bit firmer in herself, but in general I hate this "i've got to nominate someone I'm so sorry!!11" thing laugh.gif

I agree though Feel_The_Fever, apart from the Charlotte Crosby, Rylan and Tiffany (refuse to give it to the bore who won x), I always find CBB to be good enough but a bit lacklustre, even when civllian isn't on top form. Idk what it is, I'm enjoying this series but I'm not proper obsessed LOVING it.

I agree with Ryan about Chad too, I know it's a flimsy comparison just because they're both very hot and unknown in the UK but he could easily do an Austin Armacost on a smaller scale. I think if he's up in the first couple of evictions his looks and being central to litle bits like the thing with Amelia, clashing with other girls etc., will save him until he maybe shows another side. He at least has potential and I can see SOMETHING in him whereas most of the male cast are just horrendous. Chad could either go full villain and be one of the defining characters or he'll go on a bir of a journey and learn about himself nd stop being arrogant and either would see him do well I think, I just can't see him fizzling out in the first few evictions.

Posted by: UltraRedLight 6th August 2017, 01:16 AM

If Paul mentions he is 'dangerous' one more time I will legit throw something at the tv laugh.gif

Paul & Shaun are my least faves by miles, both of them are horrendous. Trisha continues to keep slaying me <3

813K last night - lowest ever CBB rating.

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 6th August 2017, 10:38 AM

Low ratings probably due to it being on at 10:30 instead of 9pm, I didn't even think it was on until I looked through tv guide. Plus its the weekend I think big brother as a bigger younger fanbase these days most their viewers was probably out laugh.gif I'm sure it will pick up tonight.

I feel sorry for Amelia, it totally comes across that she's just having fun and the guys surrounding her are trying to make it all a massive deal and push for a showmance. Coincidentally (or not) Sam, Chad and Paul all have reality TV experience that has a major focus on romances (MiC, Bachelorette, Love Island) so are no doubt playing it up for that purpose.

Luckily I don't think there's too much more left in this storyline, and I have a gut feeling Amelia is going to win this which would be amazing. I think this is good for her to immediately be at the forefront and even if she quietens down over the next couple of weeks she won't be accused of flying under the radar which would damage her win chances.

Posted by: Liаm 6th August 2017, 09:51 PM

Amelia e really needs to make up her mind and say if she's not interested in Chad or whatever,I don't think she means it as such but it's making it look a bit like she's stringing him along, although it's down to the editing more than anything, and Paul didn't need to barge in, yet again trying to get involved the big drama of the day drama.gif She can do much better than this as she's really likeable so hopefully this stops now it'd be better if she just grew a pair and said she wasn't interested and put an end to it laugh.gif She's coming across as a bit flimsy and whiny as it is.

Posted by: Ryan. 6th August 2017, 09:56 PM

I think she did pretty much say that to Chad in the bedroom and then she sort of backtracked when she realised she might have hurt his feelings when she should've just left it at that point! laugh.gif I agree she's too nice for her own good in there, I have faith that she won't end up with either of them - if she does she's blown the victory chances.

If I were her I would just let them fight between them and get on about my business and pretend that nothing is going on.

Yeah I'm finding this series a bit boring so far, it's a shame because it's a great cast on paper but I'm not really getting a lot from it. For some reason I often feel a bit meh about CBB overall, the only C5 series I thought were brilliant were last January with Tiffany, Steph, Gemma etc and the two 2013 series (Rylan's and Charlotte's).

Posted by: Klaus 7th August 2017, 08:35 PM

I'm enjoying the series! It's only been a few days, I'm sick of everyone expecting fireworks on day 1 because that isn't natural AT ALL. The editing has felt very refreshing so far, a lot more relaxed rather than the hyper-editing that the show has morphed into recently. It's definitely felt a lot more classic-BB, both with the editing and the mix of housemates. I'm still shocked that Sarah Harding is in there, it seemed as though the show had completely lost people of her 'relevance' due to their chasing of MTV reality stars, even though she would have been a normal fit for the C4 era CBBs. Hopefully it will encourage other 'bigger' names for future series. About her personal self, I am worried about her because she's so concerned about her past/press that she's not able to enjoy herself now.

The slower start so to speak has allowed us to get to know all of the housemates and NOW the cracks are starting to form in a natural way, as it should be! I'm really looking forward to the rest of the series and its FAR FAR better than last summer's effort. I was worried by Jordan at first (as his VT seemed to just copy Bear) but none of them are horrendous yet. I do detest Jemma from what I've seen outside the house though.

Trisha and Sarah top 2 and being saved would be hilarious to see them react to, particularly Sarah laugh.gif And lovely for Sarah too of course.

Come through for me Sarah!!

Posted by: No Sleeep 8th August 2017, 12:10 AM

I'm surprised there hasn't been a backlash... Paul (and some others e.g. Jemma, Sam and Brandi but mostly him) comes across as racist to me. Kathrik can feel any way he wants, why do they think they can tell him not to "pull the race card" (I hate that phrase...). They were making fun of his name, you'd think BB would be more cautious and strict about this kinda thing after the Shilpa/Jade thing.

With friday's show being on from 8:30pm until 10pm, I am guessing someone else will be evicted? or new people going on? I suppose we will find out tonight am sure Emma will say something.

Posted by: Liаm 8th August 2017, 10:27 AM

Yep there is another eviction on Friday I'm pretty sure!

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 8th August 2017, 10:59 AM

Be good if they just put all the housemates up and see who goes, I think there will be some kind of boring "twist" we have seen 100 times before though dry.gif

Posted by: Liаm 8th August 2017, 11:01 AM

Hopefully they just do normal nominations the Wednesday and show them Thursday for lines to open. I expect they'll do that anyway.

Fingers crossed, I don't like the twists and stuff unless there decent enough to like laugh.gif

Karthik bottom sad.gif Although it's extremely close between him and Marissa.

Posted by: Jack 8th August 2017, 12:32 PM

Tellymix are only ever reliable for vote to evict, they're not often correct with vote to save.

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 8th August 2017, 12:37 PM

Don't think Karthik will go, It will be Marissa.
I think the only two people "safe" will be Trisha and Sarah, Other 3 will probably be close in the votes but I see more people voting for Karthik and Chad than Marissa, In my opinion.

Posted by: pippa 8th August 2017, 04:46 PM

Paul is horrific, he is someone i have always found troublesome to watch. He is vindictive and spiteful and I would welcome his departure sooner rather than later. With him aside, and the fact he is not up for eviction there is no one i am rooting to see get evicted. That said, i do know, i dont want Sarah to go.

Posted by: Liаm 8th August 2017, 08:47 PM

I think she had more to give than Karthik but I wasn't TOO fussed with tonight once Sarah and Trisha had been revealed safe. I do feel like she'd have got less votes than pretty much anyone though whoever was up for eviction laugh.gif

When you can't really participate much when you don't get to participate in anything. Like even if she got to participate in that star challenge and won that fish price, people would see more of her.

But that uglee Shaun ruined it

I think Marissa had more to give so it was a shame left so early. I also reckon it was pretty close between her and Karthik and I reckon Paul's clash with Karthik last night probably swung it for him and managed to edge it for him over Marissa.

Celebrity Big Brother could be in trouble with Ofcom after viewers have complained about the current series.

Ofcom has confirmed to Digital Spy that it has received 22 complaints about the series to date, with complaints about alleged racism, sexism and bullying on the reality show among them.

"We will assess these complaints before deciding whether or not to investigate," an Ofcom spokesperson told us.

It's possible that the racism complaints stem from the ongoing row between Paul Danan and former Apprentice star Karthik Nagesan, which kicked off when Paul referred to Karthik as "Cathar" leading to Karthik accusing him of being racist.

Then on Monday's (August 7) show, Karthik tried to smooth things over with Paul – and his offering of a truce did not go well.

Viewers took offence to one particular suggestion from Paul during the heated conversation: "I'm not going to be happy if you dare to bring up the racist thing again. If you're not happy with [your name], and you need to be called K, change it!"

As for the bullying complaints, it could be about Jemma Lucy telling Sarah Harding that she didn't have a career anymore, and that she shouldn't have come into the house "if you can't handle it".

Or maybe someone has been complaining about Sarah biting Amelia Lily...

Posted by: Mack 9th August 2017, 12:18 PM

There's always been complaints in every series.

I really believe Jemma has a problem with Sarah as of who she is.

Sarah would be one of the best known names in there this year and has a reputable and decent career under her belt which is more than most of them have. From this, i sense Jemma is jealous of her. The reception Sarah got from the crowd last night was what she needed and if Jemma was clever she would realise Sarah is fan favouroite on the show and she should back off.

Jemma is f***ing hideous. If people's insides matched their physical appearance she is the result, ugly inside and out. Screaming at Sarah ending her with one line rotf.gif

Omg can she stfu, all she said was she shagged on TV which is an ACTUAL FACT... She also needs to be reminded there are photos of her snorting coke off a women's tits in a nightclub cleaning cupboard so who is she to talk about who's doing drugs? :')

Posted by: JosephStyles 9th August 2017, 08:59 PM

Sarah is so on point, I love it!!! laugh.gif I really want to go in and give her a hug, Jemma is absolutely rancid.

Posted by: Josh! 9th August 2017, 08:59 PM

Not getting the appeal of Sarah at all, I don't get how people think she's coming across really well at all? She moans/cries all the time (if you can't take it then don't give it to be honest), hasn't had many funny moments and surprisingly argumentative. She was the one that made that argument personal (even though Jemma probably took it further with the drugs comment) yet Jemma is the one getting grief. I've never even liked Jemma on Ex on the Beach before but Sarah seems really nasty to me?! drama.gif

Posted by: RobBob 9th August 2017, 09:01 PM

Gah, Jemma makes my skin CRAWL. She did on Ex On The Beach and her true colours have really unraveled to be shown on here now too. Really really vile piece of work.

Posted by: torresgirl 9th August 2017, 09:07 PM

Have to agree with the majority here on Jemma. She is horrific. Jordan has to take some responsibility for that argument as he completely misrepresented what Sarah said about the groups forming. It wasn't said with malice. Sarah clearly has issues but she is not nasty at all. I am 100% sure she is winning this. When people bully like this its always the result. Do they not realise that people are watching by now and can see they are misrepresenting what was said!?

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 9th August 2017, 09:12 PM

Posted by: Ryan. 9th August 2017, 09:43 PM

I'm conflicted, I thought Sarah definitely came out on top in recent episodes but tonight I thought she came across worse than Jemma until Jemma made those horribly personal comments at the end.

I root for Sarah, I've practically grown up with her and her bandmates being one of my favourite acts. I think she needs to calm down a little though as a couple more episodes like tonight and I can see the public turning, Jemma had a couple of valid points but put them across awfully.

Posted by: Liаm 9th August 2017, 10:01 PM

I really fail to see how Sarah making a factual statement that Jemma is just known for shagging people on TV is "nasty" lmfao wow. Of course she is going to snipe back, Jemma has been at her all week for little to no reason other than she's that nasty she can't last a week in a house with other people before showing how truly hideous she is.

Just shown a clip from this morning - Sarah making up with Jordan, but she was in tears again. I'm actually really worried for her.

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 9th August 2017, 11:19 PM

I think them headlines in the papers are lies, People have been evicted for less than a "punch up" in the past, The headline is to clearly get people to buy nothing more nothing less.

Posted by: pippa 10th August 2017, 02:31 PM

I find it hard to watch how the housemates literally take every word Sarah says and turns it on her. The Gemma and Sarah argument came from Sarah’s conversation with Jordan. The points Sarah said to Jordan were not negative or in any way bad, what she said was very true. She simply said, people of her age weren’t as much up for the party as the younger people but I thought she said it in a nice way and in an explanatory way.

Jordan made it sound like she had a right go which set Gemma off. The people sniping at Sarah keep saying she thinks she is better than everyone else, I am not getting that vibe at all. As I said in an earlier post I strongly feel that many housemates are jealous of Sarah as she was genuinely famous for been part of one of Britain’s biggest ever girlbands, her fame is genuine and so much more genuine than most of the other housemates.

I am disappointed Amelia hasn’t stuck up for Sarah more especially as Amelia knew her outside the house and had previously said the Girls Aloud gang really looked after her on their tour. Amelia looks like she is playing the “on the fence card” and afraid to get caught up in anything that may make her look bad. I think Amelia should show more loyalty to people and I am not just referring to Sarah.

Now more than ever I want Sarah to win this. I fear if she is crying too much etc. on the shows aired people may tire of her so hopefully she can start enjoying it and continue to stand up for herself as I think that’s what people want from her.

Posted by: Jack 10th August 2017, 06:34 PM

Sarah vs. Paul pt. II tonight. Jemma of course pipes in as well.

Looks like it's about her saying that Paul is taking a pill, but I'm not too sure? Paul seems unhinged, more so than Sarah tbh.

Do they realise they are handing her the win?!

Posted by: FezVez 10th August 2017, 07:54 PM

I think she handled this one (from the clip online anyways) a lot better than last night with Jemma since she acted quite calm in front of Paul's aggressive behaviour. I felt Sarah, as much as I love her, was the one who went too far with Jemma last night.

Posted by: Parallel Reality 10th August 2017, 08:26 PM

I have a feeling that people have made their opinions based on what other housemates have said about her. She's the easiest to nomininate out of the group since her problems in the house are quite well known.

Overall I'm starting to feel uncomfortable watching people interact with Sarah in a negative manner. Trisha was projecting her anger onto Sarah purely because she didn't come to comfort her? And all she said was that Paul was taking a med and he got drowsy from it? Don't we all?!

Hmm don't know to be honest, Even the older housemates that seem to "like" Sarah are saying the same thing, Sarah is one of my favourites in there and Jemma and Paul are bang out order for reacting how they do, But with everyone saying the same thing it makes you wonder is she really as sweet as she is making out.

I was thinking exactly that, very reminiscent of Gary it seems in terms of riling up the other housemates but viewers being on Gary/Sarah's side.

I was critical of Sarah yesterday but today I don't think she was in the wrong, she spoke about medication which I imagine would be well-known within the house and Brandi (I think) made that 100x worse by referring to them as "pills".

Posted by: troylovesmusic 10th August 2017, 10:00 PM

Sarah is certainly right there with the way she has been treated in the house by Paul, Jemma, Brandi, the dicks Sam and Jordan and Trish showing her true colours tonight

This is a very nasty uncomfortable series to watch. And BOTS will stupidly make Sarah the bad person in this.

I'm worried about Sarah to be honest on how she is coping. Or am I sounding farfetched?

I haven't seen tonight yet but Amelia is reminding me lowkey of Bianca Gascoigne so I agree with what's been said about her over the last page or two. She's nice enough but just there and you can tell there is a bit more to her but she's holding it back and just being so nothingy.

Sad to hear them basically ALL going against Sarah, I do think it's a case of the older less outspoken ones going for the easy target they know everyone else (or King Paul....) is going for. Most of the house just seems a bit wishy washy, flimsy and nothingy at best, and hideous at worst (*cough* Jemma and Paul *cough*).

Also Trisha's fans are not at all helping my opinion of Trisha, the bunch on my twitter are horrific :/

Posted by: cqmerqn 11th August 2017, 06:43 AM

The house may be against Sarah but the public aren't and that's all that matters. Hope she doesn't leave.

Jemma and Trisha basically having a go at Chad because he was sat smoking with Sarah.

I'm running out of words to describe these nasty little c**ts.

Posted by: Liаm 11th August 2017, 11:30 AM

Just came to post that, hideous. It really is like being in a school playground as I think Sarah said the other day, "you're not in our game because you like Sarah!1!1!!1" manson.gif

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 11th August 2017, 11:34 AM

I kind of enjoyed that clip biggrin.gif Chad finally seems to be understanding that people are targeting Sarah for no viable reason.

Posted by: jase. 11th August 2017, 11:40 AM

Me and my damn betting laugh.gif I'm tempted to put another one on Sarah winning. I just can not see anybody outside of her winning.

Posted by: HausofSZA 11th August 2017, 12:24 PM

Sarah and Chad are my very clear top 2. The latter is a revelation, deep down he is humble, caring and I think fairly insecure. His bravado is an act and I am so impressed with the 'real' him. Not just the way he's stuck beside Sarah, but the way he handled Amelia too (who then turned on the victim narrative rolleyes.gif) and the way he takes time to get to know people properly without being confrontational or aggressive.

Is tonight a double?
I'd love for Chad to stay and continue to have Sarah's back.. but if it's a double, I'm sure Chad/Karthik would go.
#SAVECHAD

Posted by: Liаm 11th August 2017, 12:40 PM

I think it's just a single or they'd have said, I hope it is anyway so Chad can stay!

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 11th August 2017, 12:40 PM

No tonight is just a single as far as am aware, Nothing as been said anywhere about it being a double. If it was a double am sure by the stage something would of been said.

I think the double's will start Tuesday.

Jemma and Paul argued last night after apparently Paul and Sarah made up . God what is Jemma's problem it's like she dosen't want anyone liking Sarah or talking to her at all ! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7hiSsdENu8w

Posted by: Liаm 11th August 2017, 12:55 PM

She is approaching Helen Wood levels, utterly hideous. Like fine, don't get on with Sarah but there is absolutely no need to be like the mean girl at school who tries to turn everyone against a girl who kissed her ex boyfriend or sth.

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 11th August 2017, 01:16 PM

I hope Jemma is up next week to be honest, I am fed up of her now. I think big brother find her hate for Sarah "entertaining" but I don't. Its fine if she doesn't like her don't get me wrong that's normal there's people in life we all don't like, But to go on and on and on and on every single day and get a kick out of other people arguing with her is just too much.

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 11th August 2017, 02:09 PM

Emma just confirmed on facebook live chat that it is indeed only ONE that goes tonight, So they must be doing the doubles next week.

Posted by: lewistgreen 11th August 2017, 03:03 PM

Looks like Paul and Jemma will be the ones arguing tonight (over Sarah ofc)

Posted by: jase. 11th August 2017, 03:34 PM

I put £20 on Sarah with William Hill the other day when she was 8/1. If she wins she'll bring me £635 in total.

I'm going to Paris next month so I really need her to come through. PRAY FOR ME.

Posted by: Liаm 11th August 2017, 03:42 PM

For better or worse, Sarah is the only really genuine one in there alongside probably Chad and maybe Helen. Well I suppose Jemma is genuine in being nasty af but like Helen Wood "I say it like it is" isn't a reason to be that vile laugh.gif I can't believe the brass neck of them to go and be like "aw Sarah don't worry" and pretending to shocked at the nominations when they know they all just nominated her and the others... It's getting draining to watch, I'm not a blind Sarah stan but she hasn't done anything wrong apart from maybe the personal stuff to Jemma but it's not like that was unprovoked when Jemma's entire time there is dedicated to being vile to Sarah. All we see watching it is them all going at Sarah and it's awful and draining to watch.

I'd rather Karthik goes becasue he's cringe af but I wouldn't be that fussed if Trisha went now. Yes her meltdowns are funny but she's just as bad as most of the others to Sarah when Sarah's done nothing to her. I think her 5 million subscribers have got to her laugh.gif

Is Jemma the vilest "celeb" housemate in the history of the show? Helen was civvy so don't count her, and keep in mind we've had the likes of sewer rats Jasmine Lennard. I'm trying to think back over the biggest c**ts.

Posted by: pippa 11th August 2017, 03:51 PM

Jemma showed her vile side in full last night. When Paul was shouting at Sarah she was there with a smile, a smile full of hope that Paul would keep having a go. That shows what she really is about.

Again, I remain bewildered by the treatment of Sarah, the context of the conversation of what Sarah said was told to Paul in a completely way. Maybe the edits we are seeing is showing us Sarah in a different light but from watching the show (and what we the viewers are presented with) its like most of the housemates are just twisting everything she says for the fun of it to land her in trouble
.
Trisha was also very harsh in what she said about Sarah to Chad. Maybe Paul was genuine when he apologised to Sarah but a part of me believes he done it in fear her fans would turn on him if he is up for eviction as of right now he knows she is very popular on the outside.

Chad, on the other hand seems to be seeing the same version that I am watching and I like how is defending her. I really hope the crowd reception for Sarah is strong tonight as now more than ever she needs it to spurn her on.

Next week i would welcome Paul and Jemma to be up for eviction as they are the big ring leaders inflrienicng everything that is going on.

I'd actually argue yes, at least the worst since Jo O'Meara in CBB5 (who I feel the worse in that saga and showed 0 remorse after) laugh.gif There have been absolutely AWFUL housemates like Bear, Heavy D and the like I couldn't abide but Jemma is just deliberately nasty and hideous, not that Paul is much better. Heavy D and Bear were just supremely irritating and selfish, I don't think either were as nasty as Jemma or Paul, I just think they didn't really give a shit outside of anything outside their bubble.

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 11th August 2017, 08:41 PM

I still think Trisha can turn it around for herself. Especially if Jemma stops stirring the pot.

Posted by: Liаm 11th August 2017, 08:42 PM

I wasn't fussed on Karthik but Trisha has really crashed down in my affections recently. I think she's very likely to be out in the next couple of evictions anyway, particularly if both are doubles which I expect they will be to stay on track for the 25th Aug finale date.

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 11th August 2017, 09:22 PM

Glad Trisha stayed, I know its not a popular choice on here cause everyone is team Sarah so don't hate me unsure.gif laugh.gif , Its sad to think them nasty comments she made about Sarah as cost her spending longer in there. It is weird to because the night before when Jemma went off on one Trisha was saying to Amelia "I don't have a problem with Sarah", Its either Jemma shit stirring getting into her head or she does actually fancy Chad and seeing him getting close to Sarah as pissed her off.

I do agree with Liam though, If its double eviction on Tuesday I think Trisha will be gone if she is up of course which lets me honest she will be. laugh.gif Think the only way she will stay if she's up against the likes of Jemma, Derek, and others that wouldn't get many votes.

Posted by: torresgirl 11th August 2017, 09:44 PM

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 11th August 2017, 10:59 PM

She did say in tonight's show like if Sarah stays she is walking so I guess she stuck to her word laugh.gif looking forward to that youtube video exposing them all cool.gif Probably a smart move for her to be honest she will get more talked about for walking than a normal eviction plus she would of been gone Tuesday anyway if she was up.

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 11th August 2017, 11:02 PM

I did feel if anyone was gonna walk this series it would be Trisha, she likes to have her own way and didn't have it, she couldn't take that her 5 million subscribers didn't get her more votes than a randomer off the Bachelor... She was ultimately a very disappointing housemate, being amazing for about a week and then this week she just plummeted for me and seems a selfish nasty woman.

Posted by: Feel_The_Fever 12th August 2017, 01:01 AM

I hate when people walk, they also walk away from the paycheck and also a chance of their charity nomination getting any money.

Good to see Sarah stay with a decent reception from the crowd. Its starting to look that she is turning it around in the house as in people are seeing Jemma is just trying to stir shit up for her.

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 12th August 2017, 09:09 PM

I'm a little bit disappointed in Sarah tonight! She kissed Chad and felt bad afterwards but then getting into his bed made my eyes roll.

Posted by: JosephStyles 12th August 2017, 09:10 PM

Yeah I don't think Sarah came across well at all just then sad.gif neither did Chad, he was growing on me as it seemed like we were finally seeing more of him than his love of women but nope, back to square one.

Posted by: BrookeOlivia 12th August 2017, 10:04 PM

Sarah came across awful, Cheating is not acceptable. Sarah made it clear in tonight's ep she as a boyfriend and still went ahead with the kiss then ended up in bed with him wtf? If it carrys on I can see the public turning on her.

Posted by: jase. 12th August 2017, 10:08 PM

It's not like Sarah's gone in there and hooked up with him after a few days because she fancies him or whatever/to grab some screen time. If I had low self esteem, and he was literally the only person in the house to comfort me after I'd gone through some ridiculously uncomfortable and nasty situations, I'd also probably start developing feelings.

I'm not saying it excuses anything because I do feel for her boyfriend, but I certainly understand to a degree why this is happening.

Posted by: Ryan. 12th August 2017, 10:34 PM

Oh dear Sarah, what an idiot! She had victory in her grasp and she's thrown it away in one episode. The amount of times other people have cheated on a boyfriend/girlfriend outside of the BB, and everytime they are hated for it. I expected double standards to be shown for Sarah on here but thankfully that isn't the case as much as it pains me.

Somehow I hope she can turn it round as like I said before it's Sarah from Girls Aloud and I want to support her, but she's blown it now. I don't think Chad came off too badly, he is the single one after all. Usually when it's the cheating guy with the single girl we stick up for the single girl saying it's the guy's responsibility not to cheat, so Chad only deserve a small amount of blame.

Posted by: Liаm 12th August 2017, 10:52 PM

I agree she came across badly, but if Steph Davis can come 2nd she's hardly going to bomb now laugh.gif

Posted by: troylovesmusic 12th August 2017, 11:25 PM

Well according to Aisleyne who's a close friend of Sarah she doesn't have a boyfriend she was dating someone before she went in but they weren't that serious . She also had a boyfriend BEFORE this other guy but they split as he didn't want her to do CBB .

Posted by: Jay ☆ 13th August 2017, 01:09 AM

Gutted that the tide has turned on Sarah following this. sad.gif Trisha's fans (trolls*) are really going to town spamming many of Sarah's Instagram posts with horrid messages & snake emojis... but I don't understand why Sarah kissing Chad is something that would annoy Trisha's fanbase so much? :/ (I've only been watching clips rather than the episodes, so maybe I've missed why there's Sarah/Trisha beef??)

Glad Aisleyne cleared things up but I fear that it might be too little too late now, if the viewing public have it in their mind now that Sarah has cheated on an actual boyfriend. If she was merely going out for a date/few dates with someone and it wasn't serious then there's surely no harm with her kissing Chad?

I think it's like Aisleyne said... Chad is pretty much the only person who is there for Sarah and is kind/loyal/defends her, so in that high-pressure environment when they're around each other 24/7 it perhaps isn't surprising that Sarah has developed some feelings. People behaving like she's cheated on a long-term boyfriend or husband, tssk!

I just hope this one little moment hasn't damaged her reputation for good, because I was made up for her that she was the most popular with viewers and getting huge cheers during the eviction nights. It's obviously well documented that Sarah's had various problems in her life and it was nice that something was going right... it'll be a huge shame if she becomes an overnight hate figure and I worry about how she'd cope with that realisation. sad.gif So, fingers crossed it's not too bad and it's just Trisha's trolls making it seem so much worse than it really is.

Posted by: Liаm 13th August 2017, 01:26 AM

Yeah I agree, in light of what Aisleyne said, I don't see what the problem is with Sarah developing feelings for him she's having such a vile time off the rest of the house and then that happens. Clearly she wasn't ready to properly move on from her last relationship so this guy outside was a bit of fun and nothing that was properly defined. But you're in there with someone 24/7, he's been lovely to her, she's not in the best frame of mind, it's not a surprise that this might happen. I think people are going a bit OTT though, in a show where Steph Davis can come 2nd and Helen bloody Wood can win (ik that was civillian not celeb, but it's still BB), I don't think this one thing is gonna collapse Sarah's whole vote tongue.gif Of course it depends how things go on as the show progresses, I don't think it's quite as drastic as some of you have said though. I'd rather that she didn't spiral into it more and be clingy, needy or whiny about it, then I'd start losing more patience, but I'm more inclined to believe Aisleyne than Trisha bloody Paytas so looking at it through those goggles, I really don't see the fuss, but if she did cheat there are no excuses to be made.

Trisha's troll filled fanbase are nothing, her 5 million subscribers couldn't even get her enough votes to leapfrog someone who's claim to fame is the Bachelorette which is shown at like 6am on ITVBe lmao and they're pressed about it. Calling an Eastenders legend and a Girls Aloud member a "cast of nobodies", lol. The delusion is unreal, nobody is saying that Youtube doesn't mean you're famous, but it's a different metric. Not everyone uses or is aware of it. For those that do, Trisha is a huge name but for those who don't, she is nobody. Ik you can say that about any of them but still. They make it seem much worse than it is as you say Jay, they won't even watch anymore now their precious "queen" has gone so they don't even matter to the show laugh.gif It is awful though that Sarah will come out the house to all their shit. All she did "wrong" to Trisha was call her a stupid cow AFTER being called a $l*t, c**t and a dog (shockingly, none of these to her face....). But that doesn't matter because Trisha has 5 million subscribers and nobody talks to her like that!11!11

Posted by: jase. 13th August 2017, 02:19 AM

Trisha's most recent video on her experience.

It seems like she's constantly on the verge of spilling something about the show, but then she stops herself. Apparently something she experienced in her last 24 hours on the show was "traumatic" but she never really elaborated more about it. She seems very on edge/emotional throughout the entire video. Weird.

Posted by: Liаm 13th August 2017, 02:51 AM

That's not the case at all laugh.gif I never said he was *more* to blame, if Sarah has cheated then it's mainly her problem, but she was conflicted and he seemed to know exactly what she was on about in that final scene.

Posted by: *Tim 13th August 2017, 10:17 AM

That doesn't take away the fact that SHE kissed him and SHE is responsible for being faithful to the boyfriends she appaz doesnt even have and not giving in to temptations.

Yes he could've stayed away, but he is a single lad. If someone is conflicted it means you stand a chance, therefor if you like someone, you take it

Posted by: JosephStyles 13th August 2017, 12:34 PM

I never said it did, it's Sarah's own fault if she has cheated (although it seems clear she hasn't going by what Aisleyne has said), but equally if he was aware she was in a relationship and still pursued her, that's not a good look. Being single doesn't mean you can come for people who are taken imo.

Anyway, it seems like a bit of a pointless discussion when it seems like she's not even in a relationship anyway kink.gif

We don't really know the circumstances behind Chad (or Sarah given there is conflicing reports, but I'll believe one of the best BB housemates of all time who I know is friends with Sarah rather than an attention seeking Youtuber who probably did all this for publicity), the papers could be beefing it up like with Sarah. As far as we know they could be a similar situation to Sarah, so it's two consenting adults who've got caught up in a pressure cooker of a situation and kissed, it's not THAT big a deal. This is the annoying thing about BB things like this happen and you just don't know everything so we agonise over piecing the bits we don't know, I am always like it laugh.gif Chad probably spoke about his gf/not gf and BB edit it out to make it look more ambiguous on both parts as we haven't seen Sarah talk about her guy either drama.gif

She didn't even call Trisha a stupid cow. I'm pretty sure she was referring to Jemma laugh.gif

Oh yeah she was actally I forgot that laugh.gif

Slightly off topic butttt about that thing with Helen Wood being banned from Channel 5, well it seems she's appearing in Celebrity Sex Pod...

(not that I care about that programme/any other Channel 5 show but I just hope any potential All Stars does not feature her)

Oh I know and her menacing devilish laugh on the trailer. It also includes Jemma Lucy and Marnie Simpson, who in their right mind would want to watch them talk about sex?!

Posted by: Liаm 14th August 2017, 02:55 PM

I think it was just from Big Brother iirc? Or maybe because that hideous excuse for an hour to fill a schedule is on 5Star it doesn't count? idk laugh.gif

Why do I have an awful feeling that Paul Danan could win laugh.gif

Posted by: Liаm 14th August 2017, 08:24 PM

I'd love to know which PI they hired to track down the one positive tweet about Jemma laugh.gif

Omg after the break they're gonna put them all up or sth aren't they lmao. Or they reverse it and put the blues up and Sarah cops all the flack laugh.gif

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 14th August 2017, 08:26 PM

I love Sarah but I can't believe she cheered for herself in the task laugh.gif The housemates were so confused! rotf.gif

Posted by: Liаm 14th August 2017, 08:35 PM

Omg what a waste of that like ten minutes ffs why

I know they don't know favourites but I hate that they wasted the immunity on Shaun and Sandi who'll go nowhere laugh.gif I bet Helen goes instead of Jemma lmao.

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 14th August 2017, 08:49 PM

I think Helen will go for sure laugh.gif I was warming up to Jemma but she's up to her typical obnoxious antics again.

Posted by: Liаm 14th August 2017, 08:53 PM

I wouldn't be shocked if Jemma was in the top 2 when they freeze the vote and save, if they do that laugh.gif Sam will obv be top, Jordan could be as he's attractive it depends. I just would not be surprised :/

Posted by: jase. 14th August 2017, 09:15 PM

I actually don't think Helen will go. I have a feeling it'll be Jordan.

Jemma and Sam won't be going

Posted by: Liаm 14th August 2017, 09:18 PM

At least this time it's actually going to be interesting, the first two it was obvious that Marissa then Karthik would go whereas realistically anyone bar Sam could go tomorrow, but I'm inclined to say Helen will. I want Jemma out but I wouldn't be that fussed at any of them going. I love Helen but she's not doing much, Jordan and Sam are easy on the eye but ultimately pretty dull and not m type of housemates either way plus Jemma is obv a vile troglodyte.

Posted by: jase. 14th August 2017, 09:22 PM

Even though Jemma's a raging c**t, I'd rather watch her than Jam or Helen so I actually don't want her to go laugh.gif

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 14th August 2017, 09:40 PM

I do hope Jemma the troglodyte (laugh.gif) stays actually. She's done way more to keep me interested than those three put together. I'm over the Sam and Amelia thing to be honest

Posted by: jase. 14th August 2017, 09:44 PM

The Sam/Amelia thing has got to be the most boring showmance in the history of the show, right?

Posted by: No Sleeep 14th August 2017, 09:46 PM

We need a "Save Helen" campaign... getting any one of the other three out is a massive victory to me laugh.gif

Posted by: Liаm 14th August 2017, 09:47 PM

Amelia is SO dull. I mean so is Sam but I epected to not be fussed on him whereas I'm disappointed in Amelia. As I've said a few times she gives me serious Bianca Gascoigne teas right down to the hideous showmance. There is just no spark, no will they won't they, no drama and arguments surrounding it...

I guess it's true Jemma is actually doing something but I'm not particularly enthralled by it laugh.gif So I wouldn't be that fussed if she does go. Ngl I'm not sure I'll last this series, it's reminding me of the Gary Busey series in that I don't really like any of them (Sarah is testing me but I guess her and Chad are about the best), the ones I do like such as Sandi or Helen are just kind of there and aren't getting the airtime.

Posted by: RobBob 14th August 2017, 09:49 PM

I'm not one to say this every series I don't think, but Jemma has to be one of my least favourite CBB housemates ever, or because my memory is hazy of some of C4's CBB then at the very least the Channel 5 era. She makes my blood BOIL on a nightly basis, she is a grade A bully to Sarah and Paul and I'd say emotionally, she gets a kick from forcing her wrath on an insecure Amelia and then smirking in the mirror once she's made her cry.

She's just everything I loathe in a human. Looks like a toerag, acts like a toerag, has the mouth of a toerag, utterly vile.

I'm just annoyed she allowed herself to be bullied by Jemma like that. Brandi too even though it doesn't look like it... If it was the other way about I doubt Jemma would care if Brandi and Amelia were up or not.

This is my problem, it's all well and good to say "but she's doing something", but you can do something without being that hideous to people. It's the small things she does, laughing if someone is mean to Sarah, smirking when she gets her way as you say. If she was just sort of bitching and having a strop/tantrum I could go for it probably, that's fine, but when she is being so nasty to someone emotionally vulnerable and showing no remorse. That's what's bullying to me, constantly wearing people down and showing their satisfaction from it. It goes beyond just disliking Sarah or having a disagreement and it isn't fun or entertaining to watch.

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 14th August 2017, 09:59 PM

It did look like she had toned it all down after making up with Paul and Sarah but it's clearly not in her nature to get along with people. Is there a reason that Trisha dislikes Jemma? I thought they got on really well in the house but evidently not from Trisha's twitter posts.

My highlight from tonight was when they were trying to guess who the 'back-stabbing snake' comment was referring to and it turned out to be Derek laugh.gif

Posted by: No Sleeep 14th August 2017, 10:08 PM

Is it just me that thought Big Brother voiding the original result was just a last gasp attempt to save Jemma, Sam and Jordan? If it was it didn't work tongue.gif

A lot of love for Paul on BOTS tonight. Universal hate for Jemma and Brandi laugh.gif

Posted by: Josh! 14th August 2017, 10:30 PM

Omg, Sarah on BOTS laugh.gif

Chad: Do you know Fifth Harmony?
Sarah: Yes.. the slutty ones?

What a savage!!! The best thing she's said all series tbh drama.gif laugh.gif

Jemma goading Paul again. Welp.

Posted by: RobBob 14th August 2017, 10:58 PM

*goating.

Posted by: Liаm 15th August 2017, 01:43 AM

Lord, I'm seeing more hate for Sarah calling 5H slutty than I am for her cheating on her bloke outside with Chad rotf.gif I do think she said it in totally the wrong way though, it came across as quite flippant and rude. I know I said like a page ago people are getting ahead of themselves saying the win is gone but I think all these little things are going to mount up and turn the tables on her.

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 15th August 2017, 07:11 AM

I think most hate will probably be from outside the UK. I saw a twitter post asking people to vote her OUT laugh.gif Clearly they aren't familiar with the format of the show kink.gif

Jemma dared Sarah to kiss Sam (CLEARLY to make her look bad), Sarah refused, so Jemma kicked off about it. There are no words. laugh.gif

Posted by: Liаm 15th August 2017, 01:16 PM

If she did she'd be calling her a slag saying "your poor boyfriend you're praying on Sam" rolleyes.gif

Posted by: Jack 15th August 2017, 02:56 PM

She is f***ing ridiculous, I can't even with her. Gives me flashbacks of when Helen Wood kicked off at Matthew for not participating in Truth Or Dare laugh.gif

Posted by: pippa 15th August 2017, 03:21 PM

Sarah, i don't think she had bad intentions about the Fifth Harmony comment but she should have worded it better and it will do her no favours.

Jemma, her level of vileness continues to increase even though i believed she couldn't get any worse. She is so jealous of Sarah its cringeworthy. Jemma will turn on anyone who gives Sarah the time of day or will try and poison people against her. She has turned on Paul simply to the fact he made up with Sarah. Jemma will keep trying her best to turn Chad against her and Brandi will work alongside her.

Posted by: jase. 15th August 2017, 07:04 PM

Jemma was given a warning by Big Brother after kicking off with Sarah.

In other news: http://www.tellymix.co.uk/reality-tv/big-brother/326157-celebrity-big-brother-2017-sarah-harding-chad-johnson-snog-bed.html

It's getting harder and harder for me to defend Sarah when she's doing shit like this. Fair enough, it happened once, you explained your reasoning behind why it did and that it's not gonna happen again...um... *sigh*

I still think she's gonna win it though.

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 15th August 2017, 07:06 PM

I'm kind of going off Sarah nocheer.gif And my second favourite (Amelia) is a 6/10 housemate at best. I wonder if Jemma will get a lot of boos if she leaves unsure.gif

Posted by: Davidson 15th August 2017, 07:09 PM

I really can't see past a Helen eviction tonight and yet she is bookies outsider to go (apart from Sam). I don't know if it's worth a last minute bet.

Posted by: NellyEverySundae 15th August 2017, 07:13 PM

I don't think Jemma will go. My bet is on Jordan or Helen.

Posted by: Parallel Reality 15th August 2017, 07:14 PM

I haven't watched the last few episodes, but Jemma sounds AWFUL. I still don't think anyone can be as horrific as Helen Wood though. *shudder* She's my least favourite BB contestant EVER.

Posted by: jase. 15th August 2017, 07:18 PM

Just put a tenner on Helen to go and a tenner on Jordan.

Posted by: Liаm 15th August 2017, 07:34 PM

I'd argue she isn't far off Helen drama.gif Nobody could quite reach her actual level though.

I am thinkng Jordan now, but I wouldn't be surprised at Helen. A lot of people on Twitter etc want Helen to stay and I know they're not the be all and end all but I think at the lower end of the votes that might tip it. I know Jordan is hot and is on Ibiza Weekend/Ex On The Beach but because Sam is up too he'll get that demographic I think? Helen could go either way, she could fall under and get hardly anyone or she'll get the silent majority because she's a nice woman and a fairly known name so she'll be top 2. That's if we're even told that of course but they did it for the last couple of evictions so I expect so.

Either way Jemma is going nowhere laugh.gif I actually think she'll be top 2

Posted by: Jack 15th August 2017, 07:38 PM

Not gonna lie, I'm actually worried the mind numbingly thick public will get behind Jemma in the final week or so and she'll win. I'd hope after Isabelle winning it won't happen, but I'm not so sure.

Top comments on Jemma vs. Sarah ;

''Jemma is the best!! If Jemma wasn't there the house would be so boring, she keeps it juicy!!''

66/1. The price could easily shorten if Jemma stays.

I agree with Nelly to an extent really, I find it near impossible to support Sarah now. I'm glad Jemma stayed, not because she's lovely but she's needed in the house to keep the drama.
