This just came up in my YouTube recommendations today and I just had to share this here. It's about half an hour in length. The entertainment and online music magazine ViCE recently flew to Italy and filmed/interviewed all of Eiffel 65 (one of whom, Jeffrey, their lead singer, isn't even technically Italian. Go figure!) about the story behind their worldwide chart topper, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. Incredible to hear the story behind it. I remember when it came out here in the September of that year and it being absolutely massive. One of several number one records that year that did well on import before its full release as I recall! |
